Charged $700 to flush brake fluid and replace cabin filters in my wife’s X5. In the process they broke the engine compartment divider. I can’t believe they gave this back in such a state. I called about the damage and asked them to quote the repairs and they didn’t get back to me. I discussed this at length and gave them a chance to make it right. Baron did not. I repaired it myself instead. I have lost my confidence in Baron to stand behind their work.
I have to say Im not one to normally leave reviews, but Tyler, The new car director at Baron, has gone above and beyond for me and has left a lasting impression. His customer service is top notch and among the best Ive ever had. I felt like he genuinely cared and was trying to cater to exactly what I was looking for and not trying to sell me anything I wasnt! If your thinking about a new car, Tyler is the man to talk to!
Have always had great experiences with sales and service at Baron. Tim was top notch in the handling of our recent purchase of two X3s. Ryan, in the service department, is always willing an able to help.
Excellent place to have your BMWs — old or new — serviced. I have been coming here for over five years and am always impressed by the service and parts departments. Robert and Travis did an excellent job taking care of me and my vehicles and went above and beyond to help me out during the visit.Their parts department is also great and Dustin is always fast and efficient when I have to call or swing by for parts.
All the way from N. California—this will now be my go-to dealer. I got a new car without ever stepping foot outside of my home. I completed the transaction remotely and had the vehicle transported to me.Scott K. was my client advisor... one of the easiest, most pleasant, stress-free car transaction I’ve experienced, and much of it is attributed to Scott. I contacted almost 10 local and out-of-state dealerships prior.I inquired about the vehicle and signed the buyer’s order, all within 24 hours. Scott answered all my questions and was always professional, responsive and transparent; for details that he didn’t have, he connected me with Zach. I opted for a private carrier, and Scott managed the transfer with the shipper—I didn’t need to be engaged at all. After signing the buyer’s order Baron BMW prepared the paperwork and coordinated with a local, mobile notary service who came to me—it took about 20-30 minutes to sign all paperwork. The end-to-end process took about 7 days for my vehicle to be released; I’m sure it could have been done sooner, but my shipper wasn’t scheduled to arrive until another week.I’m really delighted by the entire experience. And there was even a gift for me from Baron BMW—a beautifully etched bottle of wine
Chelsea Kester was the best service advisor I have dealt with. She is super knowledgeable on her product and willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend if you come here for service to ask for her. They will take great care of you & your car!
Buyer BEWARE!!! This was the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. AFTER we purchased our vehicle, which was listed on the website as a limited edition model -- we found out the VIN number is actually for a base model -- worth around $30,000 less than the limited model we thought we purchased. When I called our salesperson, he essentially told me we still got a great value for our money. Aside from the false advertising - everything about our experience was awful. I actually left the finance office in tears because the finance person was so pushy trying to sell us an extended warranty, that he tried to scare me by telling me how many thousands of dollars everything would cost on our car if it broke. I would never return to Baron BMW, and I hope someone else reads my review and can avoid all of the stress we have dealt with.By the way -- Ignore Barons cookie cutter please contact me response posted in response to this message. I reached out to the person who commented over a week ago. He didnt bother to email me back. They just post the same cookie cutter reply to every negative review to make people think they care. They dont. Do not do business with this dealership.
I purchased a 2019 Acura RDX A-Spec (Used) from this dealer. Sales process was great, no haggle and got exactly what I wanted for my trade, and for the car. However, they did NO maintenance on the vehicle. Oil, Engine Air Filter, Cabin Air Filter were all dirty. Also, judging by the tread depth, they didnt perform a tire rotation. What a let down, and right before a road trip.I realize this may be earlier than the service interval, however, its only a due by, at latest mileage. If a car showed up on their service drive with filters in this condition, it would get recommended for replacement, regardless if it was before the interval or not. This is just typical dealers trying to save a buck while making the customers pay more. Quite sad
Chelsea Kester was my Service Advisor for repairs I needed this week, and she was great! Very attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, and did everything she could to make it a great service experience for me.
Service was amazing. I worked directly with George who listened to all of my feedback about each car I test drove, and I ended up with what has been for a few years my dream car, and Baron actually had one in the exact color I wanted (which was astounding). I wasnt even intending to buy a car when I went in to test drive a few 4 series, but I walked out with the M235i Id always wanted.
Ryan Bell and Jess Wehri were absolutely amazing. They were able to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price I loved. These guys were willing to bend over backwards to earn my business while never once sacrificing the top notch customer service one would come to expect at Baron BMW. I wholeheartedly recommend and appreciate the entire staff here @ Baron BMW.
Its not often some of us make a purchase the size of buying a car or home. But when I decided to start my search for a nice family car, it started and ended with Baron! I have to say that the young lady I was matched with was so knowledgeable and caring! Val Rommerskirchen is the most responsive sales person I have ever met. She made me feel so at ease and actually cared that I was comfortable. She even made sure I had her personal number. I have a forever friend and shes in the car business! Her knowledge of the BMW line was very impressive. She took the time for me to understand the amazing technology that comes in any BMW line. I will buy my next car from Baron. And to anyone else looking for a top notch dealer, its worth the trip to Kansas.
