Overall, I am pleased with the truck. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the Nissan Frontier model S and SV do not offer Navigation which may have changed my purchasing decision. I strongly feel that all 2022 vehicles should offer Navigation as standard these days..
I came in for a service on my car and was able to come in and go in less than an hour with no complications. The workers are friendly and waiting area is quiet and clean enough to focus on studies. My advisor was Brandon and he was very kind and professional. 10/10 would recommend

I had a great experience. I did not feel pressured to buy and felt as though the salesman listened to what I wanted and helped me find a comparable vehicle that I would be satisfied with. He understood this is a major investment and that I wouldnt just settle for anything less than what I was looking for. This was a terrible experience. I was hoping to get an airbag light fixed. They just ran a diagnostic for $150 and told me Id have to pay $590 to POSSIBLY do fix it. Adam told me I could take my time coming back to get it fixed. I came back about 3 weeks later. They refused to credit the $150 i already spent as initially promised. I was told the service manager Mr. Milton refused to honor it. They are not transparent and extremely overpriced. Save yourself time and money. Avoid this place like the plague.
I can tell the difference in new management. I liked the service that I was getting with Priority. The people working in the service bay did not seem as professional as the ones that Priority had.I waited for over an hour only to find out my truck was not entered into the system to clear an quick inspection discrepancy.

These people who just started working there was very disrespectful. This female name JOY was so disrespectful towards me and my husband and she stuck her middle finger up at us from a distance for no reasons and she was being rude to my grandfather who was there with us and he’s 82 years old.The sales woman (she had long dreads) forgot her name she kept on leaving us around until we left without even trying to help us buy a car. NEVER AGAIN!!!! They have the worst people working for them and very bad customer service.!!! I swear right now I would never hire people like joy!!!!

The manager of this facility, Mr. Brian, was an amazing, energetic, and willing man who ensured that we had all the information, known all risks regarding the vehicle/paperwork, and further knowledge necessary that we needed before we further purchased and signed for a vehicle. My salesman, Mr. Korbie, was excellent!!! He is a prime example of a great, educated, genuine salesman. This gentleman made sure that we had everything we needed regarding the vehicle and does not hesitate to go the extra mile for his customers. These gentlemen made sure I had everything I needed for my first car. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking for good service. This car dealership seems to be in great hands.
I have never had a bad experience at priority/ classic nissan until today. I dropped my truck off for an oil change at 11am. I came back at 3pm and it is 3:40 and still not ready! Ive had my truck 4yrs, never had a problem. Very disappointed 😞

Went in for an oil change. I was told it would take about an hour, which wasnt bad. While sitting in the social distance waiting area, I got a text from the dealership regarding other work needed to be done. It was equipped with photos, verifying the necessary work. I was also able to see the prices for service in an itemized list and know what I what pay at the end. It was only an extra 45min.

I have had the worst experience at CLASSIC NISSAN today. First I arrived and seated myself in the waiting area for over 2hrs. A women who arrived after me was serviced to check out before me while my vehicle was already waiting to be checked out. Service advisor BRANDON knew and seen me waiting for over 2hrs and serviced her first he did not return back to check me out. BRANDON was not professional with his timing at all, he did not communicate with me like he done so with the women who arrived hours after me. I called to share my concerns to customer service. SECOND MR. HARVEY answered the phone and insisted I be put on hold after telling him about his fellow employee. ON HOLD For f’ing what when you just had me sitting there at CLASSIC NISSAN FOR OVER 2hrs. What POOR POOR Service from CLASSIC NISSAN!

I really have no words to express how Thankful I am to have called Alvin Amassenburg when I was having trouble with my 2007 Nissan Altima while driving from PA to VA. My experience is always great when I go to Priority Nissan, the staff is great, especially with my kids and they always find a way to work with you. Just today, we had to get our spark plugs and coils done, so our engine light would stop going on and off. We didn’t have the funds to pay for the entire payment today but Cindy from the Service Department, worked with us. She found a way for us to pay for half today and the rest of it, on a payment plan! Cindy also was able to get us a rental car, so we weren’t waiting all day for the repairs and they wind up paying for our rental as well. This is the best customer service we have received thus far, and that’s why we continue to go to this Priority Nissan. They care about your time, your vehicle and also you, thanks again Cindy, you’re the best!!!!!

Normally I avoid dealerships due to the assumed price gouging BUT after this wonderful experience, I plan to only take my car to Nissan from here on out!The day I brought my car in, Adam was reassuring and helpful. He called me with a diagnosis and price within a few hours. When my car was ready for pick up, Adam walked me over to my car, popped the hood and and throughly explained what happened and why. I asked a lot of questions about my engine (because I wanted to learn...its my first car) and he answered all of them in a way that I could understand. He also printed out a serve schedule for my car and walked me through the mile markers for each service and the approximate cost. I am grateful for the knowledge he shared and for is patience with me. Thank you Adam and everyone one else involved with fixing my vehicle!

We tried to trade-in our 2019 Versa for a special they had going on. They sold my boyfriend a car. He signed the paperwork and they agreed to a monthly financing amount. He was VERY clear that he was starting a new job the following week. A week LATER, AFTER giving him his new car and driving it for the week, they call saying the financing didnt go through because of the new job, after we had switched EVERYTHING over for the new car. Now his credit score is demolished from the FOUR DIFFERENT CREDIT INQUIRIES. We will NEVER go back. Who lets a car leave the lot WITHOUT the bank part being done?! NOW were a car payment behind, luckily we got the original bank to keep the loan. AND, the down-payment was supposed to be given back days ago, ANOTHER hold up, RETURN OUR MONEY. DO NOT GO HERE.

