One of the best ice creams in town. For real, it’s delicious. I don’t usually like chocolate ice cream, but the cioccolato Amorino is super tasty, I highly recommend it.Also, it’s nice that they serve the ice cream flower-shaped, such a crafty art!

There was a bit of wait to get served but I think that speaks to the popularity of this place. I had the passion fruit flavor and it was so delicious. Fresh and tart, which is perfect because a lot of places tend to mask the tartness with sugar. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a refreshing treat.

Amorino spiked in popularity in recent years because of their rose-shaped gelato cones. The gelato is decent, with a good selection of flavor options that are both fruity and sweet. I suggest opting for a cup instead of a cone if you want a better portion size!

Great ice cream chain. Love the ice cream macaroon (pistachio rulez). They have a lot of sorbet options. I wish they had dairy alternative ice creams options (made by coconut milk for example) over sorbets . It’s about time for this chain to step up.

Really good! Arrived packed perfectly, in a temperature bag. The chocolate ice cream waffle is really good and so is the wafers. Gelato is quality and flavors were really good - pistachio, vanilla, amorino chocolate and hazelnut. Will definitely order again.

One of my favorite spots to go for a milkshake. Im glad that they have a mint flavor now and their milkshakes seem larger than the frappes used to be.

Amazing and pretty gelato and sorbets with over 25 options (including >10 vegan) to choose from along with gelato filled macarons, gelato milkshakes, crepes, waffles and coffee, all at decent prices. The cone with gelato petals is a visual delight that is hard to find.While they do not allow sampling right now, they do allow you choose as many flavors as you want in your cup unlike other ice cream/gelato shops, thus giving more bang for the buck.The texture is really smooth, flavors are robust and sweetness is just right. I liked the Amorino (milk chocolate) and the lime basil sorbet the most.

It looked so appealing i had to try. It was so worth it.I didn’t notice until after I got the same flavours as on the poster. 🥰 In the opposite order though....Cute decor and great fast service.

Gelato is good but service and people there are aloof and rude.The pricing for a somewhat pretty looking gelato (macaron is extra) is decent. Flavors are unique and good.Service is horrible.Although we didn’t face this issue, we witnessed that they advertise closing time to be 11 pm but they shut their doors at 10pm and customers are crowded outside confused. Manager (tall man) gives no explanation.At the counter, the employees and manager is just rude, glacial, and impatient. They look like they hate their jobs.

Love love love this place! The gelato flavors were so rich and not too sweet. I got chocolate and hazelnut! Very good! They even made a cute flower. The price was reasonable being the quality of the gelato. Would recommend to everyone.

Yummy sorbets! Gelato Hazelnut was too much tho and doesnt really taste like hazelnut.

They have kind of an odd line system where you buy a ticket and then wait for the next counter person to serve you, but for some reason theres always just one person available (not sure what the others are doing) so I am not sure what efficiency that creates. The sorbet is delicious.

Delicious gelato, straight from Europe. Best part is the beautiful flower shape and unlimited flavors no matter the size. Definitely get a cone, for the same price as a cup it’s 20x better.

OH. MY. GOODNESS!!!! The gelato here was unreal. UNREAL!! I had the mango flavor and it was amazing. The venue was posh(at least for me). The strawberry macaroon on top was great too. To whomever reads this, find this place and partake of the greatness. You wont be disappointed.

The gelato was delicious but I feel like the time it takes to create the little flower cones is not worth it.Multiple customers got impatient and frustrated with the employees while I was there and they are doing such a great job given the task at hand. Im sure they put up with a lot of complaints from folks.Thanks so much for all of your hard work and hopefully theyll let you just make regular cones 😅😅

One of the best ice creams spots in NYC. I would not have imagined Lime and Basil Ice Cream to taste good and yet they were delicious. However, my personal favorite was the chocolate and hazelnut Ice Cream (hey there chocolate lovers!). The macarons are also sooo good that they literally melted in the mouth with the creamy texture. The service is also spot on! It was also my first time seeing a flower shaped arrangement instead of scoops for cone ice creams. All in all, loved this little treasure!

This is the home of the rose 🌹 gelato cone! One thing I think it’s important to know is that you can pick ANY flavor, as many flavors as you want, ANY size for the cone! That’s a game changer. I tried chocolate (Ecuadorean), hazelnut, caramel, blueberry cheesecake, and amarena 🤤 best rose I’ve ever gotten 😝Besides gelato this place has awesome caffeinated drinks and food. Enjoy while the quarantine is on because this place is usually packed.