As a female, entering a repair shop may be intimidating, however I never felt that at Baron, until my recent experience. I had a regularly scheduled oil change with no concerns with my car and particularly no service lights or warnings on. While there, it was discovered that I was due to flush my brakes and had an area on my tire that could be patched. Both services were added on. As I entered my car to leave, I discovered a new warning light was on for a parking break (again no lights were on when I left my car with them at the start of the day). When asked about this new warning, I was told by the floor manager “my guy said it was on so I don’t know what to tell you”. That light was 100% not on when I left my car under their services. If it were, I would have asked them to further evaluate it but that was not a request or issue at my drop off. I was addressed in a condescending manor and he continued to insinuate I was being deceitful. They took no responsibility that while my car was under their care, something happened to trigger this warning. Even if it was an accident, no ownership was ever taken. Instead they said my car was “not new so things can happen”. I was belittled, disrespected and now I have a new problem to address when I had no issues at the start of today. I work in healthcare and if I ever spoke to my patients the way I was addressed, I would be taken under review. If there is anything I can pass on to others, take pictures of your car before dropping it off to show the state of your car. I never felt this was needed with such a reputable place like Baron, I guess I was wrong.
We just purchased our first BMW from Baron BMW, and it was a great experience. After searching the region, we found what we were looking for here. Tim Branson went above and beyond to answer our questions and give us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, and because we lived three hours away, he did it all remotely. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, as was all the staff at Baron. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next car!
The team at Baron BMW went above and beyond to reach a deal that was mutually beneficial. I wasn’t sure it would work out, but they came through and I was highly impressed. Nick, Jess, and Matthew thank you for everything, you’ve earned a future return customer.
I just bought a car from Baron BMW and came away very impressed with everyone there. Valerie was extremely professional and helpful through the entire sales process - from test drive to making a decision to driving away with my new car. Overall a great experience!
I came in for an oil change and after picking it up, found damage on the inside door panel that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I took it in and Ryan said that they would take care of it; however, a week later we got a call (I thought was regarding the repair) and our service technician said that they denied my request and didn’t think they did it. I then called and left three messages to Greg which were never returned. Finally, I swung back after getting chemotherapy for stage four cancer since it was in my way, waited an hour and a half to talk to Greg, and still couldn’t get in due to “existing appointments”. If I was lying, I wouldn’t have wasted so much time, especially having terminal cancer.
RAYAN has been THE BEST sales person I have ever dealt with. His customer service is ABOVE AND BEYOND what you expect. I had a misunderstanding situation with finance employee and he did so much to fix the problem and keep me as a customer. It takes a special person to change my mind. I say if you ever want to shop here and be taken care of please ask for Rayan he will not disappoint you! Thank you Rayan for your hard work and your EXCELLENT customer service.
I had been shopping for a specific vehicle online for some time this is the ONLY dealership that was on the ball. With the competent and concise assistance of Valerie Rommerskirchen I was able to quickly secure a deposit on the vehicle. When arrived I was pleasantly surprised by everyone I encountered, especially Val and her sales manger that was so stoic yet warm when tested, I remember thinking he was presidential! I was completely blown away by the kind caring manner will forever color my recollections and buying another car without Valeries assistance would be absurd as Im sure they could find most anything.
Place has completely gone down hill. With all the challenges that relate to the car business right now, no dealer is too busy to take care of a customer and this place shows no concern for the customers needs, shows no urgency to help a customer, makes excuses for poor performance. Probably better to find another place to take your car for service. With what it cost to service a BMW, there are plenty of honest and appreciative mechanics in the KC area that will be happy to help.
Do yourself a favor and purchase your BMW or Mini somewhere else. Buying a car should not include dealing with insulting offers...
Great service over and over again, and they are always quick! They would get me in the next day whenever anything came up and went out of their way to make things smooth and stress-free.I have since moved out of state, but have had a few questions since I left and they were willing to pick up the phone to char and also help via email. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Ryan (service advisor) and Isaac (service manager). I would recommend the service team to anyone.
I was so impressed by this dealership, I had to write a review. Valerie did a tremendous job! Thank you so much!
We purchased a 2018 BMW 330xi Certified Pre-Owned car at Baron and paid the full asking price since the car was clean and initially appeared to be properly maintained & in great shape. On the way home (to Wichita) from the dealership, the car had a catastrophic engine failure (warning lights, loud knocking noises and smoke) without any apparent reason.Thankfully the car has a warranty & now the engine must be replaced by the dealer in Wichita with a rebuilt motor, but the response by Baron BMW management was no more than “sorry, but it’s not our fault”. No acknowledgement of the huge inconvenience or the fact that we can’t drive the new car we are now making payments on for several more weeks. In fact, it took several days of trying to contact management for them to even bother calling me back. Overall, I’m left with a rather poor opinion of Baron and their management.
