Wonderful experience picking up my bike here at the Chinatown, NY location. Very helpful & patient with me. This was my first time renting an E-bike, the associate named Gigi helped me figure out how to use the lock, installed the phone holder and took her time explaining the Do’s and Don’t’s. I will definitely be recommending to a friend & look forward to continuing business here !!!

Fast and simple. I brought my ID, proof of address and my card to pay. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend getting the insurance for the bike too.

I picked up my bike over a week ago, and i had not ridden a bike in over 20 years. However, the staff at this location were very patient and helpful. From the shop manager (Jamen) to the sales associate (Zamira), they made me feel so comfortable, animi really happy i chose this location. From beginning till the end the whole transaction took about 20-30 minutes.Go Zoomo !

The service is good. However there are discrepancies between the bikes offered, and you are unable to swap without fee once you leave the store with the bike. All the bikes on the website look uniformed and very new and shiny. Of course a rental is not going to be in perfect condition but they can definitely do a better job with the upkeep. The bikes look run down. Some bikes come with a tray, others dont, some have front lights, handlebar size varies in some of their bikes. You may receive a bike with a key fob to start which is great for security, or a push to start bike which anyone can ride away with, either way loss of bike will be on you. The service is decent and the bike more or less moves as its supposed to, but for a more comfortable ride inspect bike properly to see if there are certain amenities you will need when you ride ex. front light, back tray etc.

Great experience. My bike had some issues so I brought it in. NEV was the absolute best!!!! this mechanic deserves a raise. He was really informative and did everything for me in a timely fashion. I saw him doing mechanical work and helping out in the front. he definitely made my experience easier.

The manager Jamon was very helpful with an issue I had. He fixed the issue. The whole staff are polite and well professional. I recommend anyone looking to rent a E-Bike or looking to make money delivering.

Great customer service. I was serviced by Gigi, she answered every question I had kindly and professionally. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right equipment and was taken care of. Id recommend if you need to rent an ebike for work or city travel.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by all staff members which were very nice people. The employee Yisell Ramires who helped me was very sweet, attentive, informative, and answered all questions.The only complaint I have is a lot of the customers who came in while I was there were rude and nasty to the employees. They walked in already rude and made me feel uncomfortable. But all staff stayed professional and kind.

Excellent shop. This is the NYC location. I own a Rad City bike from them and enjoy it. Recently I had to repair it in which was done fast and professionally. Awesome work guys.

Very good bike rental shops, divided in two separate locations. Gigi, and Georgina are the absolute best in the business, very helpful in assisting their clients, with experienced insight of remarkable veteranship. I had an amazing experience renting from Zoomo. I joined the wait list and was contacted the next day saying bikes were available. Zoe went above and beyond scheduling a pick up in just a few hours, answering all of my questions, and getting me a great price on both of my bikes. The staff in the Hester Street store were helpful and knowledgeable.I tried renting from another ebike company and had a horrible experience. I’ll continue using Zoomo in the future and highly recommend renting a long-term ebike from them.

Terrible I came from Connecticut to rent a bike in the city reserved it from a week before, came 15 minutes early. A woman told me to come back at 11 just to tell me they have no rentals UNPROFESSIONAL, I shouldnt have been able to make that reservation if bikes werent available they need to get their stuff together definitely ! She could have just told me bikes werent available when I came as well.

I had a great experience here signing up for the first time. The customer service from Roberto was outstanding, truly professionalism at its best. Everything was explained to perfection. So far first timer here so far so good and nice customer services so far I hope it only gets better and thank you zamira and is been more then a week I try return the bike previous week and they said I cant I need to make a appointment and come this week and today I got the return at 530 but this ripoff customer care soo all together I payed 233 at the first day to get the bike and during the week I couldnt return cusz that it wouldnt make appominet to return and then they charged me 80 dollars aging in my bank for they fault and now it supposed to be returned today and they already charged me 80 dollars aging

They give you used tires & inner tubes. Mine popped on the first day. I scheduled an appointment for 2pm to have it repaired and when I arrived they said that the people are on lunch & they have other bikes to fix. I had to wait 4 hours. Customer service is a joke, they are rude and incompetent. The bike itself is nice and it gets good speeds. The speed they guarantee is based on someone saying 150 so if you way more it’s not going to be that fast.

Shady business practices. Have to make a reservation to return on literally the first day of rental otherwise they automatically have you locked in for another week. Did not get the free week promotion like stated by Uber - they still charged me. These people refuse to even pick up the phone, everything is handled through email. Stay far away from this company.

My man Roberto is the best! He hooked me up! He made sure I had the best deals, he was so patient cause there was a lil funny issue, he was so cool and patient about it. There was even an upset customer who he put in there place so professionally while at the same satisfying him with his problem. Every time I go back I want Roberto.

Was super quick to get approved and get on the road. The employees were super helpful and the bike feels great when riding. You can tell it isn’t just a cheap electric bike. Hopefully it keeps up with the hype! Will update

They would receive 5 stars but there is no such thing as a perfect score. They have great quality bikes and low weekly payments depending on the bike option you choose and if you decide to rent or do rent to own. I will say calling them seems to be an issue. They sometimes don’t answer the phone but of course we are at the peak of summer/winter. I do wish that the entire system (each location worldwide and HQ) know what was going on in each location. When I first booked my appointment online and showed up to my appointment they had no inventory or even knew I had an appointment. I was informed that the main office doesn’t always know when they have stock.
