I took my vehicle here to get my front bumper repaired from a very minor accident. The bumper had to be painted twice because they couldnt match the factory color. Also, there was dust all inside the vehicle and door panel when I went to pick it up. I found some spots on the driver side quarter panel that they got glue on and didnt bother to clean it up. Not sure why they would even need to use glue until a couple of weeks later when the front parking sensors in the bumpers came out. I took my vehicle back to get it repaired and the same thing happened again. Their technician broke the clips on the parking sensor and tried to repair it with glue. I barely touched the sensor and it popped out. I told them not to touch my vehicle anymore and took it to Pearson Toyota. I had them look at the bumper and tell me what was wrong with it and what it took to fix it. The Toyota tech sent me pictures of the broken parking sensor. The clip was broken on one side and it had glue all over it. The sensor costs $200 not including installation. I took my vehicle back to the body shop along with the service ticket from Toyota. The manager wanted my insurance company to fork out more money to replace the sensor that they broke. She, the manager, would not admit fault that their techs broke the sensor even though nobody else touched the bumper. She even tried to blame me at one point. Long story short (not really), I will have to eat the cost of replacing the parking sensor or file another claim with my insurance company because I cant really prove that they broke the sensor and they wont admit it. I will never ever be going back to any Pomoco location. They are nice to you until they get your money.

Dates repaired: 2/15/2020 - 3/15/2020Body shop performed repairs to my 2021 RAM 1500 Pickup and failed to identify damaged areas, necessitating two return trips to fix what should have been obvious to minimally trained technicians. I personally noted damage that they had missed, causing additional days in shop. Weeks later, a headlight unit failed and thinking it was a warranty issue, I took the vehicle to another dealer service department only to discover that the headlight was damaged in the accident. Additional damage was noted that had not been repaired and there was damage that the body shop apparently tried to fix with some sort of glue. The body shop took full payments for parts that were never replaced, which to me is fraud. Now my brand new 2021 RAM 1500 ($74K) is damaged and because this shop is not certified by USAA, I cannot get the damaged fixed without paying out of my own pocket. Use at your own risk. One of the Service Reps kept texting me for positive feedback and clearly did not know what was going on with my challenges and got nasty with me via text!!!

Jermaine and his team were so quick and efficient with my vehicle when I came for a recall. Jermaine explained exactly what the recall was for and why. So excited to be apart of the blue team 😀

Was NOT impressed at all, very disorganized. I had to call to check on my car instead of them checking on me and letting me know it was done. Id expect more from a dealership that was dealing with a luxury vehicle.

Terrific job. They had to correct a factory mistake.

After a new brake & rotor job, I drove my car off the lot and heard weird grinding noises. They refused to see my vehicle and stood by their service. I went to a local shop and it turns out my rotors were install incorrectly and my tires werent seated properly. This was even after Pomoco assured me, we test drove your vehicle to ensure quality. I will not be returning to Pomoco, ever, and will spread the bad news story accordingly.

Customer Service has really gone down! I started going to Pomoco 3 years ago and the service was excellent. This was not the case on 28 May 2019, I made an appointment for 9 A.M. and asked if they had the parts needed and they assured me they did, I dropped my truck or to have the recalls serviced. They told me it should be ready around lunch time. I didn’t hear anything so after lunch I went back hoping to pick up my truck with repairs complete at 2 P.M. This was not the case, not only had the repairs not been completed they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. At that time I was told my appointment time was the drop off time. My truck sat there for 5 hours without anyone so much as looking at it. It turned out they didn’t even have the parts to complete the needed recalled repairs that I specifically asked if they had. It Turned out to be a complete waste of my time!

My youngest grandson bought SUV, 2016 Ford all by himself without my help (oh wait I did give him down payment). Mr jerald of POMOCO treated us very nice, the bldg very clean and comfortable.

By far the easiest least stressful service experience of my life! These guys know how to do good customer friendly business!

At first the sales representative seemed very friendly, outgoing, and attentive. I told him the vehicles I was there to look for however he showed me anything but. As I was leaving they got a vehicle in and I already knew I was approved for it they said it needed service and scheduled me an appointment to come back and talk to them in the morning. I pushed my plans aside and called before driving it was told it was not ready and to call back in 30 minutes. I waited and called back and ask the representative how much longer it would be and I explain the reason he then told me he had several preferred customers ahead of me and the vehicle was still being worked on. This was highly unacceptable and inappropriate, I change my plans due to the information I was given and they did not follow through, they did not answer all my questions or show me the vehicles I wanted to look at in the first place. I do not recommend this place it is time consuming, though I cant speak for all the representatives the one I dealt with was very uncourteous, and overall extremely unproductive.

Best, most honest, and most reliable place around. I lived in Williamsburg for a while and would drive an hour out of my way to get things done here. Lee will take care of you.

Dont bring your vehicle here. They are backed up for over a month and they only have 1 transmission guy. Updates on vehicles are slim and its extremely difficult to get updayws due to the back up. Go elsewhere

But the way the GEREAL MANAGER spoke about me as I was sitting and waiting was really RUDE and VERY HURTFUL. And as a GM, customer service should and always be the number one thing your business run on. YOU Bill, felt being nasty to me about my situation was very wrong. You dont know me or my life. And If you as a GM can sit there and act as if you didnt know sometimes things happen to ppl in their life they cant control you are an ignorant jerk. And where I work doesnt have a single thing to do with anything! You are to OLD to have that mind set about ppl. Even when you found out I was right in the lobby and that I heard you.
