Went online and booked an appointment to have my phone fixed during their normal business hours. Got there at my scheduled time and the lights were off. There was no sign or anything to indicate why they were closed. I never received a phone call or email acknowledging the missed appointment. I went to Batteries and Bulbs down the street where they did a great job. They were a little expensive, but my phone came out like new.

The guy that runs this storefront and does the repairs is excellent. He was able to fix something four other local tech repair places said they would need to send the phone out to get fixed.

Dropped my iPhone and lost the power to the screen. Case and screen protector did their job - but no images. Sound and emails still coming through but no picture. Super frustrating and thought I was on the hook for a new phone. Turns out it was only the screen - the tech showed me the issue and how it was to be fixed. I left within 30 minutes and was good to go!! You never realize how much you use and rely on by your phone until you are without it - even for only a few hours. And it was a fraction of the cost if I needed a new phone. 5 stars plus!!

I was extremely pleased with the service here. I had been told previously by the people at Verizon that I was going to need a new phone, which would have cost me over $900 at the least. Mobile Rescue fixed my phone in about 15 minutes--and didnt charge me a penny! They even refused to take any money when I offered it to them. They said that they were happy to help me and actually sounded sincere. Unbelievable!

Bomb dot com customer service!! One of the workers fixed my phone so fast and efficiently. I really recommend coming to this place for any phone repairs because these guys really know what they are doing. And if you need a case for your phone, there are sooo many pretty cases to choose from that are high quality as well. I got a black shiny case thats not too bulky and sleek but also protects my phone. I also got a life time warranty on my tempered glass which is awesome because I did end up cracking it again a little bit. They just put another brand new tempered glass on my phone for free just like that! Overall I am very pleased with this store, you wont find any other place that rescues your phone more than this one. :)

Avoid this place! When my daughters Mac Air had water damage, they had to send it to New York. A week turned to 2 weeks to fix. When we finally get it back, we realized that the screen had been fixed, but the web cam wouldnt work!. Brought it back the next day expecting help and thats when things got even worse. They inspected it and said it had to go back to New York for an additional charge! When I said that we had spent enough, they refused to give me back the device because they claimed they had undercharged us the day before! We had already paid the bill and had the laptop in our possession. It was only when I brought it back that they suddenly realized that they did not agree that it was Paid in Full!! They held the device hostage until I finally paid the additional charge to get it back. IF you decide to use these people, be very wary of their unscrupulous practices. They are unprofessional, didnt completely fix the problem, and held it hostage for an additional charge. Dont fall victim to these people. They dont deserved your business. Go somewhere else!

The screen on my MacBook Air suddenly displayed bright lines and columns all over. A few days later, it stopped turning on. I hauled it all the way to Apple only to be told it couldn’t be repaired. With finals week inching closer and closer, I got desperate and tried every local repair shop around. It wasn’t until I came to Mobile Rescue Tech Repair that I was offered a legitimate solution. The staff provided me with speedy and effective service. My MacBook was repaired in time for finals week and was working like new! Their prices were also a lot lower than expected. I’m writing this a a character reference towards the owner, which given my 1 star rating isn’t all that positive. I’ll sum it up to this: he or she is perfectly ok with stealing from another small business owner.I own and operate a business on eBay selling phones and iphone parts. This individual purchased an item (iphone rear camera) from me and returned another iphone camera in essence trying to pass off one item for the original. Luckily for me I track items via barcode or serial number so I was able to spot this gaping irregularity. I even messaged the individual to tell them that if they sent me back an item that wasnt mine before they shipped it in an effort to allow them to save face/and or retain their integrity. A week later I received back their item which was clearly not mine and was a defective/broken camera that was trying to be passed off as my item so he/she could get a full refund.To wrap this up, this business is perfectly fine trying to steal from another business, keep in mind I am a regular person and a business owner just like they are. Is this really the kind of person you want to do business with?
