What a wonderful experience! Came to this place on Friday with an urgency for eyeglasses! The only place I found in entire Miami that was willing to let me walk in for an Eye Exam (Other places tried to schedule me between 7-35 days from that day). Got the exam done as soon as I walked in, few minutes later I was at register with Eddy and I asked him if I could get glasses done by Monday morning! They were closed for the weekend but Eddy assured me that I will have my glasses done between 10:30-11:30am on Monday. He called me on Monday morning around 10 to let me know glasses are done! If you are looking for fast and reliable service come to this place, avoid all these franchise locations around Miami, they are all scam! I never write reviews but I had to for these wonderful people! May I add that my glasses are perfect fit, after years of struggle I now see perfectly and the price was cheaper than any quotes I got from other places! Thank you Xpress Optical! 🙏

Absolutely disgusting customer service! I bought a frame just 3 weeks ago, and all of a sudden it got broken. I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years, it never happened to me before. I came back to the store and asked to fix the frame but the owner said he couldn’t do anything, he is not responsible for that, and I had to buy a new frame. The owner is not responsible for the stuff he sells! Very disappointed, and I would never recommend this place to anyone..

I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I entered. The gentleman with long hair assuming is the “owner” was super attentive and knowledgeable as well as the assistant. They took their time to help me find the best pair.However I did feel a little bit of pressure in getting a specific type or frame that I just simply couldn’t afford and finally decided to go to the last pair of frames I saw, they where on my price budget with they never ask. Although I kept telling them that I couldn’t afford them, And when I ask for the prescription he said he’ll have it ready when I pick them up.BUT today when I went to pick up I was treated so poorly, the guy was rushing cause was on an important call but, I could wait if he just ask, and he just wanted to get rid of me asap and I ask where was my prescription and he said that I have to come back. He was being so rude. He give me my glasses on a flimsy fabric bag, not even a proper case. I Started to feel like he was very unprofessional and I was being treated with indifference so poorly like I wasn’t welcome and he wanted to get rid of me asap. I never felt like this in my life. I never treat them with disrespect, I was patient, kind and understanding that they are the experts. I even wanted to consider to get contacts but he didn’t even give me the chance to ask. Just the worst customer service I ever encountered. I just wont recommend!!! If you have health insurance with vision but just don’t even bother going there. However the doctor is very nice and unfortunately this will affect the service he offers once I talk to my insurance and explain how badly I was treated.

Very friendly and super helpful staff. Eddie was fantastic! He was thorough, patient and took his time in helping me pick the perfect frame and lens.

Very clean store, they were very detailed in the whole process and even followed covid-19 precautions. Everything was cleaned and I felt safe during the whole process. The service was very professional and the owners are super friendly. Would recommend 100%

The owner, his wife and his dogs are just great lol. I love the fact that they make you feel like youre home. He is very attentive and will let you know if the glasses fit your head frame or not but I dont ever feel pressured when I pick out glasses. He knows that Im not made out of money and I always ask him for the lower end frames. He also gives discounts and the deals are great. The eye doc is cool as well. Of course, call ahead and usually you wont have to wait. He always excuses himself when he has to answer the phone which is no prob since this is his livelihood. It also gives me time to try on a few frames. I personally come back because of him. I used to be around the area a lot and it wasnt difficult to see him but there are times when time wont allow me too and I have to go to another place but I always refer him cus hes very nice. Would definitely recommend.

I visited Xpress Optical because they were featured as a health provider from my insurance company. I compliment them and give them the highest rating possible. The care and professionalism was the best one can expect.

The optometrist is quite good and accurate.The technician did a fair job. Yet evaded me with the bill for the work done and charged to care credit. After 1 year paying interest on a $ 4000.00 dollar credit, and asking over and over again for my bill of nearly $1500.00. Did report them to care credit., my moms care credit was refunded the difference. Now someone called asking for the old prescription to the optometrist and they attempted to slander me. Reason to why you rightfully deserve this comment public.

To introduce myself i am Pierre, To be honest with you guys i had my first eyes examination with Xpress Optical which leads you guys to understand i dont much about eyes treatment which is true. Since the doctor took his time to break down everything for me to make understand whats going on with my eyes i will definitely say thats the best place to deal with eyes issue, in addition they have the best customer service i ever seen the care about you they are friendly and respectful . guys dont hesitate check it out. Xpress Optical one time.

I was down to my last pair of disposable lens and had an appointment the next day. Thorough exam with a friendly professional doctor, great advice for my eyes and quick receipt of my lenses. I would recommend.

Number one the doctor give wrong reading prescription because the guy in the front desk said he guesses from the glasses was carrying that day (never heard a doctor in my life something like that ) the guy in front desk is very rude he tell me to leave wen I tell the doctor is no suppose to guided in my glasses I wen to 3 different eyes doctor in miami and all 3 agree have different prescription in each eyes, he give me same in each eyes, he give less than what I need to read much less so I trow my money away I will NO recommend that place

If I could I would give him -10 horrible treatment upon entering. They canceled my appointment, the optometrists arrived when I left 20 waiting for nothing. So that the man dressed in blue (not a nurse, I dont know what he is) will cancel me, giving me to understand that I was lying. I will talk to my insurance company today to let them know that they do not recommend anyone else to that place
