I have been to Go Go Gone Cycles twice now and have had a fantastic experience during each of my visits! These guys provide very genuine and individualized customer service. I was interested in buying a fixie but wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for. Go Go Gone has a very nice selection of fixed gear bicycles, and even offer to build me one that they did not currently have on display. Theyre prices really arent bad for NYC either, I walked out with this sweet single speed and a rain guard for less than $400. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone interested in an affordable bike for the city.

Bought a bike from these guys was told it came with a tune up. Came in to get and they told me it has a time limit to when they do it. They never told me when I bought the bike. Diego acted like it was my fault and that I was trying to scam them. I was literally about to buy a new bike for my girlfriend that’s really the reason I came in and that was the first thing I asked about. I even picked the bike out. Honestly sus service and will be taking my business elsewhere. Better shops in the area with better service.

Been to GoGo Gone a few times and today bought a beautiful Giant bike! One staff -very kind and knowledgable. They follow CDC guidelines -masking and social distancing. I was able to test ride two bikes. Great service. Highly recommend!

Then the tickets came in the mail. $50 each... 🤷‍♂️. So today I got a new ride. My #6KU Urban Track. Aluminum 20 lbs, a Fixie - one gear. A little intimidated, I crossed the bridge. The shop may be small but the peoples knowledge is far bigger. I recently purchased my bike from them and loved it (speaks more about the manufacturer) but the service that they gave me was definitely above and beyond. The bike I bought came with a seat mast that was a bit too high for me even on the lowest setting, instead of just making me order a new one the store workers simply told me to come back in the following day so he can change the seat mast with one in his own personal collection. They also offered me a free visit to help clean and maintain my bike once I bought it as well as offering me to do any small services such as putting my goPro on my handlebar, etc. If youre looking for a bike I urge you to go to them. They are wonderful and always happy to help out

Despite a continuous stream of customers coming and going while I waited on a bench outside the shop, my bike was fixed and fully functional within 40 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Great service, quick/easy and reasonable. After a mishap on a trainer I found myself with some issues that required immediate repair...Robin and team took care of it within a couple hours and I was back out there in perfect order. Its a great win to have them in the neighborhood.

The most helpful factor in making my decision to purchase a bike is reviews of both the bike and the store. I had nothing but a delightful experience from the the first phone call with GOGO to the moment I had doubts and turned back to pay for my bike.The google reviews that are under 4 starts are probably from individuals who have zero critical thinking skills and appreciation for service and protocol.When you come to GoGo; you’re gonna get excellent service backed by an excellent team. I traveled and hour to purchase my bike fromThem and would do it again.Currently waiting to pick up my bike. If they can pull of a same day pick up, I’d have to petition google to allow 7 stars.

Went to the store today to pickup my bike that I ordered on the site. I had a issue where I ordered two bikes by mistake and emailed them right away. The response time was so fast and they refunded one bike. When I got to the shop the bike was already built and ready to go. The guys working in the shop were super helpful. Gave me info on the best lock for what I need it for (chain lock) which I bought. Also a light as well as a bottle holder. Which he installed everything on for me. I will recommend this shop to everyone and Ill be back without a doubt.

Very cool guys and efficient guys too. Nice array of bikes, cool styles and fashionable and trending wheels. The place is like a small alcove but its very safe inside. Theyre quite resourceful in terms of managing space. My recent purchase was for an Amber metallic frame with gold/ black wheel combo. The price came out to a little under $400. Its worth every penny. Their bikes are durable, light, low maintenance, and fun to ride :)

Great bike shop. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ive bought two bikes from them over the past 3 years and I get them serviced/tuned there. Prices are reasonable for the city and they even show you how to do some of the maintenance yourself, rather than encouraging you to come in for services. Highly recommend.

Good He has modern bikes and good quality three stars because it takes time to fix the bike. You can bring your bike and then they give you your bill and come back to it later if you are not from the area. That is a problem for you.

