The spot is a great frozen yogurt 🍧 shop! Pinkberry is a great dessert spot with a large variety of frozen yogurt flavors (the Chocolate 🍫 Hazelnut is one of my favorite) and the smoothies 🥤 are great too. Staff is nice and service is quick! I wish I came here more often!

Fro yo from Pinkberry always tastes great, but this location has an odd way for checking out. First you have to pay, then you walk to the counter to order what you want. Some topping are extra so if you change your mind about anything you have to go back and check out again. So dumb! It’s like they’ve never dealt with a checkout process

We dont have pinkberry near us so this is the first time Ive ever been. It was amazing. Love the new cookie butter flavor. I cant wait to go here on my next NYC visit. Im really bummed we dont have any near us. Desperate for more of the cookie butter!

Went here on 4/28 evening. I don’t know her name but the only white girl working there was probably one of the rudest person I’ve ever met. Takes too much time to write reviews so I never do it but she was awful. Won’t be coming back anymore. Not sure how she’s not fired.

Walked in the door and was already rushed to place an order. Then we ordered and got the wrong order and the employee was being uncommunicative and rude. Was charged $10 for the wrong order with essentially no toppings. 0/10 would not recommend bruh .

This place is alright. Ive gone here multiple times and the frozen yogurt is decent with fairly good toppings. I recommend the waffle cookie in particular.Last time I went here they gave both my friend and me both the wrong flavor - we asked for the green tea I believe? And they gave us original - and it tasted off, very sour.I also tried the bubble waffle, and it was not good. Contrary to what the name suggests, a bubble waffle shouldnt taste like a normal waffle, and this one did. It was way too thick and didnt have that fluffy interior that a good bubble waffle should have. Stay away from this, it is not worth getting.In short, okay frozen yogurt, bad bubble waffle, okay service, and slightly expensive. If youve got a hankering for frozen yogurt youll do fine here but its nothing special.

Terrible experience and cutting corners. Offered an upgrade for additional toppings and then when it came to adding the toppings they restricted me to 3! They point me to a sign which apparently says it’s restricted to 3 (except that’s not what the sign says.) if the employee is going to act belligerent at least get your facts right. $11 for a medium with waffle. I’m taking my money elsewhere next time. You should too.

When they made it, they brought to the counter and just did an open hand point to the drink as if I was begging them for something rather than a customer that just paid them $9 for a mediocre beverage. Love it. The best yogurt place in the game. Pink berry flavors are very original and has a delicious taste. My favorite ones are the mango and pomegranate flavors. Add some toppings and fruits to that mix and heaven is in your mouth.

Tonight we decided to have some pinkberry after our dinner and we were met by Joe! Joe was the ONLY employee working with a line out the door and he was so patient and attended to our every need. He was a one man show and truly was an excellent example of hard work! Thank you Joe!

The customer service was absolutely horrendous. The cashier was one of the rudest people I have across in a very long time. She was rude to both me and my wife. As a result, we would never go back here and will take our business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a dessert and waited for too long. When I asked if my order was ready, the lady told me my name was called. Like seriously!!?? For a very small place like this, it is not too hard to hear your name called. So i figured the people that work here are liars and lazy. There was only one cashier and the other helper barely get out to assist. Such a horrible service while letting other customers wait on the line. They did not even have the nerve to apologize. The dessert taste regular. Theres nothing great about the waffle and they overcharge. Couldve went to a different dessert place other than this. Definitely not recommended at all.

MACAROON ICE CREAM SANDWICHES! Need I say more? They are the best here! I wish I was in LA a lot more, but when I am in the area, I have to stop by Milk! The last time I was here, I had the Thai Tea Macaroon ice cream sandwich and it was to die for! I cant wait to be back in the LA area!

Service was great! Very welcoming. Parking can be difficult on weekends. Small shop. Ice cream choices are A1! They let you try all of them. Highly suggest Vietnamese iced coffee and special breakfast. I also tried the milk & honey and the horchata rose, but I just had to get the first 2 I mentioned. Those were the 2 Ive seen all over yelp. Definitely a 10/10!

I saw some poor reviews and feel compelled to respond.The froyo tastes great - not overly sweet (as it does in many places) and the flavor is very good. Between us we tried peanut butter, passion fruit, kiwi & strawberry and chocolate swirl - all tasted great.Servings are generous both size and toppings.Service was a little slow - we visited at 23:00 on a Thursday.All in all we were happy. Will gladly visit here again.

Do Not go here on Friday afternoons at around 6:00pm. The black lady who works as server during this time will fail to tell you their toppings policy until AFTER youve already chosen toppings, and then refuse to help you correct your order. Very unreasonable customer service. I am not sure what her other shifts are but Avoid this store when she is working. Getting a quick dessert was not worth the amount of frustration.

Today will probably be my last time purchasing Pinkberry. Paying almost $9 for medium frozen yogurt with toppings is ridiculous and not worth it. When the staff told me my total was $8.59, and was taken back. I asked her if the price increased recently and she stated yes. Dont get me wrong, its still delicious and the staffs are always friendly. Pinkberry tends to be a splurge for me but with the price increased, I cant justify spending that much on dessert. Im just going to go when I redeem my birthday reward.

Came here with the family for post-fathersdaybrunch desserts. Ive been here once or twice before, and this place still hasnt lost its hype. The servers are friendly and they have a huge variety of desserts to choose from. Its pretty expensive for ice cream, but Pinkberry is one of those places where you tell yourself its okay to spend $5 on an ice cream sandwich. I definitely recommend trying the blue velvet cake at least once.

My daughters froyo cup was hollow in the middle. We all had a good laugh about that. The other daughters was loaded, so not all cups are created equal I suppose. Probably wont return.

