I went to this Diner w/ my family to have a nice breakfast. The woman in the front that take the people in was a bit rude. We waited for more than 30 mins till we called her out and ask why were party of 3 and still outside. Meanwhile some people just came and she sit them right away. She have the audacity to say that she heard party of 5 and blame it on me. I cant describe the stress she put me into. Inside it took more than 10 mins for the server to go to our table and take our orders. Food is okay just like Diner food. The server gave us coffee never refill it again. Not a glass of water was offered or brought in out table. Were so disappointed we almost ruined our day. Think before you eat there or experince it yourself. Not going back again!!

Right in the financial district. Was there for breakfast, typical diner with just the right amount of Grease. We ordered we ate and all was as expected. The only downside was the Bialy which is supposed to be like a fluffier bagel but was dry and too chewy. Next time will go for the bagel

Great little spot but it desperately needed a touch up and more staff. Went there during a weekend night, had only one waiter who was also cashier, busboy and prep for delivery. We didnt have to wait that long but considering it only had about 2 other groups. Cant imagine if more people arrived. Food was great, hot and steamy. Parmesan chicken melted, super soft and sauce was delicious.

An iconic old school diner in FIDI. Great service and prices, gives you that classic American diner experience in Manhattan. The Pancakes are subpar (and the reason for only 4 stars), but the Belgian Waffle and the burgers more than make up for it. This is one of the best value brunch spots in Manhattan.

This Diner is something of a throwback for me. Service is quick from the time youre seated. The coffee isnt great by todays standards but its a good typical everyday brew with infinite refills. I was a little nostalgic for home fries but they were a letdown. I wont blame the diner, but Id rather have potatoes lyonnaise - - something I definitely wont get at this diner. My bagel with bacon, egg & cheese was fine as breakfast sandwiches go. If youre downtown in the financial district this could be a convenient spot for a good quick & hot breakfast.

Unassuming little place that was very busy. Quick service. A wide array of different breakfast and lunch items. Toilets were clean. A really good fruit salad as well. A place to go if you’re looking for an authentic American diner. Friendly staff with good service. People constantly coming in and out. Good coffee. They offered free water and orange juice as well. WiFi is available here. Waffles were fresh and still warm when served. 100% recommend.

Old, typical American diner located close to Wall street. You wouldnt expect an authentic place like this in the area. The food is what you expect from a dinner; waffles, pancakes etc. And theyre good at it.The interior is kinda outdated but part of the charm, but a little cleaning wouldnt hurt! The staff is working hard but are still nice and up for a chat. The food is fine I guess, but I had some of the worst service Ive ever had, anywhere. I ordered online, and they literally waited 20 minutes just to start processing my order. When I went in there, I was yelled at, saying I DONT HAVE YOUR ORDER YET!. But it turns out they did. I saw the person at the front bring the paper that was my order over, 20+ minutes after I had entered it in online.Seriously, just make your pancakes, and let this place disappear from the map. Its not worth it.

Somewhat dingy old school diner with moderate prices and a mixed bag of food. My bowl for my food was dirty with old chili on it. My table was dirty. The serving staff was nice but a bit distracted even though the place was empty. The food was far from fresh and lacked flavor. The mashed potatoes were from a mix, and were served lukewarm, watery and gross, the vegetables were clearly frozen and unseasoned. The meatloaf tasted stale and was covered in a tasteless brown gravy which only added to the insult. All this for about 20 bucks. Definitely not worth it. I gave 1 extra star for the service otherwise this place was a 1.

We asked for sweet potatoes fries and got fries. We asked for mayo which never came. The waitress never came back to fill our glass of water. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the waffle was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

I went here back in 2018 and loved the pancakes here. Recently came back twice with out of town visitors (friends from China, wanted to show them the New York diner experience) for breakfast. Shocked by the racist and rude service toward Asians.First bad visit, the older female waitress was extremely rude speaking to us when she heard we wanted to share plates and ordered us to move to the counter. Food at least came. Second bad visit, my friend and I went to the counter for their rule. I asked if we could order, the waitress told us in a rude tone to move down the counter. No one made eye contact with us or offered us water or told us please wait X minutes. Meanwhile an older Caucasian gentleman behind us in line was immediately seated and his order promptly taken.

Loved this place. Doesnt look like much at all. Kinda worn down, ripped seats, etc. but the people were really nice and attentive. Food was served quickly and orrery was accurate. I only got an egg and bacon sandwich on a roll, but it was very good. Others had the pastrami omlet and the meatball hero special. Both devoured their plates, so I guess they were good also. On top of all that, the place was cheap. Score!!

This place has gone way downhill. Awful delivery, horrible quality. I have eaten here a few times in the diner. It is decent. I would never order from here again after getting 2 terrible breakfast sandwich. They charge extra for a hero and I ordered 2 sandwiches: a ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich, and I asked for salt, pepper, and ketchup on both. What I got was a luke warm dry hero, a tiny piece of ham and dried out scrambled egg. No cheese or anything else. We threw the food out because it tasted like cardboard. Will never order again. Breakfast sandwiches are extremely easy to make and this was shameful for a diner.

I would have given it three stars for the aliment and casual ambiance. But the way they changed the credit card charge later after I left, even though I specifically put the tip amount, has made me to reduce the star. The food tends to be like a general diner and moderately spiced. Many choices of burgers in this part of NYC makes you to relate to soul food. Space is small but they are usually quick to allocate you.

This place showed the worst service I have ever seen. I have ordered chicked gyros where the meat was undentifiable substance . After I have asked the waiter his answer was : it is imitation of the lamb meat. When he saw we didn’t eat our food he brought us cheesecake what was a nice gesture if the cake wouldn’t be frozen. In the end we asked for the bill where he added his own gratuity 6$ for the horrible service and he wasn’t willing to take it off. Horrible quality food with even worse service.
