This dealership went above and beyond to help my wife and I find a vehicle. We were enthusiastically greeted by Jacob Sanchez who immediately set a comfortable and welcoming tone. Initially, my wife planned on purchasing a used vehicle that she had her eyes on for awhile, but found that it had been sold recently. Garbage doesn’t even describe my experience. I’m unsure how this place is rated so high. Tim is the absolute WORSE manager to deal with. Tim made our experience stressful and probably the absolute worse customer service I’ve EVER received. Maria (the car dealer) had no idea what they were doing, they seem confused as to what they are exactly selling. Maria and Tim gave us a car to test drive WITH BROKEN SHARDS OF GLASS ON THE SEAT. Yes, pieces of glass all over the seat. I received nothing but attitude from Maria the moment they greeted us.Maria and Tim thought I couldn’t hear when they were bad mouthing about us. Test driving a car? Be ready to be judged and questioned. I understand the normal “get to know your customers needs” but what Tim was doing was disrespectful, belittling and unprofessional.Tim needs to be reminded that he isn’t doing anyone any favors. He is providing a service that WE PAY FOR. I would highly recommend him going back to training.

I arrived on time for oil change & pulled into area by desks. Waited for 7 minutes before I was acknowledged… it was like I was invisible. One facilitator was talking with a tech the whole time.Finally the guy I was parked next to (5 ft away) told me someone will be with me in a few minutes- though he didn’t look me in the eye.Oil change went well & on time. Then was told my car would be out in a minute so I waited outside… 15 min later after I complained it showed up.I don’t usually complain but it seemed that no one seemed liked their job. Not my favorite experience. It has been better before.

Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, start to finish. He was attentive, detailed, and totally candid with me. Not at all pushy and very personable. I had an excellent car buying experience.

We went to this place for a quick oil change and maintenance stuff. Our contact person, Robert Lott, was amazing and kind.