Not the service department that would go the extra mile, disappointed,
My first Baron BMW experience did not turn out how I thought it would. Not all bad my salesperson was polite and got back in a timely manner. They did give a fair trade-in value. My issue was with the poor or lack of correct information. I was given coupon for $1000 and then said I cant use it. 1st quote they placed a $1495 Pro Pack fee asked why because 95% of customers want this? Rebate on quote $2500 was told today if wanted rebate had to go trough BMW finance; I was paying cash. I had to stop the madness after 3 Quotes numerous texts and emails. So I did though disappointed with all time and effort wasted. I will get that X3 someday.
If you are heading to Baron BMW to purchase your next vehicle, I have the salesperson for you. Ask to work with Valerie Rimmerskirchen. Last week, I puchased a 330I and had a wonderful experience working with Valerie. She is authentic, enjoyable to work with and works hard to get a fair deal for both sides. Not the experience most of us have with car buying. Ive purchased many cars in my past, and this is the best experience I had working with a salesperson. So, work with Valerie. You will thank me!
I dont understand how a company can have 25 sales people walking around and only two finance people. We waited over an hour to talk to someone about financing because there was such a line. If you know youre busier on holiday weekends, why not adjust scheduling? I did not have a good experience here.
Great people make for a good experience. Greg Griswold never fails to give us a good experience.
Im new to BMW and Barron. I didnt know a car dealership could be superior in customer service. They are amazing!!! They handled every question and made me feel at home. I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks Barron BMW!
Great service and overall experience. They went above and beyond to research our issue and provided an excellent plan. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend and will be our go to BMW and Mini shop!
They said wed get our car back Friday but that didnt happen so Saturday we called and after being put on hold we were informed the person we were trying to reach was busy and would call us back. They werent even working that day. When we did get the car back, they didnt even do the inspection despite us having an appointment 30 hours prior to us picking it up. Car dealerships can be sketchy and this one fits the bill.
Baron BMW is the best high end dealership in KC! And Josh Emmons is the most knowledgeable automotive guru around...buy a luxury car from Josh..he will take great care of you!! And for maintenance of your BMW, Ryan is the best! Thanks guys!!
Valerie was so amazing she made this so easy! This is the first car I’m buying on my own and she made sure I got the best deal and explained everything so I felt comfortable with my buy!
Worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Very dismissive of issues at hand, pretty much you are no longer important after the sale is final. And you are at their mercy because they have your vehicle
Shout out to Chelsea! Great communication and follow up! Thanks for an awesome first experience with the service department and service department 🤗
Service drive porters/greeters were confused and lost when I just drove in asking for my airbag recall. The girl looked at me like I wasnt speaking English. She basically turned me away for no reason, or a reason Id rather not got into I should say..... bad experience.
Lack of communication. Talked to 2 different salesman while as I was setting up a day and time to take off work, drive 3+ hours to look at a car. Nether could follow up as asked and they said they would. No I didnt put the ridiculous $1000 non refundable deposit down, cause Im 3 hours away who knows what could happen. But all I asked for was a call or text rather the night before to make sure the car was there and Id be there first thing in the morning. However that proved to be too much. I had to reach out luckily before I left l, only to find the car sold that night
Great service department and everyone on the sales team is friendly.
Very RUDE people, never buy car or sell to them.
Purchased a 2021 model. Attentive, caring service. A very pleasant buying experience! Scott Keller is a great sales person!
Worst service I have experience in a long time
I always receive prompt, courteous service at Baron BMW’s service department. My service advisor Ryan D is always extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
Worst customer service ever. Do not waste your time here! They managed to screw up a lease 4 times and couldn’t communicate at all. Total disaster!
I recently purchased vehicle from this store, very pleasant and straight forward to deal with them. my Sales person was Mr Rayan Awad. Excellent follow up, mostly sales people forget once car is paid, but he was helping and following up for title, even his day off he does reply to his customer. Definitely i will recommend to him and this place. Great experience! Thank you guys!
Oh buddy, where to start?! I showed up on the lot in my 09 Sierra, bc I had been working that day, and needed the truck. But, apparently that gave off the vibe that couldnt afford a car. I walked the lot for a good amount of time, and actually found what I was looking for. After a while, a man came out to talk to me. Turns out he works in service. He answered a lot of questions for me, and obviously wasnt just after the sale. It was an excellent experience, and he truly helped me finalize my decision between the 2 models that I was hung up on. So, after spending an HOUR on the lot...alone. I went inside. Not a soul would talk to me. I had to ask reception to page a sales person for me...it gets better. The guy came up, seemingly uninterested, and asked a few questions. I told him what I wanted/looking for. I even mentioned interest in a diesel for fuel milage purposes. Now remember, I JUST spoke to a tech in great detail about everything I had interest in. The sales guy flat out told me that a diesel would have worse milage than the 6-cyl gas engine. Absolutely asinine! He argued with me, in fact. I apologize if I come off as rude, but the guy just called me an idiot for something that I was absolutely right about. That said, were buying our new BMW in 2 weeks from BMW of South Kansas City. Oh yeah...the guy never even called to follow-up with me. Guess Im just some poor guy thats wasting time. Oof
They have no. 1 service. Ryan D. Is my guy. Gets things done. Had an issue with my warranty provider. And he got my car running smooth. Thanks Ryan. Thanks BMW.
