I always find bike shops intimidating but this place is super relaxed. Free water and cute puppers to keep you company. It was a super quick fix, she was done in 15 min. Cash only but for a vey fair rate.

Having a flat while miles away from home sucks. Having 2 flats and patching holes desperately REALLY sucks. I looked up bike shop on my phone after getting a flat and saw that New Bo Bo Bicycle was only 2 small blocks from Chrystie St.I walked in asking for a pump to see if my patches held, the woman working there was very polite and courteous and pumped up my tire. Turns out my quick patch job was no good and the air just came right out of the tube.The woman offered to change my tube for $11! She did so in under 3 minutes it was really amazing to watch her work. I explained that I only have credit on me and no cash she said thats fine and I could pay her another day as it happens all the time. Not only did she go out of her way to help someone in need now she was really going out on a limb for me.At the same time a man working in the shop offered me a bottle of cold water!The owners of this shop clearly have hearts of gold. I intend to go back and pay what I owe them + tip the first chance I get!Thank you kindly New Bo Bo Bicycle! I will never forget this.

Got a flat at 7pm on my way home. The woman working there replaced it for $11 in no time at all. Simple, cheap and you get to hang out with an old loving dog on a couch while you wait.10/10. Would get a flat again.

I came here to tune up my new bike. The lady who runs the shop was busy with two customers so there was a bit of a wait. After it was my turn, she was very knowledgeable and started to get to work. I didnt have to say anything and all the things I wanted done was fixed and even more! Prices was excellent and much cheaper and reasonable than the other bigger bike shops. They dont have a huge selection of bikes but if you need accessories, they have them too!

I just had my rear wheel changed for a great price! She was fast, thorough, friendly and helpful and made sure everything else was in proper working order. Plus I love that it is a woman who runs/works at the shop!

10 stars ! Professional hard working people. I called on a Saturday afternoon (after being turned down by every other bike shop in the area) and asked for a tune up for 2 bikes. They told me to come right in and in less than 2 hours the bikes were done. They really know what theyre doing and charge (really) too little for it.

A bike shop in Williamsburg gave me a quote of $40 to fix my brake and cable and replace everything with new stuff. I took my bike here (with my old part) within 5 min the lady attached a new cable, added a few parts, fixed my bike - and charged my only $13. I love this place!

I stopped by because i had a flat tire. the lady fixed my flat for 11 bucks! you cant beat that price in manhattan. while other places charge you up to 18 dollars and more. i got a free water while i sat and waited, I also notice they have cheap prices for locks and other bike supplies. I will be definitely be coming back.

My friend showed me this little hole-in-the-wall joint and after searching for many blocks (often walking right past it without noticing) I am always so happy to find this little hidden gem. The lady Pat is a sweetheart, and some kind of supernatural bike savant. There are some couches there where you can watch her work, and it somewhat resembles a kung-fu master in the focus zone. They have an awesome dog there, too. Super chill, just blends in to the couch like a big stuffed animal. Anyway, my brakes were messed up one time and she had another customer, so instead of taking extra time to mess with my sad case, she just grabbed a spare set of brakes and threw em on, free of charge. In closing, they have better prices than Amazon! And better service than Anywhere!

I called ahead and explained in detail what I needed. I was instructed to bring my bike, they had the parts and it was in stock. I drove an hour to the store only to have the woman say she can order it online. I can order it online. Wasted the one thing thats not renewable, my time... Dishonest to a fault. I wouldnt trust them a second time.
