They Auto detailed my car because my car got paint on it from my work where the office was being was having the building painted due to the heavy wind that day. My boss had the detailing done and they not only removed the paint from the exterior of my vehicle but they did an incredible job on the interior. Love it!

Very gracious and kind. Once they knew I had traveled a long way to get there they allowed me to wait while they did body work on my vehicle. Had planned to take a bus back to where I was staying. Car looks good.

I really appreciated that One Stop was able to help me with all my questions about the whole process of getting my car fixed after my accident, even including dealing with the rental car agency and updating them. I was kept up to date with a few emails at certain points in my repairs and it felt very nice to pretty much completely put my car in their hands while I had to deal with the rest of my day to day between dropping the car off and picking it up. They were very on point with the time estimate for my repairs and I appreciated that they didnt try to promise a sooner time then necessary. I got it back exactly when I was first promised even with unexpected delays I was made aware of because of parts being shipped.Very much appreciated!

The name says it all; it was literally an “One Stop” auto shop. Please don’t get turned off by the location because you will do yourself a discredit. From the beginning to the end, Billy, Donna and the entire team provided excellent customer service and superb body work. We were advised that our vehicle would be completed in two and a half weeks, and as promised, it was ready for pick-up on time. Billy was very thorough with the initial assessment and estimate, then he kept us updated on what needed to happen and the steps leading to them. Upon the return of our vehicle, it looked as pristine as it did coming off the assembly line. We are completely satisfied with the service provided. Thanks once again One Stop Auto!!

They fixed my car in a timely manner but since I’ve gotten it back a lot of service lights have been coming on. My car was fine before.

Had my 2015 silverado repaired there after a recent accident.. The quote was quick and accurate.. The only delay was for parts outside the businesses control.. Overall very happy my truck was also completely detailed upon picking it up which felt like an extra and appreciated step. Good business will recommend.

I wont take my car anywhere else from now on. My husband & I had both our cars take damage from trees when Hurricane Michael pushed 70mph winds to VA, and we brought our cars to Billy & Donna. Billy actually held my husbands car an extra day because he wasnt satisfied with the paint job & wanted to make sure it was perfect. Honestly, I really appreciate that sense of perfectionism. Thats what I want in a tradesman.

Brought my car in for repairs after an accident. They kept me informed along the way. However, after I picked up my car I had to return because the driver side mirror was still broken. After driving my car and putting my kids in and out of it I soon realized the rear door frame is still bent. But I decided not to bring it back bc I cannot miss time from work. I doubt I would use their business again.

They do an amazing job repairing bodywork and painting. No over spray and really good blending. Have used this body shop twice now due to accidents, they are USAA affiliated. No complaints.

The work was done 6 days faster than the estimate, My car looks as if it had rolled off the assembly line and it is eight years old!I was kept appraised of the status via email nightly. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing work.They also work with USAA!

I have been consistently pleased with the work of Billy in Newport News and his office manager, Donna. As the father of 4 kids between 17 and 24 I have had to ask them to repair too many vehicles, but can say they have always been done right.

They were very quick and responded to all my questions.

We had our car fixed by this shop recently, our car was returned in worse shape then it was prior to our accident and the work was not completed despite them billing our insurance company and the at fault insurance company. Make sure to take picture of your vehicle prior to dropping it off to this place. I am glad that my husband did. We are going to be further inconvenienced by having to return our car, get another rental and having the repairs finished. I will update my review pending our future interactions. Hopefully I will not have to post pictures of the damages. But it is awful. Im talking oversprays, paint drippings, using a screwdriver on the bumper and ruining the paint, closing the door while the paint is wet, trying to buff out damages and just leaving it, messing up the existing paint job, not properly installing the mirror, the bumper was not fully screwed on, things are misaligned. That is just a few things.

I would highly recommend them. Im picky on who I take my car to, but these people will treat you right.

My car was ready when expected and they were okay with leaving it where I could pick it up when they werent open. Also, the manager gave me a ride back to work after I dropped it off. The fifth star came when I picked it up. There was a bottle of touch-up paint in the cup holder, just in case it gets scratched in the future. I would definitely recommend them.
