Amazing staff, very professional service

Henny provided excellent service to me as I was looking to buy eyeglasses for my father. She pointed out sale items as well as was very kind and patient as I asked questions about other frames. I told her that I needed these glasses sent to my father’s rehab center as he just had a stroke and most vision in his left eye. She was great at accommodating the expedited sale. Phil was also very personable.

Ive been a patient here for a few months now, and have had issues across multiple things. Customer service is very nice but not competent. Challenges getting trial contacts, reordering contacts, and getting my prescription. Doctor was fine but she has since left. Would not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!! These people messed up my glasses twice they where sent back to lab to fix then they messed up my other lense. They clearly dont care about there patients. Then I called to speak to a manager they said she was there THEN waited 15 minutes on the phone then said she was gone for the day at 1 PM yeah right. Come on i depend on my glasses !! There so unprofessional. Will never go back there or recommend anyone.

Dr. Valdes is great! The best experience I’ve had with an eye exam. He did great in listening to any concerns I’ve had. Would absolutely recommend!

Horrible Service they don’t have any matters dealing with customers you need to have patient with customers. And know how to treat others .

I finally found a place that is great. The appointment was easy to make, and when I got there the lady was super nice and so was the optometrist. Easiest transaction ever. I will be going back from now on.I also forgot to mention, there was no wait. That was awesome

For three weeks I have been trying to process a contact lens order. Their credit card machine is inaoperable. You cannot order on-line. So for $14.09 this optical left me hanging. The insurance had paid the rest of $95. They will not take a check or apply a discount. The credit card devise does not work and they forgot the password. Unbelievable! The doctor left them, so they can’t email the prescription either. Don’t go to Target Optical!

Don’t usually leave reviews, however the nice women at the front helped fix my glasses and was extremely nice. Can’t beat good customer service, definitely buying my next pair of glasses here.

There are always associates available for assistance, there customer service is great ! They have available a Starbucks and target lunch spot !! They sell food and household goods. I would go here for just about anything !! This target has easy access to items, looks well recovered.

I love this OpticI came very disgusted from LensCrafters Optique at Macys.Here in Target Dr. Pavel Gazdovich did an excellent work, as well as his team.They have a very good sense of humor, they are smart and they use common sense. They are top notch in their field also due to the high tech they are using.I recommend them to all my friends.I am a very satisfied client.

I have really received excellent care, not only in terms of the quality of the medical procedures ... the treatment was what struck me the most because of the kindness of both professionals ... I recommend this point of view with all certainty.

Overall, good care and selection of frames. Cons .: You have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to collect the complete glasses. If I had known to wait so long, I would have gone somewhere else.

Its my favorite store and my great temptation Im going to look for a little thing and go out with a lot 👍
