I had an amazing experience at this store. The customer service was extremely friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. I will be using them for all my cell phone service needs moving forward.

After finally having had enough of T-Mobile, I decided to stop by and see what Simple Mobile had to offer. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to explain what plans and phones were available. She was very nice and helped make the switch a pleasant one. Plus they have a great selection of accessories ranging from cases to speakers! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting an easy experience in picking a cell phone company.
