I came in to look at vehicles and began working with Arma. She was beginning to ask me questions to help understand what type of car I was interested in, but as soon as she saw a male customer come in after me, she rudely cut me off mid-sentence, stopped working with me to assist the man. I asked the receptionist if this man had an appt and they looked at me confused, like they didnt want to get her in trouble. They told me she would follow up with me via call. I never received a call back.Women who choose to work with men before other women says a lot about what type of business she prefers and the fact that Mercedes allows this type of culture is disappointing to me.

I am completely disappointed with this dealership. In January 2021, I purchased a 2018 ChevyMalibu. When I purchased the car, it needed some body work to the RT front end of the car, just a buff out. However, on the driver’s side door there was a long scratch down to the metal. I was promised that these things would be fixed and they would call me ASAP to make the appointment for body work(apparently their guy is really busy). So I took the car home with the promise of this being done. In January about a week after I purchased the car, I called for an update to see where we were at on the appointment and to let them know that the key fob was broken, like it was glued with something and it gave away. Once again, I was promised that I would receive a call about getting the the body work done and they would look at the key fob as well. Well it is now almost June, 6 mos later still nothing done, after calling Steven who helped me through the paper work on the car and Adam Essa who sold me the car. Never have received a call back on this issue after repeated calls.Also, they failed to mention to me that the back driver side tire was patched and I learned that one the hard way-300.00 later for a new tire and a tow to the tire place. Apparently, you need a special unlocking device to take the lug nuts off the tire, to change it over to the donut tire. (should be in with the your spare, but was not there).I rarely ever leave reviews that aren’t great, but this has me so angry that I had to call this out. Warning, if you are a woman and in the marketplace for a new car-this dealership should be your very last stop.

Dealer prices of course. We spoke with Bryant and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about our sprinter. Didnt try to oversell us. We got an inspection on a sprinter (at a good price) and they guided us through what we should be aware of prior to purchase without trying to stick there hands in our pockets.

I stopped in to look at possibly getting a sprinter, no one said anything to me after five minutes, so I had to ask for help. The staff seemed nonchalant about helping me. Ive been to this dealership before to get some parts for my current sprinter and the service center was great in helping me...but not so much with the sales side. Maybe I caught them on an off day. I might be back.

Good deals on 2nd hand cars

Made a call to MB Preowned to mount some low profile tires on my bmw 335. So many places turned me down because they couldn’t do it, but Bryant in service got me in within a week and helped me do a night drop. Car was ready to go by the afternoon the next day, clean, and perfect tire pressures. Also got text updates from Bryant which was very convenient. A great experience, I’ll definitely be coming back

The other day I came in to get my car battery replaced. I had an appointment and was toldIt’ll take an hour and a half max. An hour and a half rolls by and my car isn’t done yet. I ask about it and they told me in 10 mins it would be ready. I waited another hour and still no car. I walk back to car services to see what is going on only to see the mechanic, and car services workers fooling around. When I asked when my car will be done, I was told they were just washing it up. As a total, I waited 3 hours for my car battery to be replaced. When asked about it, I was given a rude reply and had to pay a large chunk for something that shouldn’t have had to take 3 hours to replace, especially after watching the workers fool around on the job. And in the end. The car wasn’t even washed. Since the day I bought this car I’ve had issues with it. It wasn’t checked properly prior to being placed for sale. Not only am I disappointed that a MERCEDES dealership is acting like this, but I will not be coming back in nor buying a car from this location again.