I asked for a new rim because the old one was damaged. The dealership responded with the rim is good we tested it it will hold air. I replaced my tire after getting a flat to the suspect damaged rim and before the jack hit the ground The tire went flat

I had by far the best experience here last weekend. Everyone was amazing from sales to management. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences Ive had. They did what they promised and got me into the exact truck I explained to them I wanted down to interior color. They even beat the trade in price of the first dealership I was going to trade my car into. This is my second purchase from the Priority group and they have been great at every location I have visited the warranties and free amenities cant be beat at all! I tell all my friends about Priority and when Im ready for another car they are the only dealership Im calling.

I went to 3 dealerships before I came here but no one really wanted to work within the budget i gave them after I arrived. I called here ahead of time and spoke to Pascow and let him know what vehicle i was interested in. Deshawn found another vehicle at the price point that I had mentioned i could afford and he exceeded my expectations. He put in 100 percent effort to match my needs. Mike, the finance manager called me in the next day with a better deal and lowered my payment for me. I was a little over my monthly price range but for a 2021 at the overall price i was looking for, 10 out of 10.Im so glad they didnt overlook me and Pascow took the time to actually listen to what i wanted before i came in.Genuine interest in a consumers needs is hard to find and even though the process took a few hours, it was an easy process and im glad i shopped around and landed here.

Brought my car in and told them my back passenger tire is leaking. They stated it’s “probably just because of the drop in temperature.” Left it at Nissan to be serviced for state inspection and oil change- they called and told me there is a leak in the tire and they charged me $30 to fix it. My tire was back to leaking as soon as I got it back. Had to pay someone else $25 to fix it. They also gave my friend trouble with tires. DO NOT GO HERE TO SERVICE YOUR TIRES.Update: Got a phone call from Maggie who is horrible! Lol. Tried to lie her way out of the situation and we were so fed up we decided not to call her back. But I’m happy that we’ve rerouted our friends and family to Toyota and Hyundai instead and we are working on leaving Nissan immediately!
Had an annual inspection which is free and should of pointed out the issue with the vehicle. However, there was an $85 diagnostic fee. In the future I will be glad to pay a GARAGE I trust and pay them $20 for an inspection and they will also make the correct repairs for about 30% cost of what Nissan would purchase.
I was glad I made my decision to buy from priority Nissan in Newport News. My salesman Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable we sat down I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen so if you chose to buy any car off this lot ask for him.

What a scamfest. Horrible place for repairs. Come knowing and be weary.I had come here with the following problem: vehicle would not shift out of neutral. First they charged me $125 diagnostic to tell me my entire transmission needed replaced and the costs were something over a thousand dollars. I questioned intently on the cool guy there and he pointed out that the part I needed.. was the five dollar rubber gasket that holds the shifting cable to the shifter. (There was nothing in need of repair!)I came back recently, after deployment, and again, asking for an oem part that was upcharged 100$ more than what Autozone/advanced Auto parts offered.I would sue them for the diagnostic they ran last year but I had no time. Thieves.

We had an amazing experience from the time we walked the lot to look at cars until we signed the deal and drove off. The salesman, D’Shawn Creque, that sold us our car was top notch! He was very friendly and non-pressure, but gave attention to every detail to make our purchasing experience the very best it could be. All others involved in our purchasing experience took very good care of us as well. I highly recommend Priority Nissan if you are in the market for a new car! I asked for my spare to be put back on because it was under the car they did it no extra charge. Also when I got my car back it was vacuumed out . That really made a hard working mothers day. Got an oil change, tire rotation and a tire patched the last time I was there. Brandon let me know that I could get my state inspection done too so I didn’t have to go back in June to get it done. Wasn’t there too long, which was great!

I was sold a car with a faulty transmission that I paid $5000 cash for and when I wanted to trade the car in they only valued it at $1000. Not only that they wouldn’t even fix the transmission or come to some type of agreement the cost of the repair is more than I paid for the car. So all my savings gone and yet and still I don’t have a reliable car.
My last experience here was truly amazing! A salesman name Mahrod Roof help me understand what to look for when buying a car and was happy to break everything down to the smallest details. With his kindness and level of professionalism, I’m looking forward to purchase my next car on my next visit.

After many mediocre experiences at other dealerships I decided to try other dealerships in other cities than my own. I made my way over to this particular Priority location and spoke with Mahrod Roof. I Instantly felt welcome and comfortable enough to share my financial situation with him. He literally laid out my options for me and gave me advice on making my purchase in the next couple of weeks. Mr. Roof was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will most certainly refer him to others!
Service was great but had to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. That could be due to multiple reasons but just didnt think I would have to wait that long.
Service was quite speedy I like how all the info needed to service my Armada was sent to me via text I thought that was very neat the service rep was very help and informed with the Info he was very knowledgeable
The experience i received from Priority Nissan was not great. I made an appointment for a state inspection. My appointment was today. I arrived on time and the first technician provided great customer service. I was even notified that I needed an oil change. So the technician had my car service for a state inspection and oil change. I arrived at 10 and by 1230 my car was not ready nor did i receive an update on my car status. Around 12:45 I went and spoke with technician and told me I just received a text message stating I need a light bulb in order for my state inspection pass. The technician never updated me on my status I had to found out for my self. I did not leave the service department until 1:30. I was not satisfied with the service that i received today.
