I have been going to Dr. Perl since the 80’s! He is simply the best! And what a caring doctor!! His staff also provides the kind of customer service that is hard to find in Miami!

Great staff. The optometrist, Dr. Perl was very informative, kind and took his time to make sure everything was ok. The staff was insightful on the types of glasses that they had and anything extra you wanted to know. Payment was reasonably priced and they follow-up after your exam. I was very pleased with my visit.

I went here and was charged for two different exams and was not informed that the $5 copay through my insurance was for the glasses exam only. Since I didnt have the money to cover my contacts exam, I was forced to use part of my contact allowance. They did not want to give me my copy of my prescription. Could not get in touch with anyone 45 minutes before close about sending my prescription when I needed it. I called jcp optical 1800 number just to be told all the doctors are independent so rhey dont have a copy to send me. No wonder jcp is dying out. This is is humanas network so id youre thinking about going here DONT!

We always do the glasses there, they are all very friendly and helpful, they help us get the best deals, especially Betty who is super nice. The doctor is very professional.
