After initally having a lot of issues with my vehicle, I have come to really like the guys in the service department.Tim and Joe are awesome advisors, super knowledgable, laid back and attentive.Rodney the service manager and I didnt get off on the right foot (mostly my fault and frustrations), but now I really like him and the service his team provides. They have a small team that run a very busy shop, so much respect on the good job and changing me into a very loyal customer.I am looking to trade in my Porsche soon for a newer version and I will definitely be doing business with this dealership because of Rodney and his team.
Sales person I was dealing with did not know any details about the different options on the Porsche cars. After my first visit, I asked a few times to have someone that understands the differences in the performance options to meet with me. I went there again, and the same sales person didn’t bring anyone else to help and again wasn’t able to answer my questions. The salesperson just tried to look up the descriptions on the website that I could do from home. Seems like if you are buying a car that is built based on performance that the sales people would be more helpful.
Went in to have a recall done which no problem. They ended up doing the recall and one for the fuel flange as well. Few months later car didn’t want to start unless I turned the key several times. Went back to them asked them to check there work to make sure it was done correctly and there wasn’t a issue. This is where I got very upset. I watched the tech bring my vehicle in raise the back seats and that’s it. Didn’t take the plates off or take it apart to check or even open the hood to check fuel pressure. Then get called into service area was told I needed fuel pumps and flanges. Ummmmmm kind of odd cause I already replaced the fuel pumps and the passenger side flange before the recall. The estimate was 1900 parts and labor. I wasn’t going to pay that for something they didn’t even do a check on them just guessing. So I took my car home being a mechanic now for 25 years I found a fuel line routing diagram. Decided to do what they should have done in the first place checked all the lines and routing. Found one of the lines off of the flange they installed was kinked and causing little to no fuel flow. Untangled the line and been working just fine ever since. If this is the type of work they provide from here now I am wondering if the other recall was even done and fixed. I know for sure that I won’t be going back to that dealership for anything recalls or anything else. I will make the drive to Omaha or somewhere else to get anything like that done again.
Great parts department. Very helpful.
Myself and my hubby wanted to buy Porsche Cayenne we visited the showroom about 3 times. We choose the car which we wanted to buy we were about to place the order and give them a deposit. But they didn’t even respond us properly. I have no idea what was our mistake maybe we didn’t dress up properly but I don’t think that’s a criteria to buy a car. They never turned up, no response, no update. I even spoke with the manager and informed him about the delay. Yet still we didn’t get a response. We were so much frustrated And dropped the plan. It all happens because of the way the staff behaved. They show too much of attitude and doesn’t treat the customers properly. I don’t want to give even a single star for them. Such a worst experience I had.
They don’t know how to talk to people! I hate I had to take my car here!
Can’t believe this place attracts any actual customers. Salespeople were rude and dismissive. After being ignored and then talked down to, I went to write a review and saw all the negative reviews this place has already. I should’ve read the reviews before I went, would’ve saved me some time.
Wonderful new building with a great service department. Helpful and friendly staff.
Friendly and helpful staff
UpdateI ordered some some parts and found out about 15% PCA members discount on the original Porsche parts.Friendly sales staff, no high pressure sales, was there to test drive a porsche.
Bottom line....executive level professionalism!
Best dealership in town! If you’re looking for excellent customer service, professional care and expertise, Katya is your girl! She’ll take great care of you!
Excellent service department! I waited in the lounge while they serviced my car. Excellent lounge, excellent service! Todd Hurlburt took care of all my car care needs and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. I will be back for sure! The car was washed and ready to go with a cold bottle of water waiting for me when I got in.
Need a part from this Porsche dealer? might as well contact your next closest one because this dealer never answers or returns calls.
Mike Diaz was a great salesperson and very friendly... I would recommend checking them out...
Great TEAM environment there. Everyone works towards satisfying the customer. Technicians fully trained and one of the best and cleanest service departments by far.
I can never get the time of day here, unless I bring someone with some gray hair. Its ridiculous. Went in once asking about buying three C-class cars for company, and they had no interest. If youre young, they pretend you dont exist.Baron BMW is across the street, and completely opposite attitude. They are nice regardless of your looks or age. As a result, Im picking up BMW #5 in a week, and if I ever want a Porsche or Mercedes, Id happily drive hours just to get it from somewhere else.
I scheduled a test drive with one of their Internet Sales Manager on May 5th. I arrived on time, but that sale manager didnt show up. The front desk told me she was not even coming to work that day. And I waited there for 15 minutes, no other sale person come to me to guide me the test drive. Im so disappointed and left. The most ridiculous, I got an email congratulating my test drive with them when I got back home. What a horrible test driving experience!
I recently had my 2012 Porsche Cayman S serviced. They got the jobdone in the time frame they said they would and I got it back all washed andready to go. I was impressed with all the things they had checked outon the car. Their lounge area is very nice and a good place to wait ifyou are only having an oil change. Todd Hurlburt, my service representative, saved me from what I thought was going to be a bad experience.Shortly after servicing my warning light came on saying my car was overheating. I called Todd and he explained that sometimes when they add water they get an air bubble preventing the proper filling. Sure enougha tea cup of water added solved my problem. Thanks Todd
Rodney and Todd saved my butt!!!! Took my Porsche to a cheaper shop that f-d it up. Aristocrat took care of me and my car within hours. What a great team and I will only get my car fixed there in the future!!
Echoing what Justin said in regards to ignoring you if you dont have gray hairs (maybe us younger folks are too internet savvy and will realize their prices are terrible ha!). Husband and I went in to check out the new Alfa Romeo Giulia. The Jaguar salesperson showed us the vehicle in the lot, then told us we should get a Camry/Accord save up for 5 years and then come back to get something we really want (??? thats pretty assumptive of our financial situation from a 2 minute interaction). We were then dismissed and basically ushered out. Hubby and I looked at each other (sure we were in casual gym clothes, both in our mid-30s and I drive a pretty sweet luxury Subaru Outback ha - not!) and realized we got profiled! We immediately went up to Northtown Fiat/Alfa Romeo and got to learn more about the vehicle, options, test drive, etc - fell in love with the car and will be picking our car up next week.
The guy that says Baron treats their customers right, could be further from the truth. They wont give you anything for your trade. Also, they will tell you to your face that you have bad credit, for everyone in air shot to hear. I got turned down for a Mini, within a year I got a new one from out of town. I spent $5000.00 accessor
My wife was frustrated with the arrogance and the pretentiousness of the maintenance department customer service reps. I say to you never judge a book by its cover you could be entertaining a angel. Narcissism has no place in business especially when youre short handed a mechanic. Get over yourself being
Sales people disrespectful and rude
