We were on our last day of our out of town visit to see family on our way back to New England when we got a tire light on our car just before noon. You could see the screw in the tire.We went to three other local tire shops who said they could not look at it until the following day.We stopped here last and the manager Jerry was able to take us in right away and had the tire fixed and we were back on the road in what seemed no time at all.I highly recommend this shop over the bigger names in the area.To Jerry and the tech that fixed our tire, thank you so much for the Great Service and being so nice and polite about the repair..

Today my car wouldn’t start so I figured it was the battery. Once it was jumped and running I stopped in Tire Choice since it was close to were I was and have gone there in the past. I talked to Jim asking if he could take a look and replace the battery if needed and also do an oil change and tire rotation since I was due for that. Since I was an unscheduled drive in I figured I’d leave it for a few days. Later that day at 4:45pm on a Sunday I received a call saying it was finished. Jim said I could pay over the phone and pick it up whenever it was convenient. Never did I expect such quick service! I always feel they are honest and the prices are fair. Thank you so much!!!! Your service is greatly appreciated!!!!

I scheduled an appointment in advance and came in. The guy asked me if I checked my email and I said I didnt get it. He snapped and said well Im the only one working. He could of handled it better and its impossible to get in/ out of traffic at the location. I wont ever go back or try them.

Holiday weekend, daughter needed a tire repaired. Guys were very friendly, start to finish took less than an hour, more like 45 minutes, and the tire was all done. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

These guys are a joke.I call for a flat tire patching. Thry told me to bring it in without telling how they would charge. Got there and they did it right away. When they were done I was asked to pay $27.78!!!! AND THE WORST THE COST OF THE SERVICE SAYS NO CHARGE ON THE INVOICE. AND they balanced the tire without my consent and charged me for It. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I DONT ADVICE YOU TO GO, U WILL GET RIPPED OFF

Couple weeks ago I called to see if I can bring in a car I was going to buy to be looked at. Jerry Pickryl the manager had no problem squeezing me in on short notice, even when the dealership couldnt find the keys for the car and it was taking longer he had no problem with me being a tiny bit behind. They went over everything on the car, he gave me a detailed list of everything that needed to be fixed which included the breaks which were so hot they couldnt even be touched for close to a half hour or more. I took the list back to the dealership told him what needed fixed and they completely fixed it. Jerry saved me so much money for a great price and I couldnt be happier with the service. Plus were going on vacation to Florida so we needed a minivan and everybody to be safe in it so I really appreciate everything he did.Jess

Rude store manager which does not communicate propertely with clients. I have been taking my cars to this shop for years but now its time for me to look for a shop that cares about their clients.

After I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced here, they were smoking and make a rubbing sound. I brought my vehicle back for them to correct. Unfortunately, they could not figure out the problem, and told me my wheels were probably out of balance ;( which didnt exactly inspire confidence. I found a youtube video that showed how to service the brakes on my vehicle, and saw that they had both rear calipers assembled incorrectly. The brake pistons need be be aligned in a certain way and they werent. I fixed it myself. Problem solved.They probably do a good job here, but not in my case.Edit: I see your response. How would you like to turn it around?

We were on a trip out of state and our battery died while we were at the gas station. Thankfully Monroe Auto Services was right next door and the man there came right over to jump start our car. He was concerned we wouldn’t make the rest of our 12 hour trip so he checked our battery for us and on finding it needed to be changed he got us a great quote on a new one. They didn’t have it at that location but they directed us to another of their stores where we got everything taken care of. Great service overall! Thank you again!

Went to have a trailer hitch installed that I bought from a website that guaranteed that it fit my truck . The guys at Tire Choice spent 30 minutes trying to get it to fit but could not. Ill have to return the part, but they didnt even charge me for the labor or time spent. Thank you!

I went to see Brandon and John and they were beyond honest and helpful. I bought a car recently and took it there for an assessment, they were honest and told me it would be wiser to get rid of, than pour money into. They were professional, honest, and thorough. I will be going to them in the future for all of my mechanical needs.

I am a regular customer and personal are very knowledgeable and friendly. Like the way they treat me and needs of my car, feel like I can trust them. And also Brandon did a good job assisting me today.

When I called they said the price for my back breaks would be under 260.00 then when I they took my car they raised the price to 550 and before I left they raised the price again to 680 . They tried to get me for over 800.. they barely seemed to know what they were doing and because they where having problems do to their lack of experience they just kept raising the price ...

Called this location to see how much my flat tire would cost me and then I drove to this location. Brandon and Eric were very helpful in getting me in as soon as possible.The staff told me the what would happen and they said they would try to save the tire but couldn’t make any promises .Every thing went very smoothly and the customer service was great! I will be back and I will recommend this location to family and friends.

Came here on a Sunday with a bad tire, ended up needing a new one but I wanted to buy a used one and they tried to help me find a place that was open and recommended a place. Did my oil change and also found my sons wallet in the car and returned it to me. Can r back with my wife’s car same day and the fixed my tire and did the oil change . Dropped a personal item of mine and went lolling for it when I returned they had found it and held it for me till I got back! Awesome guys awesome service

This was my first time going to Monro. Even though the guys were clearly busy, they were able to get me in and out when I had a flat. Id happily recommend anyone to go here. Both Eric and Jayden were professional and quick to get the job done.

Started out a good experience and two weeks later had to switch to another store because it was not a good experience after 4 visits experience and got nothing accomplished!

Normally this is an overall good place to come, but the new employees are not very professional with focusing, too much. My oil changes are always fine, they are always done pretty quickly and at a reasonable price, that I recommend... but I do not recommend coming here for tires since they were put on wrong and because of that I had to come back twice since my tires got flat almost right away and my car even had to be towed up there the 1 time. However, they did finally handle it and did everything for free, but it’s not really okay to have to keep coming up due to mistakes like that.

Eric is an amazing mechanic but even more important an amazing human being. Wonderful work. He even went so far to come and rescue me and my 3 young kids when we were stranded on the side of the road! Im so thankful to him. So happy my father in law recommened him. I will never take my van anywhere else!

Eric Beaune and a coworker saw me having trouble with the latch to my hood and offered to fix it at no cost. It was a quick fix and I still made it to work on time. They could not justify me trying to get on the highway with a latch that wasnt secured. They put the safety of people above anything else, and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

The guys down there are very nice and do good work, but I have notice them diagnose in their thoughts and it was something different concerning the car issue all together. 90 percent of the time they get it right and resolved. My only grip is that they are not always available nor cheap. But so many charge high now a days so maybe its just me. My opinion.

I went here to get my car to be quiet again, And one of the guys said here give me $100 and Ill weld a pipe on to the leak so I said alright Ill do It and he showed me the leak and all that and was really helpful, and so when he was done they kept it running so it would be quieter, but it was quieter (still loud as hell when giving the gas) and then a few weeks later its back to its original loudness, $100 down the drain. Never going back unless this was corrected. They never inspected the full exhaust, just extremely disappointed. I dont work many hours so $100 is a lot to a 19 year old.

I like this mechanic alot. They are under new management but none the less still very prompt and friendly. They do look out for you if you have been going there for awhile, My only issue would be the prices are high and I had a part worn out quickly and it should not have.
