Absolutely loved the service. Check in was easy and quick. Explained everything perfectly. When Enterprise was late with rental car, Alex and Elizabeth kept contacting them (continuously) to find out what was going on. One week later car was ready, perfectly done except one emblem was missing. When I called Elizabeth apologized and was checking for it. This is a thoroughly professional, friendly and caring business which I hope I never have to use again, but if I do they will be my only choice. Thanks Elizabeth and Alex.
Had my car for 4 weeks to fix minor damage to bumper and front end after I had a golf cart back into me. Had me drop off the car before they even had the parts. Gave me the run around and never called back when promised. Told me I could have my car back 10/22 and then told me it wasnt drivable because they hadnt put it back together yet. Spoke to manager who apologized but made the excuse that he had only been there a few weeks....He has been there as long as my car. Alyssa was ONLY one that finally began to contact me and she said I could get my car but was gone on vacation the day I was supposed to. Clearly no team work or communication among employees. Would give 0 stars but that isnt an option! They dont understand how it affects ones life to be without a car for so long...losing hours at work...depending on other people for rides, no compassion or understanding. Car repairs should have been the LEAST of my problems right now! Will never use them again and wont recommend to anyone! Also added an additional $2000 from the original quote due to a headlight Chassy...!
Went to Priority Collision Center to see about a self estimate. I was greeted immediately with a friendly and courteous staff. My appointment was at 11 and Darryl Liechti walked out on time to greet me. He looked over my vehicle and explained my damages in full. He gave me an estimate and told me most likely what would be the immediate response of the insurance company. As I was about to leave Darryl offered me some free collision wrap to keep my trunk closed. Although I didnt get anything done here, this is how a business should run. Thanks Darryl!!
Outstanding customer service with a great smile. Professional, courteous, and willing to answer your questions. A 10 out of a 10.
Very helpful and most courteous, gracious staff; attended to me as soon as I arrived. Couldnt ask for better service. Highly recommend.
I was rear ended and my insurance company worked through this auto body shop, after having my car repaired else where a few weeks ago for a deer hitting my car I was hesitant because the people who repaired that job were recommended by my insurance. However I was so pleased with priority collision everyone there is super professional and super helpful. I even took my car back for a small scratch and they were super great about what they could do that wouldn’t cost me too much, and even gave me other ideas to fix the small scratch. They made sure to even tell me what it would look like. I would definitely go here again if needed!
Priority Collision Center did AMAZING and I was blessed to have had Darryl assisting me throughout the process. I would like to start off with saying, I did not buy my car from Priority, however was recommended by a Friend. This process was fairly new to me in addition to the pain I was in due to the accident. Nevertheless Darryl jumped right into action, empathizing with me, explaining to me the process and making sure I was informed and comfortable! I did not have to worry about my rental car (Darryl scheduled it to come once I arrived with my car)and I was updated on car maintenance while it was in the shop. The day I picked up my car it was quick and easy! My car looked beautiful and Darryl clearly explained to me (once again) what was done.Darryl did a great job and I HIGHLY recommend him and Priority Collision Center. Thanks again for making this less pleasurable experience as smooth as it could be!
Alex is very nice he was a great help.
So car is in shop from an accident i didnt cause the person at faults insurance is paying and my car is finished with repairs yet i am not allowed to pick it up due to insurance not paying full claim which isnt my problem seeing as they are not my insurance provider but shop refuses to release car to me based on the insurance not paying which they will undoubtedly have to pay since they already agreed to repairs and who is at fault again dispute between shop and insurance has nothing to do with me and my car has been in shop for over a month but yet being held against my will
Vehicle was taken in for an insurance claim. Service center did not communicate delays or issues with me. Paint had defects that needed remediation. Service center attempted to reuse damaged parts that were billed for.
Good job on my vehicle. The process was smooth and work was done fast.
They were unable to put my car back together after an accident even though it is a Toyota and was fully covered.
I had a great experience here after a not great incident with my vehicle. The staff treated me well, and handled everything with insurance, parts, etc. all I did was drop off my vehicle and come pick it up a week later - a tad ahead of schedule! And it looked amazing!!! Like a brand new automobile.