I would like to share my two bad experience and one good experience at Baron Dealerships.First experience on March, 1 2018.I have purchased my 2018 X1 from Baron Dealerships on 12/17/17. Everything went well at first. Tim, a finance manager had recommended me to buy an extended warranty package that would cover if my car break down. What I have to do is just call in, bring car over and they would take care of it .The package included wheel protection, paint protection, dent protection etc It costed me around $16k extra as well. I was impressed how he explained about that package that would help me in the future.Last week someone hit my car door and left a good size dent on passenger side door. I tried to make an appointment online to have my care service on Monday,12. Unfortunately, the service department emailed me back I should go to Baron Collision center at Mastin st. instead.Next day I went to Baron collision center, hopefully, they would take care the problem for me. But this time they said my car was not in the system and denied the service. I showed them the paperwork that I applied the warranty program. This time they suggested me to contact the warranty company program (Dent guard) by myself.I was very disappointed because the extra money that I paid for still gave me a hard time. After I called the Dent guard, they said they didn’t have my information in the system. The dealership might not update the data yet and I needed to contact dealership again to find out about it. WHY!!!!In afternoon same day, I went to Baron dealership to investigate about it. The lady at reception told me Tim was on Vacation. So, I asked her who else could help me out. She said that she would find someone to help me but now No one was available. After 20 minutes of waiting she found Nicholas Ballard on who could help me out. So, I explain him my situation. But he was unable to help me and cut it short by saying he would have someone contact me in next 3 days. He didn’t even ask about my information or any record I have. After week later Brandon who was a salesman and he was very nice and help me everything called me up that bring it over to fixing. It took me two weeks to find out and this was how they took care of customers at Baron Dealership :( ( PS I recommend to see Brandon if you want buy a car )Second experience on May 19, 2018Someone hit my car a again same spot but this time was some scratched and I called Nicholas Ballard right away to report what happen to my car and I wanted my car to repair ASAP. He picked up my phone and told me that he would file a claim and took about 5 business days to get approved and I said ok . I was waiting for 5 days No one called me and I thought that he might be busy plus holiday and I had been waiting for 5 more days No one called me again. Until today I went dealership to find out what happened. I was at dealership at 10:15 am and I had been waiting for 5 min Tim come out to help me and he took my key and let’s someone fixed it. I sat down at baron from 10:30 am to 12:40 pm No one come to me and told me that my car was done. When I went to my car and I saw the scratch was there and Tim told me that it wasn’t the scratch but it was a chip that wasn’t cover but he would find someone to do touch up paint for me. I was frustrated what happen to me and I was hoping that this time would be better than last time but not.It sounded very easy when I signed up this program with Tim. If I knew I would get into the trouble like this, I would not ever think about spending 50 K plus extended warranty program. Worst customer serviceOn June 11, 2018Mr. Clay Shafer contacted me and promise to help me to solve my issue . Next day he sent Matt over to pick up my car and Matt told me that it would take about couple days to re-paint.Three days later, I was happy when I had my car back and Thank you Mr. Clay Shafer for solve my issue
I just recently bought a used 2015 BMW from a different car dealership and very shortly after purchase it needed to be serviced. The car dealership i went through couldnt complete the service themselves so sent the car to Baron. I was very nervous considering I just bought the car and warranty was going to be involved. I was quickly put at ease after speaking with Marvin the Service Manager that it would all get taken care of. Ryan did a fantastic job at keeping me up to date and dealing with the third party dealership. Honestly, I was so concerned going into this and their professionalism and compassion to my situation were very much appreciated. I will be customer for life at this point.
Can I do zero stars? I have never had such terrible service from this or any other BMW. I brought my car in to be checked. We just drove nearly a thousand miles to take care of some business in town. Vehicle started throwing weird errors and warning lights at me. So of course having three kids in the car I took the time to have ot checked. My key fob was not placed in the box to run diagnostics. The older gentleman that initially had the key threw it on the counter and made a statement about pawning it off on someone else they didnt have time for that mess. Hmm where do I start on the list of issues I have with this behavior? Rude and extremely poor customer service! Should my young children that literally just rode in said car all night across two states after spending 4 months in treatment at a hospital really had to witness this? I assure you the car acting up wasnt in our plans for the day either. We only have a few days before we have to head back to continue treatment. Its a huge inconvenience for us! So we were given the car back without it it being checked and told there was no paperwork because all they did was top off the wiper fluid. Look I understand they are remodeling and it seems hectic to them but thats no excuse for rudeness/improper procedure. Taking a few minutes to check our vehicle thats under warranty wouldnt have caused them any harm. We were there when they opened. Only one other family was in there. There is no way to schedule a car malfunction. For the first time I question my confidence in my vehicle and any of the BMW service centers I have visited. We travel a lot and have visited centers in many states across the country. Yes I addressed this with the store. I also filed a complaint and had the next closest dealership check my tires.
