I only really spoke with Nicole who handled my claim to fix my vehicle after the collision and she was the absolute best. Took a little over a week for the body work to be done but mostly it was just waiting on parts from the manufacturer.

My initial arrival to drop off was great and they were very nice and helpful. After having my vehicle there for a few weeks I received the call that it was ready for pick up . I arrived excited to get my vehicle back ( I had just purchased it 2 weeks prior to someone hitting it.) When I got there and they pulled it around I immediately saw alot of issues from fish eyes in the paint big and little, rough areas in the clear, dings in the panel that was replaced, unfinished sanding and buffing in areas, some things that were untouched all together. I was very disappointed with the work . My vehicle was talked down on when I pointed out the issues because of the ace and condition of the vehicle (2011) like I should be happy with the outcome. Then was asked if I was going to take it or leave it for them to fix the issues, of course im leaving it and keeping my rental car. The following week I received the call to come get it and it is ready (again) to pick up. This time I looked it over again and the fish eyes in the paint were gone, rough spots corrected, unfinished sanding and buffing done, but the one spot they still hadnt fixed the first time was only touched up with paint and touch up brush . This didnt even fix it only covered it up, Also noticed my door window switch was popping up our the panel (which it wasnt like that when I dropped off.) The vehicle was not cleaned or detailed at all.Aggregated and dissatisfied I took my vehicle this time . The switch kept popping out the door panel because the clips to retain it had been broken. Also noticed that the headliner was all puched up from the rear window removal. At this time I head to work, my fuel light was on so I stopped for fuel only to find that my fuel filler neck cap and all was suck behind the bed of my truck from where it was all removed for the repair . It had not been put back, it was raining and I couldnt even fuel my truck up. all. I arrived to work I called the service writer to inform about the issue ( no answer had to leave a voice mail) no answer for hours. I ended up emailing the collision manager telling him my issue. Got a fairly quick response saying that they would take care of it for me tomorrow ( remember my fuel light is on ) . I went back up there that evening for them to fix the fuel issue so I didnt run out . This they did fix along with simi adjusted the headliner, then stated that the door switch was previously broken and his fix was to put tape around it and push it back down to hold it . I told him about the unfinished work and he did say to bring it back by for a day (basically a 3rd time) and they would take care of it and wash the vehicle too (at this pointim not confidentin the majorwork that was performed nor do i really want to bring it back ). I left and went to fuel my vehicle still very irritated with the work and quality. That evening driving home from work down the interstate I put my hand behind the headrest to rest my arm to glend up getting metal shaving dust material all over my had from the repair they did ( luckily I work in a service field and was still in my work clothes and not dressed nicely this could have ruined my clothes.) The weekend after all of this I washed my vehicle to clean it how I always do to find out that there was over spray from the clear coat on my fender, roof, hood (the worst areas) but had noticed all over the vehicle. Tape residue lines on the windows. To top it off as i cleaned the inside i took some trash out the door panel to find all the broken window switch clips tossed in the door panel with my trash( they were not there when I bought it, the vehicle was clean and empty.) At this point I had honestly had enough, nor do I feel like i could ever trust that facility for repair or quality and as i stated makes me second guess the larger repair that was done as well. In my opinion I would not recommend at all, if you can wait then do so . Take it somewhere where they will give the quality and respect younand your vehicle deserve.

I have been bringing my vehicle here for many years, it has been the only place I have ever take my cars for repairs. Normally the staff is very helpful and I get my vehicle back done right & in a timely manner. Unfortunately now thanks to Ashley I will no longer be bringing my business to them. I had a 9am appointment this morning. After working all night & getting off at 7am, I was extremely tired. I sat on the couch & unintentionally dozed off right around 8am. When I woke at 9:30 I immediately called Suttle to reschedule she told me the next available scheduling was another week out. When I said this wasnt good enough she stated well you had your appointment at 9 this morning. To which I informed her that I was working all night & dozed off. She then proceeded to continue to catch attitude and make snide remarks to which I did not appreciate. I doubt that this will amount to much overall but let it be know that due to this one person, Suttle Motors has completely lost me as a longtime, loyal customer.

