I was hesitant to go to my local Verizon store, as I have used a bigger one in a neighboring town, thinking it would be better. I was wrong! My next door neighbor told me about her positive experience at the store here in Orange, TX, and she was correct! The representative was completely helpful and professional. The store was well equipped with phones and accessories.Parking could have been better, but overall, it was a very positive experience.

So also going to the state fair we ran into a nice lady named Emily, Who works for Verizon and ended up pulling enough promotions and deals for me and James that I got a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max and the newest Apple Watch and ended up saving money on our bill. So I ended up leaving not paying anything and cut $25ish dollars off our monthly payments! Emily also had such an outgoing personality and easy to talk to. We could definitely tell she had what was in our best interest at heart!

Not much too it, I knew what I wanted, had done some research on my own, lots of youtube vids and the store had one, saleslady was helpful, both in store were, as I was only one in at the time, they got my new watch set up, and working and linked to my phone and made sure I understood what it could do before I left.

Typically I only work with Torian and if he isnt working I will come back another day, but Chelsea and Okaia where the absolute most helpful people I have ever met. I came in expecting to spend a lot of money, but they actually reduced my bill and I have a better phone among other things.

Went to Verizon store to order my new phone Samsungs 20 Ultra in bronze. Mr roberts, who my wife talked to and was very nice to her over the phone, took great care of me. Is customer service is bar none, in fact outside of hospitals, he made my day by thanking me for my service. My Wife and I truly feel Mr Robertson was a blessing for him to help us. Not only is Mr Robertson likable, he is also empathetic, easy to talk to, a good listener, very knowledgeable of Verizon and its supported phones. Im 55 years have traveled all over the world while and active United States Air Force, in this civian work force employee. You need ten more like him.

Partner got a new phone from here. Staff were very helpful! Only downside, and this may be a location thing, or a company-wide thing, is that the store only carries the latest models of phones, and not one or two models back, so if you want a cheaper phone option by getting an older model, youll need to order it through the store and wait a little while for it to come in. Not a terrible deal-breaker, but inconvenient if youre only here visiting relatives or something, and wont be in town long enough for an order to arrive at the store. Still, overall decent location!