We just purchased a car from Barron BMW only to be told 2 months later that there were $1,500+ in mechanical repairs. When I questioned the Service Manager, 2 of the 5 repairs were covered under warranty. After pushing more on why we were sold a car that needed so many repairs - and/or why we werent informed prior to buying, the Service Manager responded we must have missed a step. Had we known they were selling a car that would need instant repairs we would have walked away. BMW Sales Manager refused to cover the repair cost and would only pay 50% on a broken car they sold us under good faith. Who would have thought you would have to take a car from Baron to another mechanic to check it out before purchasing???
We went to Baron BMW looking for one of their used vehicles. I had done a lot of work researching vehicles and locating what we were looking for. When we went inside to inquire about the vehicle they called for a used car representative. The wait wasnt too long before Dante arrived to help. He escorted us to his desk offering refreshments. We discussed the vehicle and took it out for a drive. When we got back we reviewed the reports and talked financing. We already secured financing but they offered to help. To their credit, they presented a very nice offer but it just wasnt right for us. The finance officer that we finished up with was pleasant as well. Offering additional coverages without being pushy. I would go back for another vehicle for sure. Thanks.
This was easily the best service experience I’ve had at a car dealer! I was able to book online and everything was explained to me when I got there before they performed the service so there were no surprises! Ryan was my service advisor and he couldn’t have been more personable and helpful. Thanks, I will be back!
I purchased my first vehicle at Baron BMW on Friday, 9/8/2017. Having personally been in a routine of purchasing a different car every year for the last 5 or 6 years, I have certainly spent my fair share of time at car dealerships. That being said, Baron BMW may have converted a customer for life.Billy Roskosh was my sales professional, making the process easy and enjoyable from initial test drive to final handshake. He is incredibly knowledgable about the BMW product lineup overall, and is eager to spend any amount of time needed to make sure his clients are 100% comfortable with their vehicle choice prior to starting negotiations. Moreover, the sales manager (I cant remember his name at the moment) was fantastic - having made me an offer on my trade-in that I simply could not refuse. And to take things one step further - the finance person I worked with went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable rate / payment. In conclusion - this was an amazing experience! I love my 328i Wagon, and I look forward to doing more business at Baron BMW in the future.
Here to update my rating. Strangely after my extended warranty ended, I had my car in for annual service. Week later my whole computer system lights up like a Christmas tree. They want to charge me $300 just to diagnose a problem they most likely caused and then added several other issues that were not there when I brought my car in the week earlier. Pretty fishy business if you ask me. Will no longer do business with this dealer.
Mistreated my boyfriend when he went to get an oil change, they refused to service him for absolutely no reason other than he used to work there. He showed up as a paying customer but the manager wanted to take his anger out on him. I think that’s extremely inappropriate and shows lack of character. Especially for someone who is managing the store, I feel bad for the employees who work under him.
Everything was more then perfect you guys provide an exceptional work and put me on the road again while I was drive cross country and that meant a lot! Thank you one more time, and the mechanic that was taking care of my car was an awesome guy and also the guy from the office, I have nothing but respect for the whole team BARON BMW KANSAS CITY! Black Bmw e46 Nevada plates!
Couple days ago I overheard a customer in a challenger being treated poorly and was told to leave because he didn’t have a bmw. Super unprofessional on bmw’s side. Should be able work any cars since it’s still technically a shop
UPDATE. Received call from General Manager to fix problem, and with his apologies. I think you find out more about a business when something goes wrong. One thing ruined an otherwise great experience, but management listened and fixed it. 5 stars.---Very unhappy. Bought a used Hyundai just to find out at checkout that there was only one key. Expensive hassle for something (I think reasonably) assumed would be disclosed during the sales process. There are just 2 things you cant see for yourself on a used car - (1) history / prior structural damage (they gave me a carfax) and (2) whether the other key is back at the shop. Either the salesman didnt know what he was selling or purposely omitted that information. In hindsight I should have asked but as someone who buys a car every 5 to 6 years dont have a standard checklist in my pocket. For a dealer like Baron to pull that kind of stuff is pretty bad.
