One of the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have seen. Very pleased with the office, they were all very professional, empathetic and humane. Definitively recommended. Finally I can say that I have found my eye doctor.

I had an appointment here today at 9:00am and came with my sister that had an appointment here too at 10:30 am. They call me in, and do a quick check up and send me to the back of the clinic to wait for the doctor to call me so she can measure my eyes. At 11:40 am., they have already called my sister and shes waiting besides me. My mom(whos also here, but not to an appointment) goes to main office and they have accidentally archived my papers as if Im not here or Ive already left. Is currently 12:07, and its been 27 minutes since they know they have messed up my papers, still, they have called about 8 people before me who have been here since like half an hour before. This is just straight up disrespectful

I’m here now and have been waiting my turn for an hour and a 45 minutes past my appointment time! Nightmare. Update - 2 hours & 10 minutes later and still have not seen the Dr. I can’t believe I’m still here. It’s a test of wills now. Will they break me? Maybe...update 3 hours and 15 minutes later I’m leaving. I can’t believe they asked me for a copay on the way out.

The staff is very kind and they take time with you until you are really satisfied.I do recommend her services 💯%

I came as a walk in for a corneal abrasion. The staff and physician were very courteous and professional. I have great vision despite this accident but if I ever need to come back for anything eye related, I found my place. Just a note for anyone who cares, this is a mostly Spanish speaking demographic but it shouldn’t deter anyone from being treated here. Very family oriented type feel to the office.

I’ve been visiting Dr. Gonzalez-Zipse for the last years along with my wife, and I really don’t believe the post from Andrea P with 1star, really far away from the reality. Out of context. While in waiting room in so many visits I never saw anything similar,, thanks God that scam reviews are always trash aside from everyone.Excellent service and staff, excellent and very professional Dr.

Walked in as an emergency, without an appointment, and when they saw me they were concerned and told me to wait. Within minutes I was inside with awesome people who took very good care of me.

Excellent doctor and staff. You feel trated like a human being where your worries and all of your questions are answered. Highly recommended.

Very kind, but the waiting time for the patient is terrible, I have been almost 3 hours without even being able to enter with the doctor; they put people in and out to be evaluated to make them wait in a small room, people must crowd in the corridor, without social distancing, there is no personalized attention 1 single nurse evaluates 2 patients at the same time. They do not have the slightest idea of ​​what it is to work organized. Definitely lousy. Sorry for choosing this clinic. I should have looked for more information. But I will report it to my insurance. I managed to leave exactly after 3 oclock, they interrupt the doctor from time to time while she attends to the patient. I do not recommend it at all not because of the doctor but because of the waiting time of the staff who previously attends the patient!

The two stars are for the assistants of the wonder doctor who was the only thing that was worth it. I had my appointment at 10:30 AM and I left the appointment at 1 in the afternoon to make up for all this problem of COVID-19 in the Wait Room there were more than 10 people. My goal was to do an eye exam to make my contact lenses and eyeglasses since I have Medicaid insurance and it covers me well they did several exams when I told him about the contact lenses the doctor told me that until June 6 for all this problem of the COVID-19 and when I tell him and the prescription of the glasses because they do not do it because there is k to pay cash they only work with the medicaid for the exams he told me I can not do them because you already have a dilated pupil, answer that I did not understand anything I lost my day and did not solve my problem. So I wonder what I went for?
