I was in Target this afternoon trying to purchase a Verizon cell phone and what the different plans are. The Target employee was very nice to me, BUT a gentlemen wearing an all black uniform I later found out to be a T-Mobile employee interrupted our conversation and told the Target employee You have a real customer who actually wants to buy something and is waiting for some help in the back I over heard the T-Mobile employee say this and was outraged as how this person could have the audacity to say this about a customer right in front of the customer. I complained to the store manager who also thought it was foul, and will follow up with the regional director as well. To add insult to injury I am handicapped and need the help as I am wheelchair bound and cant walk for long periods of time. I will be boycotting this Target, and it is a shame because I use to shop here all the time. The reality of it is this T-Mobile employee is on Target property and is representative of Target and it Is the responsibility of Target for ANY employee be it contracted or salaried to be polite, respectful of ALL customers regardless of whether they work for Target or not.
Beacause it has everything I want and need