I was craving a crepe and happened to be near by this gem!! The chocolate crepe was so freaking good! I also got an Ecuadorian chocolate shake while my bf got the passion fruit sorbet. I hate that it’s so far away from me 😢. Side note, the staff is great here! I accidentally spilled water and they were super sweet about it. There’s a few tables inside so you can sit comfortably with a few friends :)

This is really a great place to have and enjoy gelato. Concept is really good where they serve as many flavors as you like for a size and price you select. Love it. Tried a 4 flavor gelato and every flavor was amazing. Must visit and you will leave happy.

Gelato was really good. specially the Hazelnut flavor was great. people were nice but my girlfriend got a small size cone and i got a regular size cone and the amount of ice cream on them wasn’t that different.

Some of the best gelato in the city. Im partial to their Spekuloos, but almost every flavor they have is great. What I love is that they give you the option of having more than 1 flavor in your cup or cone, how many depends on the size you get, so you dont just have to choose one flavor.

This place has the best ice cream in NYC... I ordered a classic cup with cherry jam ice cream and chocolate hazelnut ice cream...came out to about $12....5 stars for service too because they let sample every flavor they had...would recommend to anyone that likes ice cream....perfect ice cream on a perfect day!

The gelato is extremely sweet. I ended up grossed out. The service was bad, the cashier was rude and I had to pick flavors 3 times because they didn’t have the good ones. They should warn you before paying!I don’t usually write reviews but I decided to do it this time because I fear they put some weird additive in it to keep the shape. I walked with the ice cream for almost an hour on the streets because I couldnt finish it of how sweet it was, and I noticed it never fully melted. I ended up throwing it away... its nice for a picture but Id hesitate to eat it 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Came to this place for a third and last time. Service is horrible. Gave the girl $20, she handed me $3.00 in dimes and pickles, saying that she doesnt have change. In a meantime, she had several $1 bills in a tip cup. When I asked her to just take paper bills from the tip cup, she said she can not do it. Very disappointed with the customer service at this place.

The flower cone is irresistable! 3 flavors and a petal in each flavor. I applaud the ice cream barista behind the counter who crafted my cone. Well worth waiting for. I tried a new flavor, the mascarpone and fig. If you love the taste of sweet fig, this flavor is for you. I also took home a pint of the vanilla and chocolate chip to share with friends after dinner. Great neighbor location.

I absolutely loved my rose gelato from this place! The staff was amazing and very helpful and welcoming. If you’re going get ice cream, indulge a little and get this beauty. They have sorbet and milk-based flavors. I tried the vanilla, caramel and strawberry with a vanilla macaron. It’s more than what I would spend on an ice cream cone, but, I felt it was definitely worth it. The macaron was a great addition too. Tasty and pretty ❤️ Absolutely recommend. Will definitely be coming back!

I am Italian and, although I am no expert, I know a thing or two about “gelato” and “gelato inspired desserts.” This is subpar at best + the staff is rude... witnessed one of the staff being extremely rude and disrespectful to a delivery person. That’s just not okay. I would not recommend this place.

OMG. This place is great! The Gelato is delicious and smooth. The flavors are creative. And the people who scoop it, make it into a beautiful presentation. If youre anyway near when visiting NY, a must visit.

I was craving ice cream, what I got was infinitely better. So savory and delicious. A little pricey, but sooo worth it. This was my first visit but Id love to make my way through all the assorted flavors.

Nice gelato place with classic flavors! And they do the petal scoops which was very pretty and fun to watch. They gave me more gelato than I was expecting which was nice, especially since its pricey. You have the option to get a macron on your gelato cone as well. I believe you can get as many flavors as you want which is also nice. Staff were friendly although a little slow.

Pretty good gelato, but overpriced for what you get.

Delicious gelato, but not outstanding. I had the cheesecake, dark chocolate and coffee flavors. I like that they were all not too sweet. The cheesecake flavor is slightly sweeter than the other two flavors. The texture is very slimy. A lil bit pricy for this portion.

Loved this ice cream place, they made a cute little flower with the ice cream and top of the cone, and to make it more festive they added a little santa hat on top of the macaroon. Plus, the gelato tested good.

I love their flower shaped scoops - it enhances the flavour of the ice cream many fold!Had the mango and chocolate - both delicious.

4.5 Stars... Amazing how much more enjoyable the experience was from the UWS location. Gelato is the same great quality but when you have someone serving with a smile and is friendly its that much better. Nocciola, Amarena & Amorino Choc, my go to flavors. Straccitela & Mint Choc are also great flavors, possibly the best of those flavors weve tried anywhere.

The yogurt gelato is the best here, the corn is designed as a rose, topping with a delicious macaron, special edition with a Santa Clause on top made the ice cream look stunning. Staffs were friendly and hardworking. A good experience!