This bike store saved my day!. First time using the bike this year and looking to take the 10 am ferry to Governors Island. My bike wheel/brake was dragging intermittently. Most bike stores didnt open till 12 noon, Then I found that this store opened at 10 am. Made my way there and was greeted by a nice young guy who looked at it and said he was glad I stopped by because I overinflated my tire and could experience a blowout! He deflated my tire and taught me what to do ii the future. I do not bike a lot, but eventually when I need a tune-up, I will be going to him. His prices are very reasonable for NYC. I forgot to ask his name, but so glad that my mishap turned out to be a valuable find. Now he got a new customer; :-)

Got a flat at East River Park and called the shop. They said come on over and they would fix it. Got service right away and they also were able to replace my pedals. (One was busted.) Efficient service, and everything was explained to me. Now I even know what size pedals I have for any future replacements. They really helped me out in a bind with a lot of kindness and friendliness.

Bought a 6ku track bike, single speed 58-large. Good fit for me 6-0. Good friendly service, Didnt look to push anything on me, no forced sale. I explained I dont always sit comfortable on some bikes so want sure what to but they were helpful. Didnt want to spend too much of their time as they allow one customer in at a time. I like this bike. Very light weight. A better ride them I initially thought. For $400 cant go wrong.

The shop is great! Everyone was very helpful considering how busy they were. I bought a fixed gear and they had it perfectly assembled in a week. Must have been averaging close to 20 bikes a day! I love the bike, have been riding every day. Even got multiple compliments. I recommend gogo gone 150%!!

Great bikes, even better service. The staff were very friendly and helped me pick the right bike and equipment. They initially said my bike would be assembled within 2 - 3 days, but I got a call that it was ready just after 2 hours of purchase. They even offered a complimentary tune up a month after purchase. I highly recommend GoGo Gone.

Absolutely amazing customer service when I was shopping for a new bike and was torn between picking a 52 or 55 size. Great communication and understanding of the situation. They don’t rush you at all and want to make sure you get the best bike fit that you want!

Great service!I went to Go Go Gone for a tune up. My bike needed new parts and a good cleaning. The team explained me what to change and why, proposed different options so I could choose between features and prices.They asked my validation at each step of the process so I won’t have any surprise at the end. And comparing to most of the “big” NYC bike shops, the prices are way more reasonable!

09/20/2020 ~ I was looking all around Brooklyn and Manhattan. I saw many recommendations for GoGo Gone and the expectations set based on reviews can go either way. With an open mind after being let down a few times previously that day. I was happy to find that this shop and it’s staff (Diego) were able to accommodate me on a Sunday evening. They are taking the necessary precautions with physical distancing (bonus). The gentleman working the floor assisted me straight away. I was looking for a Single Speed bicycle, the complete opposite of my 8 speed bike at home. So he was able to find the bicycle for my height. I am 5’6” which resulted in a 52mm 6KU Urban Track Shadow Black. They didn’t push accessories into the purchase but recommended a helmet for road safety (important!). An affordable investment and I am so happy with this purchase. The bicycle is smooth and efficient. The gentlemen assembled the bicycle in one hour. Quick purchase and clean assembly. The owner of this place sold me a bike and only after a friend of mine who works on bicycles noticed that the rear wheel sold to me on the bike wasnt put together properly, the spokes are not wired correctly its as if an amateur put together the rear wheel spoke and thats the wheel he sold me, my friend told me the spokes could fall apart while im riding it, I showed this to the owner and he said “ well you have eyes you should have noticed it when before you left with the bike.”

Amazing service at this bike shop! Super courteous, reasonably priced, and prompt and professional service. I got my bike tire tube changed for a fair price here, and couldnt have been happier with the work and speed of service. Highly recommend -- this is the only reputable bike shop in LES / Chinatown that still exists.

Bought my Orbea e-bike there last spring. Robin provided sound advice, no upselling, lots of good information, thorough bike set up and showed me all the features.. After purchase I have come back for adjustments and these were done quickly. Today, I went in for a flat tire. Quick turnaround and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

The mechanics are good make sure you let the older guy do the work .The thing I didnt like is there is no price list so you get on price then you get another as a business it Should have a price list so be aware .
