I wish I could say something positive but this is the story. I went to the store in Milford, CT. Woman who said she was the Manager said she could help me order new chrome book and new phone, told me oh lots of good rewards after 2 hours with her I got nothing. I said I want the down payment for a new phone and cheomebbook after 2 hours she said that will be 39.99 payment I said no, I told you I dont have it right now, that she said she couldnt do it. She also said she was multi tasking. That should have been a red flag for me I left. Came home and in 5 minutes I ordered my new chrome book and new Samsung phone and down payment is being billed. Now I have them new chromeephone flip z. I tried to switch data from old pixel to new Samsung took some of information but not all information from old pixel to new went made appointment which in your I thought Milford Store gentleman, there sorry your appointment is in the Orange store 5 minutes up the street. Made appointment for that store went there for 10 oclock this morning man very rude said we dont do that here you need to make appointment in Milford Store. Done folks, calling BBC who needs this nonsense when your buying 1200.00 dollars worth of merchandise, this back and forth I am 71 years old just boils down to laziness both of those men were not helping anyone I could see. Shame on both Managers who are allowing this appointment only behavior, I am not getting an hair appointment shame on the multitasking manager for not paying attention to me, shame on Verizon for allowing me too make an appointment on line; to a store that quote we dont do that here . Well what exactly do they do there? 330 Boston Post Road? Do people buy things there? Is there a casino in n the back room?Disgusted in Ct

Needed a new phone, got a text from Verizon of free Iphone SE deal, went to this place and was told the deal does not apply. Called Verizon and got the deal free and clear! Not recommend nor trust this place and the people!!

This place is the best. I made a huge mistake to buy my previous phone at a Verizon store down the road. The service was abysmal, indeed nightmarish (you know, you cant wake up from something that goes on and on). Then I happened on this place -- not a Verizon store but a Verizon authorized store -- and it was like day and night. The folks are friendly and COMPETENT, and the service is QUICK.The staff must be super-dedicated because I see the same people whenever i go in, no matter what day or time (and they are open 7 days). They must just live there! Most of the time I buy nothing and just need help with something. They are always ready and ABLE to help.This is the kind of store that keeps Internet shopping at bay ... and really helps make life bearable.

We use this location for all of our phones and service. Rob Klicsu is amazing. His service is spectacular and he makes changing phones, exploring options, or adding features easy and always tries to find the most cost effective way. He accommodates our schedules and is willing to work with us to get the best outcome. Trust me, you should come here and ask for Rob. He and the team do a terrific job!

I came into Verizon store in Orange CT on Friday August 16 th to pay my bill and for the first time in the 20yrs I have been with Verizon I received a very nice greeting and acknowledgement from a young man name Jay what a gentleman just wonderful! Have him teach a class on great customer service to the other employees. This young man is great customer service.

Full service franchise store. I have been coming to this store for many years. The have a more streamlined inventory than the corporate stores. However, they know their product line extremely well. The customer service exceeds that of a company store. They are very committed to their clientele.

My family just purchased 3 phones from this location. I cant say enough about the outstanding knowledge & exceptional service that all of the staff give to customers. We have been coming specifically to this location for several years and they are always kind, honest, and reliable. People here are professional, helpful and personable. I consider this my home store. They have never tried to upsell me, always guide me to what is actually best for my needs. I highly recommend you try them out.

I have been going there for over 5 years and have always found the staff to be the best phone nerds out there. The last time I had to go to get there to get the new Galaxy 8+, because my Note 4 crashed, I was treated pleased to meet the latest addition Asst. Manager Brett Kohler. Brett, in my opinion went above and beyond in helping me pick out a new phone, setting it up, and most importantly getting me on a Plan that was right for my family that saved me almost $100 a month. Just a another reason why they have a loyal customer in me and my 4 phones.

My husband and I visited the Orange Ct Wireless Zone location because we were having difficulty with an app and feature on my phone. Brett Kohler helped us today. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were in and out of the store within minutes. I have been to this location many times and the staff is always knowledgeable about the products. The salespeople at this Verizon store are awesome, they go the extra mile to help you with all matters whether, hardware, software or just human non tech abilities. Bob is great! I stepped foot in the one in Orange/WH across from Goodies... they were so bad, I reported them.

Been a customer of theirs for over twenty years. Unbelievable service. I will never go to a corporate version store. They try to sell you not service you. The staff at the car phone store go out of their way to help you. Great staff Bob the owner is a gentleman.

I cant express how pleased I am with the service I received from Wireless Zone in Orange. I went to 2 other Verizon Wireless store before finding these guys. The other 2 stores pretty much told me there was nothing they could do, other than sell me a new $500 phone..............Bob the owner was very willing to help when we explained my problem. Calvin the tech guy is the best. He fixed my phone in a matter of hours. Dropped it off and a little while later, its like I have a brand new phone. I cant thank these guys enough! They saved me lots of money and aggravation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!!!

This store is awesome!! Went today with a problem on my phone that I spent an hour trying to fix, and the guy figured it out in a minute. I have bought a few phone from this store and would never go anywhere else.

The employees here are super knowledgable and informed. All of my questions were answered and Chris Auletta (the employee who took care of my phone issues) was super helpful with replacing my Samsung Galaxy/setting me up with the upgrade/new model. I was able to Trade-In my old Galaxy S7 for a brand new Galaxy S9. If you are having phone troubles, I definitely recommend this Verizon store! *Double thumbs up*

Best Verizon store around for I dont even know how far! Lol all of the employees are more than helpful and take theyre time to make sure you leave happy opposed to rushing you out the door or signing you in as you enter.