I was scheduled to have my car fixed on August 4th. My Progressive insurance set up the appointment with Suttle and with Enterprise. I received a confirmation. One day after everything was scheduled, I received a call from Ashley letting me know they didn’t have availability on the 4th and asked if I could bring my car on August 10th. I said that was fine and asked her if she was going to reschedule with Enterprise for a rental pick up on the 10th as well and she said yes. I arrived to Suttle on the 10th, drove my car into the garage. The employees were extremely kind and helpful and told me where to go to check in. The employee behind the counter was not very friendly or professional but she had me fill out a form and told me to sit and wait. I asked if I should check in with Enterprise for my rental and she said sure. I gave Enterprise my name and they said my rental was set up for the 4th, it had never been changed and they didn’t have anything they could rent to me. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to Ashley. She told me it wasn’t her fault that Enterprise didn’t have a rental for me. She was extremely unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to any family or friends.

This place is great. They are friendly and helped me find the enterprise location within their facility. My rental from enterprise in this building was nasty and had roches and ants.But suttle collision is great. We are thinking of doing a trade in soon

Was in a car accident my insurance brought the vehicle to this location. They took over a month to fix the vehicle. It was very little work to be done. And when they tell you that you can pick up your vehicle it has to be between 9-5 on a weekday. They do not help people who work during the day. They do not allow you to pick up your vehicle on the weekends. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away

The staff was very nice at Suttle had to get a rental ( enterprise)wanted a small vehicle said all they had was a 6 seater Durango of course used up more of my insurance monies on bigger vehicle.Shuttle had my car for 10 days was not a major job then had to take it back because the leak was not found. Said they fixed this time will see when get a good rain.

I brought my car here after being in a accident. They were so professional and kind, the took my estimate and handled everything with the at fault party’s insurance. I didn’t have to do a thing. They finished the repairs within a week and gave me my car back beautiful. Though I live in Richmond (soon will be Stafford) I will make the drive down to Suttle when possible to fix my car because I know they will do everything correctly and not cut corners. I always recommend Suttle to anyone asking for a body shop.

I arrived a little early for an oil change and a couple system updates on my 2019 2500 HD, Ricki took me right in, she made sure everything was up to date, she is always professional and helpful. I believe she is a big reason Suttle is a 5 star dealership. I recommend Suttle and Ricki whenever I get a opportunity.

I was very not impressed with this Body Shop. #1 my remote start key fab was lost. After two days management did agree to replace it. After about a week the fab will be replaced #2 I was told that my vehicle would be ready around 4:30 -5 I waited like almost 45 minutes to get my vehicle. When I got it back after spending $280 the indoor trim to my Mercedes was broken and laying on the inside of the car. No one said anything until I brought it to the attention of one of the attendees. He was then able to replace the holders that held the trim piece in. The overall staff members were good but this experience gave me a bad taste in my pocket and mouth. I will not chose this locale again unless I own one of there signature brands.

I took my car in for repairs the week before Christmas and got my car back on December 23, 2019. Ray Hogge was my service writer, when I picked my car up the body repairs we done good but when I got my coolant done at my job, they noticed my rear passenger tire was slanted inward compared to the other side which is the alignment. Since suttle charged my insurance company for the alignment I called to see the warranty for the work done. I left Ray a voicemail on the 20th of January and spoke to a lady and she said the warranty for the alignment was 90 days, the next day I called Ray again and they got him on the phone, I just asked him what the warranty was on my alignment and he said he when he got to his desk he would call me back. When he calls back, he tells me that he called my insurance company and they declined to pay for it again and he sent me a copy of my alignment. Looking at the alignment sheet I dont see where they corrected much of anything and he should have still had a few days on the warranty covered by suttle. Instead of him trying to rip my insurance company off he could have said I had a few days left for the warranty because I never said anything about my insurance company so why would he call them for anything. Very bad business for me and I could have got the same alignment at work with a life time warranty for the same price they charged.