Service advisors are patronizing and bad mannered. Quite shocking given this is a luxury dealership. Dont ever service your car here unless its under warranty. They also steal $20 to $50 from you everytime you come in and call it shop charges. They dont go over the invoice with you before you pay. They will show you the paper briefly and then try to get your credit card in their hand as quickly as possible. Also I left my Citi card sitting in the passenger seat when I dropped my car off and someone at the dealership stole itEdit: I already got a replacement card 2 weeks ago. Thats not even the issue, its just a cherry on top. The point is you have unprofessional idiots working for you with questionable morals
Confusion as always when trying to schedule my vehicle at Baron..I received an oil change promotional coupon for all models and after scheduling an appointment I was told it excludes M models and 6+ cylinder cars. The fine print on the promotion that was sent to me mentions no exclusions on vehicles. My previous experience visiting Baron service department was equally as frustrating when they tried to charge me full price when I was eligible for a discount as I worked for the SAME company.Update based on GMs response: There were no extensive services performed on my vehicle at your sister location, let alone with any sort of discount. Making up things that never occurred to downplay my review and make your dealership look better is completely unacceptable and I will take further action to ensure any future customers will not be treated in the same unprofessional manner that you treated me.
Had a fantastic car buying experience with Baron BMW. Ric in sales took great care of us. He helped us narrow down the perfect vehicle and was very transparent in all aspects of the process. Michael in finance was also a pleasure to work with. He treated us like family. All in all, we had an enjoyable experience and will be loyal Baron BMW customers.
Steve was great. He got me in immediate when I called with a concern about my battery on Saturday. The team assessed my vehicle quickly and he went over the options with me. It was nice to have my concerns answered and w made a future appointment to address everything else. I was back on the road really quickly.
My service advisor, Ryan DeBrecht was the best! Really went above and beyond, what an excellent positive attitude and lightheartedness to his job, yet still manages to come across as quite a professional. Barron BMW is THE best place to have ( high ho silver) my car serviced. I love the way they categorize the service that needs to be taken care of soon, then, whatever is coming up a bit later, and what was completed that day. I found this to be very helpful to staying up to date on my cars health. Thanks BMW, for providing a lift back home and offering to pick me when maintenance was completed. THE BEST!
I just got home from work in my New to me 15 Tacoma that I got from Brandon.. I have always wanted a Tacoma and Brandon and Ryan helped me out with fulfilling my dream. Brandon is a very nice and polite young man who treated me very well, I would like to thank everyone at Baron for working with me on this. I would highly recommend anyone to go check this place out.. Nice cars.. Thanks so much. Your happy customer. Ryan
Ben and the service team did an outstanding job squeezing me in to get a battery replaced in our X5 late Friday afternoon on a three day weekend. We were passing through the area and couldn’t schedule ahead of time. Price was very reasonable as well. First class service even though the place was in the middle of a major remodel.
John was an absolute rock star-- and made sure my experience was expedient and incredibly pleasant. Staff members from multiple departments stopped by while I was in the guest lounge to make sure I was having a positive experience... There are not enough stars for my visit! Generally speaking-- being in the service department of a dealership is usually a tough experience, or at least less than pleasant-- this was the highlight of my week!!!! 🤩
Hi, I bought a BMW 535i 2013 from Brandon Shannon, he told me the car has no problems and everything good I drove it for couple weeks and I took it to BMW dealership service to check why it tells me you need oil change in Lincoln, NE they told me before you buy this car it was leaking oil engine and some other problems, but I didn’t know the engine oil leaking, needs axel cv, and tires are bad. I trust them that’s why I bought the car. I don’t know why they sold to me a car like that with this issues. I shouldn’t never buy car from them. And never trust. Now it will cusses me 6,000 total and I just bought the car for 10,600. That’s not fair at all.
Really really like my service advisor, Randy Meidinger. He listens well, asks good questions and does exactly what he says he will do. They have automated the 53-point inspection so you can see exactly what they are checking on your vehicle. I also like that they will text and email you with additional information during the day to verify if you want newly identified issues dealt with.
I took my son’s a 2001 325 CI he bought to Baron to get it diagnosed for the oil issues. Randy was very nice and explained everything to me. They were very accommodating with transportation to and from home. I will definitely take the car there again for service.
Exceptional service, from the service advisor to the mechanics. In fact, my service advisor contacted me about my car even while home sick.Nice loaner car to use while mine was being serviced. Really like the text reminders and booking online. Thanks guys! See ya in another 6,000 miles. :)
I bought a BMW X1 5+ years ago and absolutely love it. I have not had a single issue. The Baron service group is great to work. They are professional and get me in and out very quickly on those annual check ups. Randy even stayed late one evening when we were stuck in traffic. I will stick with Baron BMW for my car needs in the future.
This is an overall terrible dealership. We brought in a 2011 BMW 550xi because it had been going through a crazy amount of oil and it seemed suspicious. The dealership told us it needed $7,000 worth of engine work and reconstruction. We then brought it to the Kansas City South BMW where they told us they would rebuild most of the engine for free because is was under recall. It was a big fix but they did it for free very quickly. I would highly recommend going there instead.
