I worked with Chris Jones. He was absolutely amazing. He showed us the truck multiple times. I was completely on the fence, he was patient and answered all of our questions. When we finally decided to purchase it was late in the day and they still worked with us and delivered the truck after they closed. We will definitely be back. Thank you Chris!!!!

My wife and I didn’t even end up buying a car here but the sales person we dealt with was so great I had to leave a review.We dealt with Tyler Thompson and he was incredible. If you are going to get a Jeep, go to him!We told him what was important to us from the very beginning and he didn’t sway from that one bit like most dealerships we have dealt with have. He focused in on what we said was important and respected that.On top of that, he was transparent and honest with our concerns, which meant a lot to me. Can’t go wrong with going to this dealership and working with him, you won’t be disappointed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Experienced the worst Customer service ever. To start I was looking into trading in my current car and purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. I had done tons of research and knew what to expect price wise and payment wise. After taking a look at my car, I was offered $2500-$3000 less than what everyone else was quoting. When I simply questioned it they basically told me my car was in terrible condition (which it was most def not) Then upon applying for financing I was told that there was no way I would get approved and that I should consider lower priced vehicles. I still however insist they process it. I get approved but for the one of my second choice. They didn’t even try for the one I was mainly interested in. Super pushy in wanting me to take what they wanted. Tried to make an offer and was looked at like I was crazy. Would not suggest to anyone who is on the younger side as they will definitely treat you differently. I wish I knew the name of the sales person and the finance manager but no card was given… But, I then went over to another dealership and ended up picking out my new vehicle!

Chris Jones at Reed was wonderful! We had been looking for a Dodge Ram for several weeks. We live in St Louis and had a very bad experience at one of the dealerships. We were travelling to KC and decided to look there to see what they had. We got a great deal on a much better truck at Reed. The whole process was quick and easy! Highly recommend this dealership and Chris. Financing was quick and easy with Adam Webster as well. Everyone there was friendly and nice. I will definitely travel back to Reed for our next vehicle!

Came in on a Friday afternoon to see this 2021 Grand Cherokee my wife has been waiting patiently to arrive at Reed Jeep. Reggie came out and we talked about all the options and available packages. What a great Man. He went over all the packages and ended up back over first thing Saturday with the Wife and traded in 2 of our Jeeps for the new one. Absolute Class dealership. 5 stars for sure. Reggie was above and beyond. Met all the players in the dealership and had a grand tour. Great new Building and great set-up. We love our new GC Summit Reserve. Thanks Reggie!!! We will be back in the future.

Purchased a Certified Jeep to surprise my wife for her birthday. Since we’ve had the vehicle about 2 months. The radio doesn’t work 95% of the time, the heat doesn’t work like it’s supposed to, the vehicle also pulls left. Took it to service told I had to pay about $300 out of pocket to have these issues fixed “deductible” apparently. They called and said the vehicle is fixed in which it wasn’t. They say they don’t have an ETA on the radio to be replaced. I call back to figure out why the vehicle isn’t fixed when they said it was. This was a certified unit im which a certified used car Tech is supposed to “inspect” the vehicle. All these issues would’ve been found if they actually inspected the vehicle in which most likely wasn’t done. Again I called a few days ago to ask for a loaner vehicle while my wife wrangler was in the shop. The service manager stated he’d call me same day about a loaner just needed to wait for one to come in. It’s been 3 days I’ve called multiple times and no response. I mean if this is how you truly run your business I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Maybe this review will create urgency but most likely not. I’ve been a salesman, service advisor and finance manager. I haven’t seen poor service like this since I’ve been in the car business. Y’all need to work on better customer service. I’ll change my review once these issues are fixed. Not very happy and my 37wk pregnant wife isn’t either.

Bought a Jeep Compass new here. Worst service we have ever experienced. Multiple issues with jeep which I won’t blame on them. Very very poor response time. Extremely long waits. No parts. Do not buy a new or used car here. Look for a better dealership.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! Our old car was brought into the shop with transmission issues, and Frank kept us updated every step of the way. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and let us know all of our options for repairs. After some discussion we decided to sell our car to them and buy a new one.Jessica was the salesperson that worked with us and we couldn’t have asked for better. She made sure that the process was quick and easy, and answered all of the questions that we had. She worked with us and was able to find payment options that fit our needs, and recommended the perfect car for our lifestyle!We walked in with an older car and a bad transmission and walked out with a brand new car, which was beyond our wildest expectations. My 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee started to have a Driveline Vibration and slight chatter on a Sunday afternoon.We were able to schedule an appt with their Service Dept online that evening. 7am the following Wednesday.Received email and a personal phone call verifying the appt, which was nice.Wednesday morning we dropped off the vehicle via their night key drop.A few hours later, received a phone call with a quote for the repair from Blake, one of their Service Writers. (needed a new rear driveshaft)Over the next hour, Blake was courteous and speedy in working with my questions and challenges.This was obviously a pricey repair, while being very hard for me to turn the car over, as we usually do all of our own vehicle repairs, even items such as this.Reed Jeep, Blake and his Manager Greg were very accommodating during this process.The repair was approved and they moved forward.The next day, I picked up the vehicle (part had to come from St Louis) and all was good. In and out. Even the porter who brought the car up, greeted us like a valet and ensured we were ok.Reed Jeep has this Service Department figured out. Knowing their former cramped location very well, it is nice to see that they took their experiences from there and improved it with this new facility.Hopefully, we dont have to see these characters too often )smile(. But, if we do, we feel confident that it will be a smooth and accommodating process.

