I’ve been using them for some time now. They always provide great service and have great products as well. They are also reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them.

Ive been a customer for a long time untill i was ripped off today. Watch out they dont have a great selection of products. They will make whatever they have in stock work even if its not for your phone. They ran my credit card before the installed my accessories, when the new accessories didnt fit they will return the products but not your money. Total scam reported to my credit card company.

Robert and Rich really took care of me. My phone is a Moto Z4 (not very common). I needed a new battery and the CPR team fixed me right up. The skill level was outstanding and the turnaround time was very quick. If you need cell phone repair, this is the place to go.

Wow, what a find! This store, one of a chain/franchise in my neighborhood. I was victim of a Motorola phone failure (speaker went out) at LAX. Could call folks but not be heard!. FACT: there are NO pay phones at LAX.These folks diagnosed my problem: phone could not be repeated ( Thanks Motorola!). No charge. Returned with new Samsung phone to install new SIM card because I could could not fathom instructions..helped with no charge!Then Tracfone could not complete data transfer to new Samsung as boasted. Here my new CPR friends worked patiently to get the sync complete. Finally, all data and contacts, photos as well safely transferred. Charge, less than two Bengimens. What a relieve.This is a great neighborhood resource. Loved their attitude, compassion and generosity. TWO BIG THUMBS UP FROM ME

I really appreciate Jesus the technician. I thought my charging port was messed up and asked if they could fix it. He inspected my phone and saw there was debri in the compartment and in less than 15 minutes my phone was charging and they saved me the cost of parts and labor.

Still costs $10 for the zagg screen protector replacement, but, so far, they are MUCH more talented replacing the protector and generally handling the phone compared to the Verizon staff. Plus, there is no wait time for shipping. DEFINITELY will be going back.

Ali was able to recover the mother board from my old (burned up) phone and temporarily insert into a phone they had in their shop, to then download all my contacts and transfer to my new phone. These guys were extremely professional - I called after hours of Saturday and got a call back 2 hrs after they closed. I brought my phone in this morning and they took care of it in 30 min and checked all features / functions of my phone before leaving it and after I arrived to pick it up. I slammed my phone in a car door and obliterated the screen. I had my phone warranty replaced already, and had 10 days to return the broken phone. I needed to get the data off of my phone including photos, videos, and documents and then wipe it. These guys allowed me to temporarily use a screen so I could turn on and sync all of the items I needed to retrieve, used their WIFI to sync it, and then switched back in the broken one so I could return it to the warranty department all in the space of about 40 minutes. The price was reasonable and was worth it once I saw what I had on there that could not be replaced. Thank you so much for allowing me to do that so I could retrieve those precious photos.

My iPad Air was losing power and I needed to replace the battery. So, I checked the Apple store and it was going to cost $299!!!! REALLY??!! I could buy a new iPad for $329! Unacceptable.So, I found Cell Pro Repair and am I glad I did😄!They replaced my battery for $80! AND, it was ready in 2 hours+! I would have had to wait that long (or longer) to get in at the Genius Bar and Pay $299 on top of it.Never going to the Apple store again. Cell Pro Repair (Orange, CA location) is where I’ll be going from now on and I’m going to tell all of my friends about them too👍.Oh yeah, one more thing.....my battery has a 1 year warranty too😁.Deborah

I took my phone in to have the screen replaced, and within a couple hours I was able to pick it up good as new. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with their service.

So I usually fix my own screens, however, after starting my repair, I made a mistake and damaged a ribbon that attaches to the home button. I took my disassembled phone to these guys expecting the worst. I was completely mistaken, these guys were awesome! Didnt over charge me cause my phone was taken apart, only a paid the cost of the replacement part and they put all back together for me. Best experience ever! Definitely bringing my electronics here going forward.

DO NOT COME HERE!I went to get my iPad fixed because the screen was cracked they charged me $100 and when I went to get it they told me I had 30 days if I had any problems with the touch screen. I went back a week later because my touch fingerprint was not working anymore. The guy in the front said he would look into it and when I returned he told me they checked everything and everything was working fine. I told him it wasnt like that when I gave it to them and he just said there was nothing else he could do. I mean if they broke it why wouldnt they fix it? I was looking into it and when screens are fixed with cheap screens the touch ID no longer works if they would have told me this I would have paid more if it was necessary. I didnt buy an expensive iPad that has a touch feature that I cant be used anymore.