The service department is very nice and helpful. They give you all of the manufacturers recommended parts and services. They also clean your car after servicing it.
My service leader was outstanding. Rainer was professional and courteous. Prices on parts and labor were also competitive as well as they use genuine BMW parts. They’ve even helped me through a service error via phone when I was out of state!! I’m a Baron BMW customer for life.
Suzie is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. She allowed the process to go at my pace, answered questions ans she was a big help and never pushy. She simply listened and served the customer and created a great customer experience. You are cheating yourself if you don’t talk to her first before buying a BMW.
My 16 year old daughter and I went to Baron BMW to purchase her very first car. We were treated with such respect by our salesman, Ryan Bell. Not only was he attentive to our needs he was very patient as we were undecided and had numerous test drives. Not one time did he try to sell us a car or pressure us... he basically allowed us the freedom to choose the perfect vehicle to fit my daughter’s needs. It was an absolute magical experience. Thank you. I highly recommend Baron BMW to anyone looking for quality not only in a vehicle but with the entire staff of professionals.
First what I am happy with. The price for tires and alignment was fair. The car had a full charge when I picked it up. I was given a loaner when the tires did not arrive on time. What’s not so good. Facilities are not much of an improvement if not worse for the service customers than before renovations. Some requests were not performed or written in the ticket. Took 3 tries to get coupon applied. More details on work done would be helpful with receipt. Looks like the public charging stations have been removed.
I had a very positive experience buying a used car online from this dealership. My sales associate, Samer, was responsive and answered all the questions that I asked. Shipping was very quick and I was pleased with what I received. Thank you!
Great service. Excellent communication. Ryan went out of his way to make it an excellent experience servicing my car. I’ll definitely be back.
I took my car in for needed service. I was very impressed by the staff. As soon i as got out of my car they were cleaning the door handle, steering wheel, console and seat. Then they put protective covers on the steering wheel and seat. When i picked it up they repeated process. Thanks Ryan - and all for doing a GREAT JOB KEEPING SAFETY PRIORITY!
Service with Class!I recently purchased a 2012 BMW X5 35D that I had wanted for quite some time now. Being a new BMW owner I registered my vehicle with BMW of North America and they kindly sent me lots of information about my new vehicle including any and all recall notices as well as warranty extensions pertaining to my 35D Diesel. The experience was truly first class. I actually felt like I was part of a new family.Much to my chagrin, a few months after buying it the check engine light came on. Now I own my own scanner so I hooked it up and found that the emissions system wasnt operating within tolerable levels. Upon further research, I discovered that there could be a problem with the NoX sensors and potentially other issues. Not being worried about this new problem I contacted Baron BMW as was suggested by BMWNA.After first contact with Baron, I brought my vehicle in for service on a Saturday and was given a new X2 for a loaner vehicle to drive until mine had been repaired. I also decided since this vehicle was new to me to have the oil and all the filters changed while it was in the shop. On Monday I called to check the status of my vehicle and worked with Joe T whom I must say was an absolutely amazing Service Advisor to work with. Now I have had other vehicles of other brands and dealt with many service departments over the years but I can honestly say with confidence that Joe went above and beyond from beginning to end. I wont go into all the details about what transpired to keep this review relatively short but Joe kept me informed throughout the entire process via email or by phone every day I was without my vehicle. During their review it had been determined that my NoX sensors were in fact bad and that they would be replaced under warranty at no cost to me. They also discovered that the SCR Metering Valve had a crack in it and needed replaced as well. Joe told me that the dealership would cover that as well. It took till Friday before noon (6 days) to get all the work done but again, Joe kept me well informed throughout the entire process. In the end the valet service came out to my work and delivered my vehicle after being washed and cleaned. WOW! they brought my vehicle to me at my place of work. Now that was amazing! In summary, the service work performed was done professionally and Joe T was an amazing service advisor. My vehicle was returned to me in clean and perfect running condition. I even paid my bill for the oil and filter changes with the valet service! I would highly recommend Baron BMW for any work you need performed and I highly recommend dealing with Joe T should you need any work. Joe handled my vehicle and service with a high degree of professionalism and attentiveness which made the entire experience wonderful from start to finish.
Steve was my service advisor on this trip in. I needed winter tires and oil levels checked, they found that I had an issue covered under warranty. they got me in a brand new loaner car and communicated effectively with me every step of the way. Car is running like new and I couldnt be happier with the way my request was handled. this is not the first time Ive been taken care of and been satisfied by the service, but first time reviewing. Thank you.
John Naegele was great to work with. He was very professional and took time to explain the differences between the vehicles. He had an excellent route planned for the test drive so I was able to get the feel of the vehicle. Once the purchase was complete John spent time reviewing the features of my specific vehicle. The venue itself is beautiful & very comfortable. I was offered refreshments multiple times during my two visits. Overall a nice experience and I will definitely refer friends to John when they need a new car. Thank you!