1st rate job, all people friendly and helpful
I had a great experience when coming here. They’re communication and their work is impeccable and got done in a timely manner. Hopefully I don’t have to come back for any major repairs but if I do I would not hesitate. Thank you Daryl and staff!
Awesome service! Great technicians, who do solid work, are very courteous and professional. The facility itself is spotless. Everyone is very friendly. They have a snack machine and a TV. There are clean bathrooms and even cleaner changing tables if you have to bring your baby.
I am a customer for life. This is my second car I have purchased from Priority. The Collision Center is professional and care about the quality of their work.Darryl Liechti met all my needs and concerns. The whole team gets a 5 star rating from me.
Service was great. The paint job they did on my vehicle was awesome. Darryl was a great contribution for the outcome of my car. Clearly one of the best body shop services I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely recommend anyone to them.
I love my Nissan staff at priority collision they are very professional and friendly staff here at the collision place they fix my car in timely manner very professional and courteous
2017 priority toyota camry hit by fallen tree August 4 2020 vehicle has been to shop 5 times. Still not complete and now priority collision center of newport news refusing to fix. Have been in verbal altercation with receptionist Have had verbal altercations with manager Dan DiSalvo and assistant Alex. I am a priority customer since 2016. Im just not priority Im a number. Big time Hassel lots of promises but with no follow through. Mission statement says fixed the right way the first time to customers satisfaction. I have been 5 times without vehicle being completed still waiting to resolve issue. Have tried to contact 2 priority general managers with no success Im supposed to be a priority seems as if Im being discriminated against.
Great customer service 🤠
Everyone was great, from start to finish. It was a shock to have an accident with my new truck, but these folks fixed it like new. They were quick and courteous and when I picked up my vehicle, it looked like nothing had happened.Highly recommended!
If I ever need to fix my car again I will only take it to priority collision center. They have the friendliest staff to include Ms. Keyba Smith at the front desk who was so sweet and kind. Thomas Nance is who we dealt with the most and he was amazing at keeping us informed of what was going on with our car. He gave us a fair price for the fix to our car. We are very happy with our experience at priority collision.
Every employee was wonderful. A special thank you to Darrell. Fast, efficient and kind. You guys rock! Hope I never need your service again but if I do I think you will make it as painless as possible. Work is top notch
Best body shop experience ever. The insurance company wanted to use used cut out parts. But Daryl at Priority Collision fought them tooth and nail to get me OEM parts. Even I had given up hope but they refused to use cut out parts on our car. They kept me informed every few days as to the timeline. They even touched up a spot that was damaged previously. So three thumbs up
Beyond impressed. I am beyond pleased 😊😊 and thankful that they repaired my vehicle and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. They also detailed it so not only does it drive brand new but it looks it too.
Darryl was awesome! He took my information, contacted the claim adjuster through my insurance and if I have been ready to let my car get fixed Right then and there, he would have had me out the door in a rental ☺️. I always buy all my vehicles from Priority!!
Great work
Thomas Nance from priority collision was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very smart and knowledgeable about cars. Explains all of the options very clearly and doesnt try to gouge you for money. Honest and fair business overall and also used them for my wifes vehicle too. Their pricing if very fair and they are waaaay better than Casey Collision (expensive with nickel and dime service). We will only use Priority Collision in the future.
The customer service we received from Darryl was above and beyond. We constantly received updates on what was happening with our car. Would definitely recommend this service center.
Overall experience was great! Any time I called with questions regarding my car, the employees were very helpful. Darrell was nice and professional, he kept me updated throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed!
The WORST place ever!!! I made the mistake of having my 2017 Honda Accord repaired here after an accident! Never received any notifications regarding my vehicle, my husband and I kept calling to get updates, just find out at the last minute that things were delayed! All they could say was: “the car hasn’t been assigned to someone to notify you of updates” when my car has been with them for 10+ days. Parts weren’t ordered nor did they attempt to even notify us that they couldn’t find a certain part! I made the mistake of trusting this unprofessional, disorganized collision center. Never again I can assure you. Not WORTH one star!Take your car else where.Elle.
Manager was friendly and even came in for me on Sat when closed. Did show him collision center on line hours did NOT show they were closed. Other than that, this place was AMAZING!! Thanks for your service in getting my vehicle appraisal completed so fast! Appreciated every minute everyone pitched in on my out of state totaled 12 Camry SE.