Top notch dealerships in the area. It is one of the newer dealerships around and the newest Jeep. They sell a lot of vehicles and are willing to try to get you the best deal possible. The greatest thing about Reed is that unlike most every other dealership around on some premium vehicles they do not add 5 or 10 or even 20 thousand dollars to the price just for dealer markup. If in the market for a Challenger or Wagoner, Charger, or the new Hemi Wrangler this would be my place to go.

It has been 2 months now since I bought my new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am more than pleased with this dealership. I have bought several Jeeps at different dealerships in the past and none of them was as good as this one. I am a person that is very hard to impress and I do not like to get pushed or rushed when it comes to buying cars. Clayton was our salesman and he did a great job! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions in regards to the new vehicle and its bells and whistles. He also did not pressure me just to make a quick deal, but gave my husband and I the time we needed to make a decision. Very smooth transaction and great customer service overall! I had a bad experience with Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I called in to Reed Jeeps service center and spoke with the Service Manager by the name of Gregg. I told him my bad experience and the Issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He set up a time for me to drop off my Jeep. Took a little time, but the Service adviser Blake kept me in the loop, and they were able to diagnosis my Jeep with a bad Transfer case. They worked with my Warranty company and were able to do the repairs to my Jeep. I got it back and it is driving wonderful! No more issues. I will be using Reed Jeep from now on. Thanks guys!

I had a great buying experience at Reed Jeep. Everything from my first contact through financing and finalizing my purchase was easy, transparent, and professional with absolutely no pressure. Ive been buying cars for 35 years and this was the best experience I have ever had.That is the quick summary. The TLDR details are below if anyone is interested in details.I had already looked up the 2021 Hydro Blue Pearl Jeep Wrangler 4xe (Unlimited Sahara) on their website while looking for Jeep 4xes in my area. I was happy to find out the dealership participates in the Costco Automotive program. I signed up and quickly got an email with contact information for the authorized dealer contacts. Mike Sullivan (Sales Manager) reached out to me the next morning before I had time to call. I scheduled an appointment and met Mike at the dealership where he introduced me to Chris Jones (another authorized dealer contact) who was my salesperson.Chris was amazing. We test drove the only 4xe they had on the lot as the car I was interested was still being shipped to Reed Jeep from the manufacturer (apparently this model is selling so well they cant keep them on the lot). Chris was very knowledgeable about this brand new model and features of the plug in electric hybrid powertrain. The buying process was extremely transparent with Chris showing me the MRSP, the invoiced cost, and then the amount of my Costco discount. Even though I was going through the Costco program Chris made me feel like a valued customer and was enthusiastic about helping me evaluate the vehicle I was interested in and I placed a deposit on it the same day.Chris updated me regularly on the status of my vehicle as it was shipped from Jeeps manufacturing plant in Toledo, Ohio to the dealership. He also explained everything I could expect from the financing process including cost for both buying and leasing showing payments with various down payments and what documents to bring with me to the dealership the day my Jeep arrived. While we waited for a few minutes for the finance team to have all of my paperwork ready (I didnt decide between buying or leasing until I arrived at the dealership), he helped set up the Sirius Guardian account for my vehicle. Then after I completed everything he walked me out to my new Wrangler and made sure I was familiar with all of the features.Adam Webster in the Finance Department was just as easy and wonderful to work with as Mike and Chris were. He reviewed a few options for additional protection products with me and pointed out which ones he recommended and why he didnt think some of the others would be a good value for me. Financing was simple and Adam got me a great interest rate.I couldnt ask for a friendlier, more professional team to work with. Mike, Chris, and Adam made me feel valued and were helpful with information and on point advice when I needed it. This is car-buying done right. As I said at the top of the review - the best experience in 35 years of buying cars, including once at a (competing) Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership where I used to work. Ive attached a pic of my new Jeep sitting in the parking lot of apartment complex. Im glad to be a Jeep owner once again, and happy I chose Reed Jeep as my dealer.

