My device with dual SIMS and 2 numbers has always been an issue when trying to deal with any upgrades or changes. I was hesitant to even upgrade my device, but I decided to look into it anyway.Jerry from the ORANGE CA location (Tustin Ave), was hands down the best rep I have ever worked with. My experience and transaction could not have been handled better. I don’t normally write reviews, but Jerry’s customer service performance deserves to be recognized. Outstanding job!
After being unable to help transfer data to my new phone, the representative sent me to Best Buy assuring me that they could help... He failed to inform me that they would charge me $40 to do so. Wasted nearly two hrs of my time.

Went in on Friday after stopping by two stores who could not help me because i was frustrated with my bill. A gentleman named Mahdi greeted me and that’s where things changed. I put Mahdi through alot in the beginning due to my frustration but he remained calm and told me not to worry and that he will handle everything. Mahdi helped me understand what was going on with my bill, answered all my crazy questions, helped me save some money, and all that with what looked like a smile on his face under the mask!!! THIS GUY IS AWESOME! If I ran a business I would’ve tried to lure him away from AT&T to work with me. I will only work with him in the future.
Jerry was great!! 5 stars for Jerry!! Denise G could use some training in customer service! Stated she was assistant manager, then took off her name badge when I spoke to her by name and said I was going to leave a review. She then called herself Denny and my receipt showed a different name. Strange and disrespectful service from her.
Awesome service. Great employees. Nick was the one who helped me. My internet was giving trouble (Spectrum) so I gave the store a call and Nick was able to assist me in the installation process as well. VERY AFFORDABLE! CHOOSE THIS STORE AND PLAN!

My husband and I had the best experience at AT&T. Neta and Brenda were spectacular. They answered all our questions and concerns. Not only did we receive great customer service but we observed their whole team act with care and urgency towards the rest of the customers. Neta was patient and and detailed when explaining our trade in options, and Brenda advised on a different/better plan. I 1000% recommend this team!

Guadalupe and Jesse gave me wrong information I took my iPhone Plus to ask if it would qualified to trade it for the iPhone 12 Guadalupe said yes she saw the phone, she ordered the iPhone 12. The second time I took my phone to make sure it would qualifies Jesse said it would only qualified for $350 he saw my account change my plan and when I went back to trade in the iPhone plus and he said it won’t. he saw the iPhone and he was blaming on me because I didn’t tel him it was iPhone S Plus. He saw the phone, had it on his hands open my account and Now I have to pay for the whole phone my bill went up then Guadalupe removed the insurance from one of the phones. Just be careful. I felt like I was tricked just to sell a phone. My bill went up $72 everything you move with them makes sure they put it on writing. I called back because customer service said I need to go back with him to credit it me and I find out he was moved to a different store.

Last week I came in and was greeted by Nick Ibanez! Lately I’ve been having trouble with my phone. And my bill was high but when I went to the store Nick was not only able to bring my phone bill down but also was able to give me great deals! I got the new iPhone 11 half off! And now I have 30 gb of hotspot data without having to bring up my bill! Needless to say not if you need help see Nick! He will go the extra mile just to make sure you are satisfied!
Had a great first experience in the store. I first called up the store and was assisted by Neta, to make sure a promotion was still ongoing and she was able to get me the answers I needed. My visit inside the store was just as professional, and welcoming as the call. I was able to meet Neta and she continued with assisting me with the upgrading of my phone and gave insight as to what offers would be best. The other staff were also helpful and friendly in closing out the transaction.
This AT&T has great customer service and the store is clean. The staff is polite and very helpful. I recommend Jesse to help you out, made the experience easy.

I went to the shop a month ago to buy a new number and asked for a plan of 50 dollars monthly for personal use. However I received my bill this month with a result of 133 dollars to pay for a month!It seems that they registered a business account under my number somehow and add some other plans to my account later without my permission.I went back to the store to tell them about the mistake, however they said I can only call the service to fix that.I totally do not understand, how can they add new plans to my account without asking me and without my consent!!

I had a terrible experience with Mo here. Hes such a rude person talking to customers like hes the God and everyone else is idiot! I lost my patience with that rude guy and stop getting service from him. Here in this picture you can see him walking around and there were 6 customers in line. Nobody wanted to get service from rude Mo.

These guys are a class act. The staff was friendly and helpful. I came into their store with a complicated situation with an older friend and her broken phone. They went way out of their way to take care of her. They really gave us the impression that they care about their customers and that is rare.
Do not go to the store on Tustin ave in orange. This store salesperson screwed up the application of my screen protector. When I went back the store manager named Henry, he told me I needed to file a claim with the screen protector manufacturer which requires a $9.99 plus tax fee for shipping. I told him I was going to make a formal complaint, he said, go ahead. I asked for his name and he yelled Henry. I asked for his last name, his response was I dont want to tell you. That is why his last name is not mentioned in this post.I have been a customer of AT&T for almost 25 years and the customer service in that store is the worst and most derelict I have ever been subjected to.If you want a good experience do not go to that store. It is full of anti consumer practices. Especially by the store manager Henry. I will never shop in that store again
2 employees wear masks that do a good job of covering their chin, but not their nose or mouth. Other than a plexiglass screen at the check in desk, no real precautions are apparent. Manager did a good job of trying to take care of us, but it wasnt worth the stress of risking Covid exposure. I wish Id had my phone shipped.

I have the privilege to work with some amazing young people at the ATT&T outlet. When you walk thru the door, the entusiastic people greeting you right away. My recent visit to the store I had a chance to work with Angel, he is very attentive to customers and explain everything to scientific details if you ask him any questions. Anfel is very patient, even you will ask him million questions like me 😆. Let be everyone known that Angel provide outstanding customer service. Therefore he needs to be either promoted or raised his income. Customer Service provided by Angel is hard to come by. Jaden.