Dan and Darryl along with the staff provided excellent service on my car which hit the light pole in the parking lot of priority nissan newport news after service (I was the third victim hit the light pole in a two week period).State Farm would not pay for the alignment on my claim even I told them that I needed to turn the steering wheel 90 degrees to let my car go straight and the traction control light was always on. The reason that state farm gave me is that they could not see the damage on photos. This shows the bureaucratic operations of state farm, they just dont care about the safety of customer. Darryl suggested that I sign the alignment consent first to allow them to prove the damage on the alignment and tie rod and get paid by state farm. Without the expert knowledge from Dan and Darryl I would have had to face a thousand dollar more expensive repair bill. Dan and Darryl were my best allies during this incident.
Absolutely horrible. I called to get some information on some vehicles and instead the person who I dealt with was just rude and impatient. He kept cutting me off and interrupting me, seemed beyond annoyed and I was barely on the phone for 1-2 minutes. He then proceeded to tell me what we were going to do because he couldnt be bothered to just answer the questions I had about the vehicles. He was the true definition of the phrase poor customer service. And I was recommended through two military friends of mine whom Ive let know, they need to stop referring people here. I felt bullied and belittled and thats intolerable.
Wasnt impressed. The initial visit was fine where they provided the estimate. I decided to wait until parts came in before I got a rental car while my car was being repaired. I was told parts would be in in 3 days.... 1.5 week later I called inquiring if the part had come in... come to find out the part was never ordered!!! Then it got ordered after I FOLLOWED UP and came in in 2 days... car was fixed in 2 days. I just think the communication was lacking because no one ever told me the part was never ordered. Thank god i waited until the part came to get the rental. I dont prefer to have a rental for that long.
Great Customer Service and Great Techs
I took my vehicle in for collision repair to the driver side doors that sustained scraping and dents from another driver. I chose this shop because I purchased my vehicle from Priority last year and have always experienced great service from the service department.During my visits for my estimate, to drop my vehicle off, and pick it up I felt that the customer service when I walked in was not that great. It was a feeling that I was bothering the associates at the front desk. And I was asked if my insurance company uses them, or if I was just shopping around for quotes in a way that came off as if they really didnt want to assist (tone/energy). My carrier had actually sent over all of my information which they found when they decided to see if I was in the computer.Due to the less than warm greeting at the estimate, I was actually going to contact my carrier and just request to use a preferred shop closer to home, but the check had been issued to Priority before I could reach the adjustor. When I came in two weeks later for the first available appointment on my 3 day repair, I was told at check in that I would receive updates and a call when my vehicle was ready. I dropped my vehicle off just before 830am on that day.On day 4 mid afternoon, I called the shop for an update since I had not heard anything from them. I was told that my car was in quality check and should be ready in about an hour.Same warm greeting at pick up. The doors looked good, but clean up was lacking. My car required ventilation from the overpowering paint smell in the car, and vacuuming. I also noticed when I got home, a marking near the rear side window like it had been accidentally brushed with a primer. It is a white mark on a black car. Nice.Disappointed all around in this experience.
These guys are very professional and they have done a great job on two of our vehicles.
Because of the usual inflated “Corvette Tax”, for any repair work my Corvette may require, am very picky! Its my time and hard earned $ so I demand competence from any professional technician that may put their hands on her. If I feel I know more than the “professional” I will look elsewhere. I will not pay some one to learn on my car. That being said....Darrell was referred to me by a friend to repair the damage and paint my black 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. When the original insurance/adjuster presented me with his assanine estimate (he tried to “low ball” me), Darrell mediated my claim with the insurance company, for all the replacement parts and repair required, for a car of this caliber. Darrell had his own adjuster from my insurance company available locally (original adjuster was from the Richmond area) and got everything taken care of.My Corvette was ready when he said it would be and the paint job looks factory! I tried hard to find some kind of fault, but could not.Darrell is a true professional and his happy demeanor is contagious. He is the asset this dealership needs to establish a great reputation. He takes pride in his work and it shows.Darrell great job!!!! You are the consummate Professional that other technicians should emulate.....I will refer you to everyone who wants their car done right the first time!DavidWilliamsburg VA.
