The customer service was fantastic! All the staff members are helpful and friendly especially Alicia The optometrist was thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place! Dr. Garcia is very kind and takes the time to educate you on eye health. I appreciate how clean the office was and how well maintained it was by the staff. Excellent service from Jennifer and the very knowledgeable James. I came in after calling to see about polarized sunglasses for my upcoming road trip.From start to finish they were great. I explained that I was set to leave Miami in a few hours and they were extremely accommodating with my limited time frame.They were even so kind to recommend a delicious Cuban restaurant while I waited.To my surprise they called me to inform me that my glasses were ready to be picked up. More than two hours early. (Thanks to Alicia the lab technician)The frames and lenses exceeded my expectations!

Honest review, and I dont personally know Dr. Garcia. Visionworks are all over the place but I travel 20 miles to come here. Dr. Garcia is a great person, extremely knowledgeable, excellent at genuinely listening to what your needs are and explaining things as he conducts his evaluation. Hes never in a rush and always conducts himself as the professional that he is. It may be a long drive but its worth every minute of it, specially in Miami traffic.As for the actual frame selection, Eduardo was a pleasant add on to my experience. I was impressed by this young man and his spirit of helpfulness. Patient, with good opinions taking his time to genuinely help me with my insurance plan and frames.Overall, a great experience and a customer until Dr. Garcia moves on. At which point, Ill have to look him up. :-)Give them a try.... you wont be disappointed.

I visited today and did my eye exam with Doctor Garcia, he is definitely a great professional, he told me everything I needed to know about my eyes health condition, etc and even allowed me to ask questions and his answers were straight to the point and I am very well satisfied with.I will always definitely comeback..Her assistant Camille, was very, very nice and absolutely very professional, she helped me and guided me in everything I was supposed to do in the office in advanced or prior to my eye exam.She is a great person, too. I am going to be 100% honest in this review. I had one excellent experience in this store. As soon as I entered I was warmly greeted and the store smelled like flowers, so delicious. I had an appointment with Dr. Garcia and it was yet another amazing experience. Mr. James helped me purchase glasses and wow what a nice guy, he picked frames that fit my face perfectly. The manager is a very nice lady as well but so is the entire staff! I will definitely come back next year

First time seeing Dr. Jorge Garcia at the Miracle Marketplace visionworks. Ive never had an eye doctor be as thorough and Dr. Garcia. He took to time to go over my xrays/imaging, what to look out for, what to keep in mind and how i can help to not strain my vision. the staff was very courteous, everyone was adhering to social distancing rules and the techs sanitized each area before i entered it. I will definitely be coming back for yearly exams.

I just called Visionworks from Miracle Mile to go as a walk in because I lost my glasses. Thalia answered the phone advised me that the doctor was gone, they were booked for tomorrow but due to the circumstances to go tomorrow. She explained that I had to wait because Saturdays were normally busy. She was very customer service oriented and polite. It was a pleasure calling this place.

We visited Visionworks Coral Way because we needed glasses. They were able to take our insurance and the doctor also measured eyesight. Annalie helped us to choose the frames and was instrumental in assuring that my husband was properly fitted for his progressive frames. He left very happy because she was even able to speed the order since his other glasses were broken. We will definitely return. This is our second time here.

Went to this office during our vacation. Everyone in the family got their eyes checked as a last minute decision. The staff was flexible and accommodating. The doctor was thorough in explaining his examination, even with my son. Husband and I hit our prescriptions and picked our frames. The glasses were mailed to us with tracking and arrived in tact.

Two stars to the doctor, he is always very professional. I ordered my contact lenses two weeks ago. First they said there was a delay (no explanation) When I called again they said it should be delivered today Dec 13 but since it didn’t I called again and Thalia placed my call on hold because she had to attend other clients. She promised to call me back and let me know about my lenses. I’m still waiting. This is very disappointing.

Inefficient administrative staff. After calling and asking about walk-ins, I came in to find out that waiting time can be up to 4 hours (I was only told after having already waited for 45 mins). Not willing to spend my entire afternoon there, I made an appointment for the following week. The day before my appointment I received a confirmation message, I replied yes. An hour before my appointment I received another reminder. When I showed up the doctor had left two hours ago. Two trips, no eye exam. Better service please.

