Upon seeing Dr. Boshnick you are not just another patient, but you enter a long term relationship with him. He is very experienced and goes to great length to get you the best vision possible. He understands the emotional side that someone is going through with lasik complications and cares. We need more Doctors in this world like him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boshnick’s since I was 7 years. I have always been severely nearsighted along with a variety of other issues. I am currently 33 years old and under Dr. Boshnick’s care, my vision has progressed for the better and my additional issues with my eyes have been controlled. Dr. Boshnick provides his patients with treatments that are specific and beneficial for the patient’s needs. He explains every treatment in detail to his patients along with an explanation on how it will work, relative to the patient’s condition. Once treatment begins, Dr. Boshnick shares his mobile number with his patients so that in the event that the patient feels any type of discomfort, they are able to reach out to him personally at any time. Dr. Boshnick and his staff are extremely knowledgeable on optometry and have the most up to date technology to treat their patients. He is very kind to everyone, especially the elderly and children (I was able to experience this first hand).Additionally, Dr. Boshnick focuses on one patient at a time with no rush. His office schedules each patient with enough time, allowing Dr. Boshnick to never rush while he is with a patient. He books his patients with enough time depending on the purpose of their visit.I am very proud to be a patient of Dr. Boshnick’s because there are not many doctors out there that care for their patients the way that Dr. Boshnick cares for his patients. Words can’t describe what Dr Boshnick does to help his patients. I had lasik surgery complications resulting in significant vision loss. Regular eyeglasses or soft contacts wouldn’t help me. I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr Boshnick and since then everything changed... I recovered my vision and can now enjoy life to the fullest. Dr Boshnick is always there for me and makes me feel like family.. as everyone else in his office. Marcela and Stephanie deserve a special mention for helping me throughout the process, always with a smile and a great positive attitude. They are all so kind and empathetic with patients, they understand what we are going through and help us every step of the way. On my complicated case, getting the right fit for the lenses and finding that all-day comfort did require multiples visits and trying many pairs of lenses.. but Dr Boshnick repeatedly mentioned I had nothing to worry and he will get me seeing like never before.. He was always patient with me and answered all my questions, calls and emails right away... nothing I can say will ever describe how thankful I am to Dr Boshnic, who gave me back the priceless gift of vision..

Ed Boshnick is an exceptionally talented and caring optometrist who focuses on helping patients with very challenging and difficult visual conditions. He is an expert in caring for patients with Keratoconus, Post-LASIK ectasia, Pellucid Marginal Degeneration, and conditions where there are scars on the cornea. He can often provide specialty contact lenses that can provide outstanding vision despite these significant corneal conditions. Patients travel from around the world to see him, and he makes an incredible difference. We are very lucky to have him, and I wish I could give higher than 5 stars.

Dr. Boshnick gave me an exam and found out the reason behind my burning sensation on my right eye and prescribed me the scleral lens and everything is better now.

Dr Boshnick is a very greedy guy. He made a lot of money out of me for lenses which I dont use and eyeglasses which were too big and the numbers were not right either.