The collision center is an absolute joke. After having my vehicle a week, and getting nothing diagnosed the second I call and say “I will be picking up my car” they magically start working on it. They were able to get 3.8 hours of work done in .75 hours! Claiming to be a Christian owned company and scamming folks the way they do. Shame on them. They absolutely took advantage of the fact I am a female. I do not recommend anyone go here.

Took my Jeep in for brake work. Ive been having issues for well over a year and Ive had it in and out of several places trying to get them fixed. Most places would change pads, bleed the brakes, or similar; however, nobody was able to actually fix the issue.When checking in the Jeep, they listened as I rattled off all the symptoms and ways to reproduce the issue. They had the Jeep for nearly two weeks while they worked through every single issue. They took the time to actually get to the root of the problem rather than making quick (and potentially unnecessary) changes like the other places.Extremely pleased with the service and the fact they were able to resolve a very long standing issue that stumped other shops.

This dealership was a reminder of how borderline criminal dealerships have become. Everything was great until the time came to deal on a truck.I had stopped here to test drive a truck 2 weeks earlier. After testing comparable models at other dealerships, I settled on that vehicle in a different color and notified the salesman I had worked with that I was going to make the 2 hour drive back there to deal on that vehicle. I arrived and the vehicle, along with all but one of its comparable trimmed models, was supposedly already purchased - a detail the salesman conveniently left out before I made the drive. Not to mention, all models as of writing this still reflect available on their website. I settled for a slightly different model and we sat down to deal. When the salesman came back from his manager with the final numbers, they were almost 5% over the advertised price on the truck I was interested in and most insulting, they were almost 20% below bluebook on my trade. When I tried to explain this, the salesman became combative telling me he was “the best salesman in this place” and I was wasting his time. I provided my offer and he refused to take it to his manager citing that the difference was too great. I tried to explain where I perceived their numbers to be off (significantly), but they wouldn’t hear me out.I will be buying a new truck, just not from Reed.

I had just moved to Kansas and getting settled in a new job when on Saturday, January 11, 2020 a very fierce snowstorm hit the area I am living. I found that the car I have here was not going to.make it in these kind of weathers and so I know a anothwr vehicle was needed...and it was not on my list to go buy a vehicle.I looked on line to at least 30 dealers before I found the one I wanted...the dealership saw I was online...a Shelly messaged and then called me. She gave me to Chris Jones and I call him and tell him I am on my way. In short...even though they knew I needed Jeep they had they still treated me so fairly...gave me a discount and made buying my Jeep such a smooth and pleasant experience.Chris Jones is great and so professional. He made the whole car buy situation I was in easy and comfortable. He explained all the features of the Jeep during our talk in the office and on the test drive.When i was done with finance he had the car all cleaned up...full tank of gas and was ready to go. And i need to add this last bit of great service that just happened. Chris texted me and said after the sale they had found a recall on the Jeep. He is going to come to.my place of work tomorrow morning...take the care into his service and have the recall for a software update done and bring the car back! Not a single person working here wore a mask during this COVID resurgence. As I was checking out, the service agent offered that they would wash my Jeep which I thought was a nice touch! But when it was brought to me it was not washed and the technician said he didn’t do it because the top was down. I have a simple Sunrider top that takes five seconds to close. My impression was he just didn’t want to bother with it.

We had an issue trading in our lease because the lease company wanted the dealer to pay more than the vehicle was worth. Ivan spent almost a week working through the issue and was able to talk the lease company down to a reasonable dealer buyout. This allowed us to get our payments lower than we expected by almost $70/month. Finn did a great job walking us through all of the features of our new vehicle, even things we never knew were available in our current vehicle. The whole team was welcoming, personable, and made the whole process quick and painless. We felt fully informed, felt like we weren’t being pressured, and like they truly wanted to help. My 2018 Dodge Charger was acting up as far as the transmission. When I took it in to get it looked at they went out and test drove it with me and they were so awesome at understanding what was wrong with the car and what it needed. My transmission was completely shot at 43000 miles. It only took 2 weeks for them to put a brand new one in free of charge because of the warranty. I would use them for their service anytime I need anything else done they did awesome job.

