Aymee Garcia was my attendant. She was very nice and lovely. She took care of me really fast and very efficient. I recommend everyone to go and look for her to help you with your glasses.

I had a wonderful experience with an associate named Aymee. She was patient, and extremely helpful in helping me pick out glasses to fit the shape of my face, as well as order them. It took 3 days, not the usual 2 weeks to receive them. I’m very happy with the service at this store!

I loved this place and the employees are amazing. They are so welcoming and nice. Paola helped me get my eye exam even without an appointment. Superrr recommended and Aymee also assisted me with my frames. 10/10 awesome

Overall great experience. I didn’t have an appointment, so I did have to wait a long time to get the eye exam, but they were kind enough to take me in. The lady who perform the test was great, the doctor was very nice and once I was ready to pick my glasses, Elie was the best. Super sweet and super helpful.

I cannot believe level of incompetence that the “doctors “ if you can call them that, have at this establishment!I went for my appointment and I explained that I did not want to be rushed on the exam. I have prizm and it takes me a few seconds to realize if I am seeing better or worse.Those two things were totally ignored! I was rushed thru the test and the prizm was never addressed. I had never even contemplated the idea of wearing contacts and didn’t even know that with contacts you cannot correct prizm but I asked anyway and I was told that I was a perfect candidate! But that it had a copay of $60! They did not forget to pay attention to those $60! So they put the drops on me give the contacts and send me home. After the drops wore out I start trying to wear the contacts and I was seeing worst with them that without them! I gave it a week as I was told and nothing changed. So I called them and made a second appointment for them to check everything again and verify that I veas given the correct prescription. There was a different “doctor “ I think she had just left school the day before because when I told her to check my prizm specifically she told me flat out she did not know how to do it and to go to Bascom Palmer to get tested there!So to conclude the story. I went to Bascom Palmer in coral gables yesterday and they fixed my prizm and my vision in less than 15 minutes! I can’t remember the last time that I saw so clear!STAY AWAY FROM VISION WORK AND ALL THE FAKE DOCTORS THAT THEY HAVE!

Ive been going to this vision works for well over 20 years. Ive been busy with work and forgot to buy contacts before my vacation so I walked in this morning, and when the woman looked at my chart she said my prescription expired in November and she wouldnt sell me contacts. I explained my situation to her and asked if she could schedule me for an appointment next week and give me some trial pairs to tide me over and she even refused that. Mind you my prescription hasn not changed from negative 2.50 in the past 15 years. Im really disappointed I. Their lack of understanding and customer service and cant believe they wouldnt help out a long term client. I cant ever see myself patronizing their establishment ever again.

This vision works has always been there since my child hood but I’ve never been so welcomed, even with the pandemic going on, i was helped almost immediately and it was great to see a business take this virus seriously and always sanitary, the were cleaning every second when i was in there. Thank you Eleanys for really helping me out with a deal for my glasses. Everything was perfect, couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Spent good money buying Ferragamo glasses here last year in January, broke one of hinges and they couldn’t fix it, they told me that not even Ferragamo would fix it, please dont buy here, they dont offer a good warranty or support to their expensive brands.

Ive been going to this Vision Works location for a few years. My recent experience was by far the best. Elaine made the difference. Elaine picked out two beautiful frames for me. She was patient while I decided which frames were best. She has a kind and sincere disposition. Elaine has superior customer service skills. She made me feel like she really cared about helping me. I was happy to see her again when I returned to replace the lenses on a frame. Elaine took her time adjusting the frames until they were perfectly straight. Elaine is a very special person and a great asset to your company.

My son broke my glasses today. I also had pink eye so obviously I could not wear my contact lenses! I called in at 9:00 sharp and let them know my situation, could you believe my glasses were ready in less than 1 hour!!!!! Ms. Fontaine the manager and the other Associates treated me so well! Well worth it, thanks ladies, keep your great energy and customer service skills!!!!!!

If I could give them less I would. Gave me sunglasses that were way to big for my face and refused to fix them. Got pushed to get them then when I came back there was someone else complaining about the same problem. Thanks for the defective sunglasses that always fall off my face. Bad service. Will never return.

I had never been to a Vidionworks. I was referred by my son. Nowadays with the on going pandemic, the experience was awesome. From the moment you walk in they make certain you are not running a temperature, they provide you with hand sanitizer and kept distance all the time. The Doctor (Eric) was amazing, very sweet and caring. Help me with questions as well. And finally I was taken care of Aymee. Aimee was very attentive and informative with questions I had about insurance. I will definitely keep coming and referring this location.

The eye exam department, the young lady with blonde hair and glasses specifically, LIED, And told me my copay for my eye exam was 40 dollars. At the time of payment I was informed the copay was ten and they charged me for an eye scan which i did not ask to take. So she without asking, performed services on me, and then told me it was my copay. Simply unacceptable, and disgusting. This is a legitimate business not some warehouse in Hialeah you can pick and choose what to charge each person. This is the last time I will be visiting this location. After so many years of going to Visionworks this was a terrible experience.