Always quality work!
I decided to edit my initial review. I prefer to not go into detail. Hopefully I will not have to return but if so I will look elsewhere.
Nothing bad to say about my experience with Priority Collision. Would recommend to anyone in need of body work. Thanks again!
Sales staff are nice, willing to go above and beyond to help you. Just didnt see anything I wanted at the time I went
Excellent shop. My vehicle looked as good as new after their work.
If I could give them a 0 I would. They f-----d my truck up bad. Had to take it back twice and everything is still screwed up from the accident.
I was recommended to this shop by a close friend who was under the belief that his older co-workers were still there. They werent. We brought a car in for a minor hit on the right front fender. I was assured they were to use OE parts and could handle the work. The person who hit us were paying cash for their part and I was paying extra for other minor work. Ill start with the minor work. It was basically OK other than with a few pieces of dirt in the paint. They left over spray on one of the wheels and the blend area was an obvious line. The accident side was a mess. When I called to find out when it was to be finished, three days and a weekend later they told us it was finished and ready to be picked up. I called the people who hit us and they went in and paid their portion in full during their lunch break. I went up a few hours later when work permitted to find the car far from drivable. The fender liner was not replaced like we talked about and was hanging down onto the tire along with the new bumper. The bumper was also an inch out of alignment. The car was also presented in the direct sunlight probably so I wouldnt see any of the bad paint runs that were in the bumper which I saw later in my garage under fluorescent lights. Eddie, the manager, said he cleaned up the car himself. When I directly said, how can I take a car away that is not drivable, with a tire that will rub, he said there was nothing he could do because of previous damage to the area. We discussed this when the fender was off. There are factory welds that all match the engine bay welds but he just kept telling me there was nothing he could do. Remember the car was there to be fixed and the shop accepted the work. I asked why the broken fender liner was still in there after we clearly discussed replacing it and after five minutes of silence, he finally agreed to replace it. Two more days later, he called to say everything was good and to come look at it. The new fender liner was stamped with Made in Taiwan and still hung down, just not as much. The bumper was still an inch off. I told him to look at the other side to see how it goes together. He just kept insisting the car was missing brackets or something. We are an OEM repair shop not an aftermarket shop. We put OEM parts on and that is all we can do. The car is stock other than the paint which they did match well. They gladly took our money with no problem, didnt finish the job and gave us a car that wasnt ready. I finally took the car and figured I would go to Auto Haus, where I should have gone in the first place. When I got home and looked at it myself, I found the following:1) The new fender liner was not OE but from Taiwan. The missing mounting was all there, just not screwed in. The actual screw to hold the liner up was in the fender waiting reassembly! Once in, it pulled the liner mostly up and the bumper was perfectly aligned.2) Big paint run in the bumper. Again, make them bring it inside under fluorescent lighting, not daylight.3) They didnt bother painting the small bumper lip that they had to remove from the old bumper. One of those things that should have been a no brainer while the front end was a part.4) A few small dirt specks in the new paint. We expected the car the same quality as before the accident not worse.5) The side skirt had to be removed to replace the fender. One of the clips broke but was not replaced. It is hanging off the side of the car. It is a two dollar part but I guess its up to me to replace after they were paid $4100.6) Over spray was left on a wheel. These wheels were just refinished by a local mobile shop.7) One of the blend lines look line they didnt get paint over the primer area.8) The car was not delivered on time and was not ready to be picked up and paid for.9) The head of the department said he went over the car in prep so one would expect it to be 100% ready.10) The side turn signal light in the side of the new fender fell out today. The gasket was broken so it was hard to lock back in. Just another short by the shop.
Not happy with priority collision. I got my car back one week ago there are imperfections in the paint, looks to me like they didnt sand down the bondo. A piece of equipment in my car has bondo stains that just will not come off. Absolutely careless with other peoples property.