She is one of the kindest people I had the chance to meet and met my expectations as a customer and then some. I recommended asking for her if you need any help. I know that AT&T stores get slammed for bad customer service and always trying to push something but we’ve found at this location the opposite of bad customer service. Sam has always been upfront with us and always willing to answer questions we’ve had about our plan/phones. He is super helpful and takes the time to make sure we understand what’s going on. We always stop at this store specifically because Sam is here. If you need help ask for Sam as I would send my family to get help from him. Especially when it comes to understanding your plan, phone upgrades and add ons.

We filed a police report because the salesman took our phone and never applied it to our account. They fired him, but he also took photos of our social, drivers licence and address. Then they said they had the phone and it was recovered but tried to pass on a different phone with a different IMEI and serial number. Talk about shady!!!!The lawyer they have on staff is a hack and accused me of extortion instead of just reimbursing us for the phone they stole.DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WERE WARNED

Store manager at the store Nisarg helped me transfer all my information from the old phone to new phone and he was very quick. I definitely recommend this store for any of your AT&T needs. For the umpteenth time, this authorized dealership made it clear that they accepted payments at their location as a courtesy. I go there because I can walk to it. Tonight, we determined that my credit card was not declined by the bank, but it was a point of sale issue in the store. The young att clerk insisted that it was not going to work no matter which computer he tried to process the payment on. No one else was in the store yet he declared I had to go to a pay center 6 miles away. Somehow I think he would have found the energy to help if it were a sale. I wouldnt have been sent 6 miles down the road. Thanks for nothing, Sam.

Horrible horrible experiences that I had to walk out after standing there for 15 min waiting - there two customer service reps talking to each their own customer. None of them had the decency raise their head to say something to me and another customer ahead of me. The store was empty because there no other people there besides us. I knew I wouldn’t get any customer from these two because their professionalism so I left. Try to search any At&T store or on the phone has good customer service. Is any out there? I doubt it. Ps this happened on sat oct 6 around 10:30 am now is 11:00 am and I am leaving without not even a word of conversation with either one of the customer service reps there. what a joke!!!
Had there service for 3 years. Bought the insurance for 6splus. When it got damaged they sent us a refurbished phone that lasted 2 months. Screen wouldn’t turn on. They would not honor a warranty because we had switched to T mobile to save money. Very disappointed with the ATT experience !
This was about 2 months ago... I dealt with an older woman at this location, her name might be Tina?, either way she is the sole reason why I will never go here again.When I told her I didnt feel comfortable being pressured into finding something right now she then informed me I have up to 3 days (weird how that changed all of a sudden to make a sale). I then called the corporate location in Santa ana and they said I have up to a week to make a decision with the promo credit. I confronted her with this info and she told me they were lying.She stated I could only use the AT&T promo code on this 3rd party website. I thought it was odd that I couldnt use it on the AT&T website and she said that was impossible (this is my favorite word). Called and confirmed once again with the corporate location and they said you can use this AT&T PROMO on the AT&T WEBSITE. I was thinking thats neat because for some odd reason, despite it being impossible, that makes sense (possibly common sense???). I also confronted her with this info and she said thats not true.Clearly there is a pattern happening here so I told her she made me feel uneasy and I no longer wanted to continue and wanted to take my business elsewhere. She said she couldnt do that because she already rang me up on my phone number/account. I never authorized her to do so and in which she trapped me and forced me to move forward with the sale at this location, she had even stated I dont have a choice and have to do the promo deal here. I told her she is no longer my problem and has wasted several hours of my time already. She ended up cancelling it out (again, so odd that this can all of a sudden happen) because I said I didnt sign anything these are the MAGIC WORDS. She then continued to say if she cancels the exchange that I will no longer get the $400 promo credit because she already scanned it. I refused to do business with her any further and was at my wits end with her. At this point I didnt care about the $400 I never had in the first place. I would do anything to just leave and no longer have a conversation with her.I sat I my car for about 10 minutes to cool off. I was salty about the situation and felt completely cheated. So I called the corporate store again and they told me to come on in and they would fix my account. I was genuinely concerned she messed up my account somehow in the process in which I wouldnt find out til later when I received the bill. This is my work account so I really didnt want the headache.I drove to santa ana and gave them my info to check out my plan. The new clerk then surprised me by saying that the promo deal was still eligible. I was able to walk around the store and get two new wireless chargers, a bluetooth headset, amongst other small items with the $400 credit. I was at the Santa Ana location for 20 minutes. I was at this location for 6 hours. My time is valuable and this is time I will never get back.Fun side notes: Not only did the clerk at this location talk over me every 2 seconds (literally couldnt get a word in and it was very frustrating) she offered to sell me her personal bluetooth headset she had at home that had never been opened. I am still in shock of how unprofessional she is. I have never had to deal with someone like her before and I hope I never have to again. It was exhausting.The business ethics here are terrible, the customer service is terrible, the stock/availability is terrible. All in all I dont do business with shady people and work ethics.Note to owner: I own several businesses myself and was looking for an independent retailer to receive a more personal experience from AT&T, but it will never be from this one. I would take in great consideration as using this as a training opportunity for your current employee. You dont know what kind of customer is walking through the door and she had judged me based on my appearance as if I was some kid to be taken advantage of. Because of these actions stated above your store had lost thousands and thousands of dollars.

Although ATT is the most expensive carrier out there - we have lost 2 phones. Our bill is over $220.00 thats insane. But that isnt this stores fault. These guys are great. They always help us out when we need it. Always went back to the same guy who first sucked us in. As payback. Lol. Great store
