Very unprofessional. Denise may seem nice, but when it comes down to it they will not believe a word you say about your car. Wouldn’t have had to have paid $400 to get a car looked at if they would’ve listened the first time and not run us around in circles. I do not recommend. Try anywhere but here. Customer service skills are terrible!! Listen to the bad reviews!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS . These people are Scammers !!!! Tell you a certain price over the phone once you get there it’s and entirely different price for the same exact car WITHIN A MATTER OF MINUTES? Once they see your wages they will try to up the price on a vehicle. They are inconsistent and dishonest. There’s a huge sign out from of the establishment saying ALL VEHICLES are under 9,999 . But somehow it doesn’t apply to certain cars. The sales rep will try to push you to buy another vehicle . I was first told because the one I wanted had issues then a few minutes later they just needed more money down because it had more work put into it. So is it good to sale or not ? I was literally lied to and wasted half my day here. The MANAGER here is a complete JOKE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!

Denise was my account manager and is dedicated to her job. I had numerous problems resulting in being late on a few payments but Denice always worked with me. I appreciate her from the bottom of my heart because in my 3 years of dealing with her, she always communicated with me, and work with me to ensure I still had transportation. I will definitely be visiting again if I’m in the need for another vehicle!!!

No return calls from the manager when trying to get repairs. The salesperson offered a loaner car the day before I took the vehicle in for repairs to be done. When I took the vehicle in the next day manager refused the loaner. He said they do not offer loaners to anyone. I had to take the car to a different Priority dealership up the street for the minor repairs to be done. The issues were still not resolved because the manager said they were not in the warranty. I tried call the manager again the very next day. I received no return call and the 30 day warranty was not honored.

NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL SINCE MAYI bought a car from here and literally the next morning it wasnt running, when I took it to the dealer the manager told me it was because I didnt step on the brake before turning the key. The vehicle shut off on me multiple times while driving, and issues I pointed out before even buying the car werent fixed and theyve refused to take the car back unless I pay what is owed on it, checked car fax and even found out car is worse than what is being shown. Dont trust this place, Ive been having issues since Ive bought the car and I refuse to let them fix it at this point.Update: no response from the email they respond with for every issue.

Cant seem to get payments reported in a timely manner. As of 11/4/20 my August, September and October payments havent been reported. I called them to find out why, as Ive done three times in the past. Apparently the one person who does the reporting isnt in today (he never is when I call). According to the employee with an attitude that answered the phone, Sheri, it is his company he can do what he wants. I asked if she could call him and said not for something like that its not important. She then hung up on me. Reported to the BBB and steer clear of here as its his company so he can do what he wants doesnt make for honest contracts.UPDATE: HERE WE ARE IN MAY 2021 AND THEY HAVE NOW UPDATED EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUEAUS AS LATE, AND EVEN THAT I MISSED PAYMENTS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A LATE PAYMENT. THE OWNER IS AGAIN ON VACATION, NO ONE THERE HAS THE LEAST BIT OF EMPATHY OR CONCERN OR WILLINGNESS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!UPDATE #2: Finally got the payment history corrected, yet my credit still took a 20 point hit...and now here we sit in July - I paid the car off just to be done - still havent had April, May, June and now the payoff reported to the credit bureau. I guess I shouldnt be surprised. Left yet another message for Mr. Kelly - with luck on my side he may be back from yet another vacation this month and can finally put this account to bed.

I have to say I never leave reviews. I absolutely love my car! Lets make that clear. My problem is, I have told them the AC needed fixing before I took the car home. Took them from 2:00pm Monday until 2:15pm Thursday to fix it. I test it out. Seem to work perfectly. I drive it home and later that night as I go out to run an errand. The AC is blowing out hot air. I call them and leave a message because the manager wasnt in. Nobody calls back. My dad calls the guy who helped bus out, basically says aint nothing they could do in a nut shell. What the heck happened between day and night to this AC?? So what exactly did they fix? Pretty pissed. I dont even want them to fix it again.

I was excited to buy a car after hearing such good things about this company. I purchased a car from this company and two weeks later I had car trouble! So I took it to the car service center as I was instructed since I am still under the 30 day warranty. Well they kept my car and said they didnt have a loaner for me to use. I was ok with that thinking it was only going to be one day.... The first couple of days I called they couldnt find my car. Then it was an issue because I purchased it from the buy here pay here. A week goes by I cant get in contact with a manager or anyone who would help me. Finally a lady in the finance office got the man who sold me the car to talk to me he finally calls the service center and they tell him the transmission is no good 😡 finally after 2 weeks I got my car back with an extended warranty which Im satisfied with

Very Disappointed! I Will Pay My Car Off N Never Look Back!The Truth!The Where Nice When I Walked in but Ohhhhh when they trick you into getting into a contract different story. First off My Car! I Had Issues With Them Returning my calls for things that where broken on my car. Then when I posted a bad review that was the first time Rick called and it wasnt really about my car it was because of the bad review and he asked me to take it off and he finally told me he would fix my car and would give me a rental for the week only if the review is down. So for a week my car was gone and come to find out the wheels where so bad they where scared for my safety. Then I get my car back and its Broken. They Broke my cup holder. When I confronted Rick he says to me, Oh wasnt that broken already! No! It wasnt. Rick then says hes gonna get it fixed. No Call n its been Months and at this point Im tired of leaving messages for them to return calls but still even though they havnt fixed my car Im still making payments almost two weeks before there do I mind. N then Bam Something Happens Out Of Your Control. My Husbands Grandmother Dies. We have to help and where devastated I call to get a extension. No! I call again No. Then I find out I have a Kill Switch on my Car and it will be shut off. Its my fault because Rick Is the guy who went over my contact. He summarize it for me so I could hurry up n sign. He didnt say kill switch. He called it a tracker and said it is used for if someone steals your car they can find it. Why didnt you say the real reason. Its my fault read your contract people because I would have never got my car from them, I understand its a business but Ive never been late and there was a death. Priority Does not put You first. My car still aint fixed but I cant do anything. Im behind on a payment and cant get a extension 🤔 how is that fair. Like I said Im paying them off and will never look back.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. My daughter was seeking her first car on her own and was referred from the main dealership. The guy behind the desk never moves, talks loud and wanted to rush through everything, we had to keep driving from Hampton up and back every day because he would never give us full detail of what need. We were told to go get the insurance on a vehicle that we hadnt bought yet, then we did that we get there he tells us that he sold the car. So the person is riding around with the insurance under my daughters name. He didnt even give us a call to let us know he was doing that.He was mad because we had shared with higher management that we werent getting good customer service, Then was told to call Mr. Kelly who the other guy had already probably he spoke with him to have him reject working with my daughter. They also seem very reluctant with working with us due to race. It was a mess the entire time and I would not recommend anyone to this dealership it was nothing caring or professional in anyway here. Very disappointed that people get treated like this. Horrible experienceThey didnt want to give us any type of assistance to work further to even make things right as a consumer. They need more customer service training and more people with experience to work and most of all MANNERS . throw in a ETHICS class to wouldnt hurt.

Horrible customer service. Car was totalled and they refused to switch out the new wheels for the factory wheels. Gave us a time frame last minute to find someone else to do it knowing the car was totalled. Would not assist with removing anything. I purchased a car with priority in the past and never received this kind of customer service before.

The manger was rude and lazy. Had us do his leg work and paperwork while sitting behind his desk. I am telling my friends that is looking to get a car, NOT TO GO THERE!!!!!