Nice guys
They were very nice when I lost my car in a crash
Went there to get a front bumper replaced from the partnership they have with my insurance (Geico) and were extremely disappointed with the results and customer service. I don’t really listen to reviews but you should listen to mine. Their staff are rude and unprofessional. They told me two days to get fixed but took a week. Prior to the day of the appointment I went their two weeks ago and missed the appointment time by ten minutes due to my newborn baby’s needs, and the lady at the counter did not care and told me tough luck and reschedule. So I did. Besides the point, the lack of communication and not informing me of the inaccurate repair window was unprofessional. Which was fine because my insurance paid for the rental, but keep in mind if your renting a vehicle out of pocket you should rent one for a week longer because they not keep you inform with status updates, the only notification you get is when the vehicle is finished. Anyways, I went to retrieve my vehicle and noticed the paint was good but the scratch on the bumper was still protruding from the fresh paint. That was just one discrepancy, the real issue was that my fog lights attached to my bumpers weren’t working, these are brand new LED lights. I thought nothing of it so I just brought it back to have them fix it. When I got there I was greeted rudely and waited two hours for them to stand around scratching their heads. The older gentlemen who was in charge of the appointment and repair walked up to me two hours later and said there was nothing they can do and that they “ took apart the car and ran power to the lights and found they were completely bad and had no power to them.” I told him to kindly try to switch the plug around because the plugs don’t really have a positive and negative symbol on them. He replied with we’ve done everything and unfortunately there’s nothing they can do. Keep in mind the lights are brand new and were installed the same day the headlights were (same size and model) and the headlights work flawlessly. So being the respectful person I am I shook his hand and said ok thanks. A week later I went to install new leds but before I did I switched the plug around out of curiosity. Long behold the lights work just fine. Not only were their staff lazy and rude but they really don’t care about the customer. Point is, please don’t go here, they are not worth it, don’t waste your time and money.
Christopher Paterno is a great representative. Those that I came across in the center were very polite, funny, and sweet.
Thanks to Gieco Auto Insurance and Priority Collision Center I had a great experience. They did a great job with my jeep which sustained damage outside of a Foodlion parking lot as I shopped. The damage was repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. What they couldnt replace I was reinbursed for. Good to go, guys.
Worked on my vehicle ....Perfect work!!My Jeep is all new again.
The staff dealt very professionally with my panic attack when I found out my beloved truck was considered totaled. The Geico claim adjuster was very fair and considerate.
The staff was very rude, incompetent, unprofessional and lack customer service and very judgemental. Went there to get an estimate so I can book an appointment to have my car fixed, the guy instead of assisting me goes ahead to make assumptions that I am trying to make money off insurance little does he know that insurance was taking time to solve my claim and had decided to fix it with my own money because I was planning to travel soon. All he had to do was look at the car and give me an estimate. Did not need anything in writing, I just wanted the figures for ease of planning. All he had to say was i am wasting his time. If you dont want to help customers with estimates then change your job description to something else.Plz train your staff customer service, its the same customers that you despise that pay your salary or the reason you still have a job. Wont reccomend this place. Dont remember the guys name but I think its carl.
They did a great job with my car. It was restored to pre-accident condition.
Great people to do business with. They aim to please
My car was not ready as indicated for three separate times (originally told Thursday, then told Friday morning, and then was told it would be ready Friday by 2). I had to call to check to see when it would finally be ready multiple times. The receptionist was rude and not willing to help resolve my concerns since the final time I was told that my car would be ready, it still wasn’t available nor cleaned upon my arrival from work despite being told that was the reason for the hold up.
They were very quick and had me out in 40 minutes
Friendly staff, helpful to have Geico insurance agent there for any insurance issues.
Great experience took less than half hour to inspect car by Gieco rep. Loaner car was ready to go.
Great customer service and excellent work on my car. Thank you Priority Collision Centrt3
Worst place ever, demanded return of their rental vehicle prior to completion of my car. When I return their rental, had to uber myself home.
Horrible customer service. Car was totalled and they refused to switch out the new wheels for the factory wheels. Gave us a time frame last minute to find someone else to do it knowing the car was totalled. Would not assist with removing anything. I purchased a car with priority in the past and never received this kind of customer service before.
Great auto repair technicians!
Sorry but you have to have an appointment to get an estimate. Are you available later this week? No Im available now. Sorry we cant help you
They did a GREAT job
Friendly, attentive, answer questions in a timely manner
Wonderful experience!
It was a great walk
RUDE! DO NOT GO THERE!!
Excellent Service