I had one excellent experience at the location. Dr. Garcia provided me with excellent information about the pterygium in my left eye. Once I had my prescription Mr. James gave me excellent information about how polarized lenses would be great for me so I purchased a pair. Dr. Garcia at this location is amazing. Ive been seeing him for years and hes always friendly, patient and explains everything clearly. I know visionworks is technically separate from the doctor. I get glasses here mainly because of convenience because its the same location as the doctor. But Ive never had an issue with any of the employees. They are always helpful and professional. Although half the time Ive received glasses with scratched lenses (I think the type of lenses I purchase are prone to being easily scratched when they are making them), they have always been very good at replacing them immediately

Jennifer is the most effective and kind employee there. She helped me find glasses for my twelve year old and my nine year old. She gave me options in my price range and even offered us discounts available! After the bifocals were ready, she taught them how to use them and even called me to make sure they were doing ok. Dr. Garcia is really great. Im always wary of contact lens exams as the last few Ive had have ended with the wrong script. Ive worn contacts for 16 years, but Dr. Garcia taught me a lot of important things that I didnt know about wear and care. The staff was helpful and relatively timely. They also gave me my RXs; most places keep them and try to force you to buy their brand. Great experience!

The staff at this location is terrible. There’s a thick curly haired blonde lady that is definitely working the wrong career she shouldn’t be allowed to speak to any customers. She is by far the rudest most condescending person I have ever met or for that matter spoken to. I went into this store and I was greeted nicely. Purchased 2 pairs of glasses i brought my prescription, i did not think about prescription sunglasses until the store Lic Optician suggested that i should protect my eyes from the sun. The store was very clean and they have a large selection they even have color changing frames for kids!! after i got my glasses i went shopping and knocked all my needs out in the same mall, lunch nails and eyebrows. It was my first eye exam, and it didnt feel like going to the doctor at all. First of all I was welcomed by a beautiful staff, very friendly and professional. Eduardo was very kind and helped me through the forms that needed to be filled, he made it very simple and easy, then Dayana, a beautiful lady gave me the first exam with the machines, she made everything go smoothly as I was a little nervous about my first exam. Then I finally was with Dr. Garcia, let me tell you, while you are having a very professional eye exam this doctor will make you laugh and make you forget about any stress you can have, he explained in a very easy way what I need and why I need it. Then, a certain Mr. James took my prescription and chose the perfect frame in less than 10 minutes, very nice, very professional young man, I could of not been able to chose a perfect pair of glasses myself, while James was explaining the different frames and brands, Jennifer, the retail supervisor was assisting us to make sure I have the perfect experience and the right informations, its like having the lady at the bakery selling you the perfect cake and the baker coming out to double check that it is the perfect cake! What more could I ask for? Then when it was time to pay, I set down with the General Manager, Yaima, a beautiful young lady and very professional, that explained how my insurance works, and went through the process of how the lenses works and how they are made, English is not my first language and I understood everything almost like if she had explained it in French, my first language. Came here to get new glasses did eye exam and bought frames pay almost $400 even with a discount. When i came to get glasses they had a chip on the center of the glass they didnt bother to check it before calling me and making waste my time just to have to wait longer to get it done right.all I got from them is Im sorry not even a danm coupon..smh

The Doctor is really kind,professional great Doctor. the staff is okay.

I was told if I ordered my glasses the day of my eye exam (yesterday) that I would get my glasses the next day by noon. I had developed an infection and it was urgent for me to have my glasses to start treatment for the infection. I went to pick up my glasses around 3:40pm and the technician just tells me there was a medical emergency and my glasses wont be done until later tonight. Not really much of an explanation or apology for the inconvenience. In a way my needing the glasses today was medical as well. They could have called me at noon telling me they wouldnt be ready instead of me driving out here to not get them. Majority of the staff is more than fine, however, a few really seemed like they couldnt care less.