I am such a supportive customer when it comes to Pinkberry. I speak so highly about it because truly I enjoy the rich quality of yogurt and sides Pinkberry offers. I went out this weekend with my boyfriend and was going on about how great it is - and unfortunately when we got our yogurt it tasted so different then the hundredth other times I have been to Pinkberry in Cali. The yogurt tasted old for some reason,, and their fruit was not sliced up in fine pieces like they are in California. I was very disappointed, it left a sour taste in my boyfriends mouth and I couldnt change his mind there and then about truthfully how good Pinkberry is.

One of the last surviving pinkberries. I think their yogurt is much better than red mango nowadays. Its much more tart and they are the only ones to carry the little dark chocolate balls~

Been wanting to try this place out for a while but was a little disappointing. Yes all those macarons looked so so pretty but I got the salted caramel and it was just meh. The shell did not seem fresh, it was really hard to bite into and pull apart from the ice-cream. I would have to say that I much prefer other places.

Typical frozen yogurt place. I think they should add more frozen yogurt flavors. The workers were patient. They let us choose 4 toppings! Dont order the gummy bears. They are frozen! The kids didnt finish theirs. Their bowls were full of uneaten gummy bears.

Was there 04.13.2019 at 3:30pm.The rudest cashier I’ve ever met. When I asked what the flavors they have, with a stoned face he put his finger on the wall, and when he asked me something and I didn’t hear him because of the crowd he screamed at my face repeating the phrase he said before. Why does he work there if he hates it. It was his choice to work there, so, respect the people and give a good service. Super disappointed

This is such tasty yogurt. I could eat it all the time. I like this location since its convenient. The decor is cool and inviting. I wish they wouldnt ask if it is your first time here every time you go.

The frozen yogurt was delicious! I love the toppings, very fresh fruit and the mochi was wonderful. I was not a fan of the way they took orders, it was a little confusing. Most of the workers were friendly but one woman was off socializing while the line was really backing up. The place is a little small but overall experience was great!

As much as I love a bottom-heavy (filled with dark chocolate crisps,yo!) waffle cone of original, the line here is consistently outrageous. Sticky floor and a narrow space arent the most welcoming of features. The stores design is simply not conducive to the crowds that (awkwardly) flow through. Still, this is the closest fro-yo to my office and will forever be my sweltering afternoon treat.

This place is the business. Love this place for desserts. Their ice cream filled macaroons make your iQ higher and their cakes make you a better driver especially for all you ladies out there. Haha jk. But their treats are good, not good excellent, not good theyre GRATEEEEE. Their parking sucks cause you have to pay though. Aint nobody got time fo dat.

I saw pictures on Instagram and I knew I had to try it out...two of my most favorite things: ice cream and macarons put together in perfect unison and they did it flawlessly. Red velvet is ALWAYS a good choice, the watermelon is BOMB, and the Thai tea melts in your mouth like Mmmm!!! If you go here once, youll have macaron ice cream cravings for months to come.

The store charges $7 for ice cream + bubble waffle cake or $9 if you buy the two separately.I ordered ice cream + cake combo and asked the store clerk to put the cake on the side (instead of sticking the cake inside the ice cream).The store clerk charged me extra for putting the cake on the side. When I raised the issue with the clerk she refused to refund me the money and told me too bad.Last time I shop at this place. Too bad the cake was good

We started off the Great Heatwave of 2013 right here.The line is long but moves fast with many people behind the counter who know what theyre doing.The guy who helped me seemed genuinely excited that we were about to have ice cream cones.Id trolly hate life and all people after scooping for a line like this one but the workers there seem to be really happy. In fact, this might be the only place in 95 degree NY where everyone is happy on both sides of the counter. Wish they had frozen yogurt but thatch just because Im lame.The ice cream is, because it is ice cream, wonderful.

Pinkberry is my FAVORITE yogurt and I love this Pinkberry. The staff is always nice and fills up the cup nicely. They also have these little ice packs if you wanna have your yogurt to go. I love it!

They werent open at 12:12 pm on a Saturday, despite their posted hours saying that they open at 11 am.There was a staff member inside very obviously ignoring anyone that came up and knocked on the door.

I love ma froyo. Tastes better than 16 handles and most other chain variants, in my opinion. Regular + raspberry side by side is my go to. I dont think you can go wrong here if you like froyo. (And if your order did not go well for whatever reason, the serving staffs usually are willing to redo the order)

A few of their flavors are good when they are available :) They change them every so often, so no promises. Its good to go when they offer discounts.

Went there a few weeks ago. Only one staff was woking there even though its weekend. The queue was long so she took orders for some of people and then started to make smoothies and stuff. Another staff joined but I had to wait for a long time.

This is one of my favorite Pinkberry restaurants because of the staff. I love frozen yogurt and I really like Pinkberry’s product. But this specific location is set apart by the staff. Every time I come here, I’m asked if I want to try a flavor and the staff is really generous with the toppings. This keeps me coming back for more and more and more. The only downside is that the seating is limited.

I can only speak for the peanut butter swirl, its really good! Toppings are great and theres a great choice (cookie dough, fruits, chocolate, etc.). However, theyre not exceptional hence only 4 stars.

This is a pretty standard Pinkberry hidden in a busy restaurant district.The staff is nice. This location is tiny and cramped, but it serves up what theyre known for... yogurts and toppings.

I love Pinkberry to a fault, but I also enjoy Red Mango, and YogurtLand equally. They do not do self-serve but are reliable if not always busy. Theyve never failed me yet. However, I prefer the St. Marks or NoLIta location as I cant deal with the lines here comparatively speaking.