I worked directly with Montell Cozart to special order a Jeep Wrangler. It took 4 months to arrive, and Montell kept me updated (without my prompting) throughout that whole time. Amazing car dealership. I am a first time car buyer and they made the process quick, easy, and understandable. I was helped by Jessica Sanchez, who was a huge help in my purchase! She helped me understand all the documents, and when things started to look bad, she gave me extremely helpful tips on what to do! I now own my first vehicle! Recently I found myself unexpectedly looking fora car. I had to have a specific car and after some time I found myself at Reed Chrysler. They have an impressive website that is easy to navigate all the way down to a specific color or millage. The team is very quick to respond. I worked with Alec he was very polite and enthusiastic to help. Alec is also very knowledgeable about cars, and their history which made for good conversation and allowed him to help me pick a car good for me! You have to check them out!

Overall a good experience. Working with Alec in sales, he tried his best to get me a good deal, and even though it wasnt exactly where I wanted to be, I returned a couple hours before close on a Saturday to get it done.. When asked about financing, the sales manager mentioned well its Saturday...you know banks... we may or may not hear back today. Ive never bought a car on a Saturday and NOT had a bank try to close the deal, it seemed clear they had a good day of sales and didnt feel like going to work on one more sale. I did end up finding a much better equipped truck at a different Ram dealer the following Monday for the money I would have paid for a lesser truck here, so in hind sight Im glad I waited.

Had the most seamless experience with Alec Rose this past week. I needed a new car following an accident that left me unexpectedly carless and was beyond stressed. He was able to hold the car of choice while waiting for my insurance check to come through, and assisted with all the paperwork and details ahead of time so I was able to make the purchase a quick, no hassle experience. The car came back with a dirty interior. They did not reset my computer after the oil change. I still received email messages telling me it was time for an oil change. They did not fix the leak in the roof. They did not fix my radio poor AM reception issue.

Just bought my new Jeep at Reed and absolutely loved my experience. I was in the middle of two big moves and only had a window of a few days to get a new car. Jessica was incredible throughout the whole process. She was always available to talk and walked through every step with me (this was my first solo purchase). She made me feel at ease throughout the entire process and helped my crazy timeline become a reality! I felt really anxious about getting taken advantage of as a young woman with little knowledge of the car buying process, but Jessica was real with me the whole time and I couldnt have felt better walking away with my new Jeep. Overall, our buying experience was okay. It was definitely an all day affair. We were looking for a diesel truck for my husband - we got lucky as they had just received one as a trade-in. It was fairly priced for the age and mileage on the vehicle. I assumed they would have it detailed quickly while we were waiting on financing paperwork - but they handed us the truck un-detailed and unwashed.I was not impressed at all with their financing that they spoke very highly of. We are paying a much higher interest rate on a 2016 than we are on our 2012 though our credit is the same if not better than it was since our last vehicle purchase (from what I gathered interest rates are usually lower for newer model vehicles).Overall:Pros: nice staff, very detailed when explaining paperworkCons: we did not have a sales person greet us on the lot - we had to find and wait for someone to help us, very time-consuming, not pleased with their financing options compared to other dealers I’ve worked with in the past.

I had recently got a truck, I’m a Chevy guy and had an ok experience with my dealership. My wife found a van here so we came to sign the papers and I was amazed. Reggie was great to deal with. Wasn’t just trying to sell us something, he wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. When it came time for finance Ivan took great care of us. I expected to have to refinance our van just like I did with my truck. But that’s not going to happen! If I’m in the market for another vehicle this will be one of my first stops!

I recently bought a slightly used car from reed. My salesperson was Chris. I liked that he wasn’t pushy, gave me all the information I asked for, and kept me updated on the price and availability of the vehicle. I sold my vehicle as no dealership gives you what they are worth. I got top dollar for it on my own and bought the car I was looking at with ease. I live 3hours away from this dealership so this was a text, email, phone purchase. It was quick and painless when I got to the dealership to test drive and buy. I’m hoping their service after the sale is as good as it was before. I would definitely do business with them again!

I had a great experience. I was able to go through the Online Finance for a car on their lot with ease. I highly recommend Andrew Horsch as a salesman, he was positive, friendly and was able to get me through the approval process fast and stress free within a couple hours. The next day is took a lil less than an hour and a half to test drive, fill out paper work, and drive home in a new car. The business management was friendly as well and worked with me to finalize and get the best rate possible. Overall this was a positive stress-free experience and I would recommend them to friends and family.

I bought my vehicle at another local Jeep Dealer, but could not get anyone to call me back or even anyone in the service department to pick up when i called. I went to Reed on Saturday morning and was greeted as soon as i got out of my car. I was misinformed by the location that I bought the Jeep about how many miles before I needed to change the oil. Reed explained to me that the Mileage change is every 10K miles and a tire rotation at the same time. So, I left happy to know that someone took the time to explain to me. I WILL DEFINATELY BE GOING BACK TO REED!!!!
