I highly recommend New Beginnings Auto. They are always professional and on time. I have trusted them with all 3 of my vehicles for years and they never disappoint. They keep me informed in the process and coordinate with the insurance company so that I dont have to.

They are awesome here! I have used New Beginnings twice with an insurance claim and they have done great quality work on my Jeep. They kept me updated throughout the process and completed the work when they said they would. I would use this place for any body work I would need even without an insurance claim. I had my 2010 Honda Pilot towed here on a referral of a good friend and was not disappointed by the service we received. They coordinated with the insurance company. Even had to get the insurance inspector back out for additional damage after tearing into the vehicle. We picked the vehicle up on the day promised. All the work had been completed & it had been cleaned as well!! Kudos to Kevin and the crew for a job well done and I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for bodywork and/or a paint job!!

My Subaru got hit in a parking lot, ended going with New Beginnings and I must say Im highly impressed. I came to them for assistance with my aftermarket parts issue and was well taken care of. They understood the importance of my car and the value it holds to me and made sure I was more than satisfied. They do an amazing color match for paint and cant tell the difference unlike a lot of other shops. They breakdown everything done/charged for service with all questions answered. No hidden charges, no BSing you or waisting time. Car came out on time as projected and Im just very satisfied and wanted to share my experience. Update 8/29/19 had Honda back for 4 days now it’s detailed, and CHECKED OUT! And the work done at new beginnings shop is almost perfect, and folks these days that’s had to get but here they succeed in every way, everyday . Quality,professional,High tech body center thanks to all the the staff here they earn it 🤩😋😏🤩update 9/10/19 I will have to return for car radio antenna is hooked to back glass something not connected right when I push rear defroster button sever static comes over the radio station it clears up perfectly when I cut it off.i haven’t had time to schedule the fix yet all other ok so far😎(pulled back windshield on repair and reinstalled)

I’m always worrisome going to a new shop but was recommended to New Beginnings from B & L Automotive. I had some body work needed to my passenger door from an accident and needed my tire checked for damage. Drop off was easy and Melissa was pleasant and easy to talk to regarding the damage and the estimate. The office part of the shop was clean and organized. Melissa was nice enough to offer to call a rental car company for me but I had already had one on the way. The waiting process was nice as they give text message updates so you know where your vehicle is at in the repair. I had a question regarding pick up time and spoke with Keith (whether that was the exact time or pick it up by that time) and he was nice and enjoyable to talk to. During pick up, Melissa was friendly and recognized me (I’m sure they see a ton of people a day and even from the week from the last time she saw me; that was surprising in a really nice and heart warming way!) She helped me figure out the payment (as I was going through insurance and was unsure of some things) and Keith walked me to my car and answered any and all questions I had. When I got into my car, it had been vacuumed out as well! It’s always one of those things that’s a hassle to do and as I’m 5 months pregnant it’s the last thing I want to do in this heat, so for that, it was the icing on the cake of a great experience with New Begininngs! I hope I never have to have body work done on my car again, but if I do I’ll be happy to go back to New Begininngs so long as Melissa, Keith and their crew are there!

Very unreliable service. I dropped a vehicle off for an estimate and after near 5 weeks, a few visits and several phone calls, I never recieved am estimate. I was fed thr same lie repeatedly We will get it in soon or next car to go on the lift.The final staw was visiting in person to check the status, explained what was wrong with the car for the 3rd time, and then promised an estimate by close of business that day.They failed to call with an estimate. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. My experiance shows they lack professional integrity, organization, and leaves me to wonder if the quality of their workmanship can be taken at face value.

Went in to get an estimate on some overspray that was in my paint. They were very knowledgeable and helped me out. Reminded me of a small town shop from back home in Texas that takes care of its customers. The most personable rep I visited in the area. Will be back to fulfill the estimate in the following weeks.

I am unhappy with the aggressive attitude of one of the staff members. The quality of work is laughable. The paint job required rework twice (the clear coat was not the same gloss as the rest of the car, the paint had marks and still had sanding lines) .... How New Beginnings is a top rated (by USAA) repair shop is beyond me. Good luck if you go here!

I have had many cars repaired through the years with no issues. My husband hit a deer and our insurance USAA recommended this shop. I should have used Coxtons as we have in the past. The office person Sandy is rude, unprofessional, does not return calls and just makes excuses. They have had my car almost 3 weeks and every time we call, she says one more day we are having staffing issues. The shop is unapologetic that due to their staffing issues I have been without a vehicle for a week, my rental coverage ran up a week ago, the NORMAL time it should take to complete the job. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE.

Had bumper painted through insurance company right at a year ago and the paint is cracking and flaking in a few places try to say it was from me hitting something when clearly there is no damage near the area waiting for insurance company to remedy the situation. They Don’t stand behind their warranty