Elaine and Christopher are the epitome of Customer Service. The professionalism and care I received was unreal. They both took the utmost care to provide the proper glasses for my needs. HORRIBLE customer service especially from the assistant manager. Very disorganized and disrespectful. While walking out of the store after not saying anything about how she messed up with my insurance issue she decided to call me out and argue with me in front of other customers even when she was still wrong and didn’t have any proof that she reversed my insurance after I returned a pair of glasses because they had done them incorrectly.

Ms Elaine Ramos Ponce at the Ludlam Visionworks was ultra helpful and went beyond the neccessary to help me .I had just come in at the last minute on ML K day to ask a question .My eyeglasses were broken. Eventhough they were not theirs, Elaine offered her help and I ended up wanting to buy new glasses just because of her .It is rare to see such good customer service! Horrible experience. When you leave the actual eye doctor the people outside are like kids playing a game. Very unprofessional. Got my order wrong 3 times. No sign of regret or a hint of helping a frustrated customer. Dont go there. You will be very unhappy.

Even though I had a bad experience at their Plantation location, I decided to give this one a chance. I walked in around 9:45am on a Saturday and I did get greeted right away although there were no other customers in the store so I better get a hello! The store associate asked what I needed and I replied that not only did I need my current glasses adjusted, I was also looking for new glasses. He took my glasses (I have never had someone try and adjust my glasses in this manner) and told me to look around b/c the adjustments will take a few minutes. He comes back about five minutes later and my glasses are way too tight to the point that they actually are hurting me and giving me a headache. He takes them back and tells me to continue to look around. Another five minutes goes by and he reappears and once again, my glasses are too tight; however, this time I just deal with it knowing that I probably will be leaving soon anyway. The associate tries to help me find new glasses but isnt very successful and then he suggests I look at the really expensive frames such as Gant, Harley and Guess. As he is showing me these frames, he gets called away and passes me off to a woman who not only barely speaks English, but has no idea what I am looking for. After I explain to her what I want, she proceeds to show me frames that arent even close to what I want nor are they are they in my price range. It doesnt help that I barely understand what she is trying to say to me. At this point, I tell her that I cant find what I am looking for and I start to leave. She tries to convince me to put a pair on hold and pay for them b/c I can exchange them if I dont like them. What? Why would I pay for glasses that I dont want? She also tried to tell me that she could swap out frames and lenses (mix-and-match) even though the first associate related that they cannot do that. At this point, I just left b/c I couldnt take anymore of these shenanigans.With TWO bad experiences at Visionworks, I wont be going back to any location in the foreseeable future.

This place has changed quite a bit since I last came here a year ago. While the previous reviews may have been accurate in the past, I feel that the new employees are awesome. Specifically, Alain at the front desk of the Doctors office (I think he is new but I might be wrong! Ive never seen him before).I highly recommend going when he is working. He tended to my every need and explained how my insurance coverage worked very thoroughly and patiently. My entire experience was very professional and pleasant.And Dr. Arsenio Arabitg was as well spoken, patient, and caring as always.Thanks VisionWorks.

Horrible customer service. I hope these people go out of business very very soon. They suck you in with $69 for glasses but really the lenses are around $300 by the time all is said and done youre spending around $450 for a pair of glasses not to mention you still have to pay for the doctor visit but that is a separate entity.Dont shop here waste of time.Horrible experience will not go back!

I use to live in Schaumburg, IL and went to the Visionworks there so when I found out this location was nearby when I moved to Hillsboro I made an appointment to get some new contacts. Generally, I dont review national chains but when specific location provides great service I have to give them a review. Because the thing that makes the difference for national chain locations are the people that work in them. I must say this location has some the friendliest and helpful people Ive ever dealt with for my vision needs.Everyone I dealt with from the person who checked me in and the doctor who checked my vision, showed great patience and cheerfulness that made it, dare I say, fun to get new contacts. I chatted with 3 different people through out the process of testing and fitting and had great conversations with all of them. Very easy going and relaxed people. Also, they really took care in making sure that I got the right contacts.Im going back to get new glasses pretty soon since my current ones broke so Im looking forward to going back for some more fun.

Went to get glasses for my son and they were helpful. However, I asked them to adjust my glasses, and they said we can do that. They broke my frame, said sorry, glued it back together. Of course that didnt hold - I hadnt even left the store when the crack on the frame came undone. I looked for a similar pair to replace my lenses with a new frame to no avail. Their only solution was for me to purchase another pair because they were trying to help me and couldnt be help responsible. I attempted several times to see if there was anything they could do and nothing. After spending a good amount of money at this store, I was not going to give them additional business because of their error. Needless to say, not happy with the experience and will try to never go back.

Attention is Fatal, I went 30 minutes before the time that they have at the door by the Covid19 before closing I just said that I wanted to observe the mounts and immediately my partner and me with a bad attitude without letting more words intervene forced us to leave,, additional to that in Pro of Feasibility of that location close to my Address, I decided to call today to make an Appointment for an Eye exam, the answer was exactly the same, bad answers, I called asking for information and basically I had to beg that I report what I was requiring, with ups and downs in the tone of who answered me. However, impunity for poor service to the public should not be a Custom, so serve this as a reminder to those who provide a service and who receives it.