Professional staff, no pushy salespeople friendly and courteous. Top notch cars, I bought a used one, the car was well maintained and the previous owner gave them all receipts, and those were passed on to me. Honesty and Integrity minded people.
I have enjoyed their services prior, but today of all days I took the time out to call in advance and ask about a loner and explained how busy of a day it will be and if there is a possibility for my car to be picked up and serviced from work. The person who received my call was very pleasant, answered all my questions and provided me all the support I need. Booked my valet appointment and set it for 11am.At about 11:45, someone from service (seemingly the supervisor for today 09/30/2020, calls my phone; He first of all was sounding very impatient! He proceeded to inform me nonchalantly he just saw my appointment at that time (45mins late), and is calling to inform me he does not have a valet service for me. He claims he needs days ahead notice to arrange that, and the fact that I had been told otherwise and booked an appointment for this day, an hour earlier did not seem to matter. No matter how much I tried to explain my busy schedule which was my reason for calling ahead and my need, he was insistent on not having a valet and even told me in a condescending tone A loaner is not free, I will need to have an approved work order to give out a loaner! I am now left with trying to figure out something else since I cannot catch back the almost 2 hours I have been waiting, which I would have used to male alternative arrangements had I known what was going on!I do not know if this is a lack of communication amongst departments or just someone not having a good day at work, but I should not have to experience the short end of the stick!
Very easy process. Book online, you receive reminder email/text, arrive on scheduled day/time and pull right into the service entrance. Ryan DeBrecht was great! I knew my approximate cost for the BMW services I needed. Thank you to an excellent BMW team!
I ONLY GAVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR CAUSE I HAD TO! WORSE DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! ALTHOUGH THEY WILL CERTAINTLY WASTE YOURS!WOULD NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS AFTER COUNTLESS CALLS MADE, VOICE MAILS LEFT, MESSAGES LEFT WITH PERSON WHO ANSWERS PHONE, COUNTLESS EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE, COUNTLESS TEXTS WITH NO RESPONSE.I PROVIDED ALL INFO ASKED FOR AND TALKED TO A SALES MANAGER FRIDAY NIGHT. TOLD THEM I WOULD BE THERE SATURDAY TO BUY THE VEHICLE. THE SALES MANAGER STATED HE WOULD TALK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER FIRST THING SATURDAY MORNING AND THEN CALL ME WHEN TO COME. I WAITED AND WAITED AND FINALLY STARTED CALLING THEM . AGAIN NO RESPONSE. LATER THAT DAY I FOUND OUT THEY SOLD THE VEHICLE OUT FROM UNDERNEATH ME!!!!!!THEY ARE RUDE, INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS! BUT I HAVE ALL THE TEXTS, EMAILS, EVERYTHING TELLING ME THEY WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE!
You ask for an apology but instead get insulted by the GM on your intelligence... at least get your dodge facts right😂 for the people that are wondering, management doesn’t care about you they only care about how much money they can make from you.
Ben was good. Was in for a recall on some wiring. Last time I was at Baron, Service did several things that I did not authorize. No such thing today. I have been using other vendors for the last three years on my 335. Ben, today, has put Baron back into the queue. Very nice young man - good at his job.
I can not wait to purchase my next BMW from Baron BMW! Benjamin in Service turned this in to the best car buying experience ever he actually cares about his customers. He helped me with any questions or concerns. Super organized. Made this whole experience great. Very reliable company!
Only gave one star because you can’t give zero. We just drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle that “only had a few minor scratches.” Upon arrival we discovered it was absolutely full of hail damage. Shame on you as a business, and shame on our salesperson Ryan Bell.
This dealership is unlike any other I have worked with. My salesperson in February of 2016 was fantastic, however the manager was very rude. It was like they were doing me a favor selling me the car. I was hopeful that was just a bad day. Since then in dealing with the service department I realize that this is just the culture at this business. The waiting area pales in comparison to other dealers, the concierge or whatever is promised to make servicing your car a convenience, well, that I have yet to see and am told there is no such thing. I am happy to see that another BMW dealer is open in the Kansas City area. I will be taking my business there for now on while I own this vehicle. Honestly I am thinking about just selling it and being done with the brand completely. If just looking at BMW, be wary, cost of repair is excessive, buy a service plan. Additionally, the depreciation is significant. These cars do not hold value when compared to other luxury brands. Faulty decision overall on my part as a consumer.
Great experience making a used car purchase from Baron BMW. We contacted them about the car we wanted to check out and they had the car ready to test drive upon our arrival. Salesman Ryan was very helpful and everyone there was great to work with. Overall, we had a great experience and left with a great car!
Went to Hendrix BMW and didnt have a good experience so we thought Baron would be better. Not so. Cant get a call back or an answer for an email and waited for service for 25 minutes in the show room. Now rethinking about getting a BMW at all.
Brandon Shannon and the staff were excellent! Went there for another car but ended up getting something better. They will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied. Will go back there, for sure!
