I had a screw in my tire and only 23psi. Although they were completely booked up Marie was able to get my car tire looked at. I have a run flat tire on my Mercedes and they explained my situation. Although they could order a new tire for me, because it could not be repaired, the mechanic and Marie suggested I contact Mercedes to check if the tire was under a warranty. I received excellent service and was not charged. I will definitely go back to them in the future and recommend them to my friends. Betty Estey

I am disappointed and disgusted with the treatment I received at the Viera, Florida store. I attempted to get my tires rotated two days in a row. I had an appointment both days. The first day there werent enough technicians according to the store manager. The same story on the next day. Same manager, same song and dance. I have been a long term customer of Tire Kingdom. I am now a former, never returning customer.

The costumer service is awsome. Maria was amazing, she would bend over backwards for you. The man with the faded green hair, wish I got his name, was also great! Maria managed to stay a little bit late to help me with my car and the dude gave me some excellent advice about car shopping. 10/10 would recommend especially Maria! Thank you Maira!

Made an appointment for a simple process and when I arrived I was told that they were not able to work on my car due to other cars in front of me. I was told that an appointment doesnt mean thats when the car will be worked on. I thought that was the point of an appointment... I gave myself a 90 min window for a ~20 min tire rotation and they were not able to get the job done in that time frame and could not offer another time to do the work. The person I spoke to had an it is what it is attitude and gave me the impression that he didnt care if I stayed or walked out. That was my last time going to this location, will take my car elsewhere. If you go here, be prepared to wait several hours regardless of what work you need done. I get that I need to wait my turn and that most places are short staffed lately, my rating is based on the lack of customer service and lack of interest to help a customer.

I made an appointment because I didn’t have time to wait. I made it clear on the phone when I made the appointment and the guy on the phone said that wasn’t a problem, it would take about 30 minutes. When I get there, they tell me it’s going to be 2-3 hours before they can get me in. I understand being short staffed but why not call me so I don’t waste my time??

Tire Kingdom in Lake Andrew Dr., Viera did a lousy brake job. I recently took my vehicle there and had all four disc brakes/pads/hardware replaced and they bled the system too. Took it back the next day brakes making noise and bump noise in rear brakes when releasing brakes. Was told, “everything is was normal, drive it, they are new breaks.” After over 1,000 miles took it back. They didn’t even do a road test and told me again it was normal noise nothing they could do.I went to Tire Kingdom, 6200 N Wickham Rd. for a second opinion. Donald Watchinsky, store manager, happened to be outside when I pulled over the parking area. Immediately told me the brakes should be checked. He could hear the noise. He put me on the calendar and explained that parts if necessary and labor were under warranty. They had to replace the rear pads and hardware and lubricated back of pads and all hardware. They removed the front pads and installed brake lubricant on back of pads and all hardware contact points. Problems solved and no more noise. None of that was done at the Tire Kingdom in Viera. No more business with Viera, going to N. Wickham for all vehicle needs.

Had two frozen lugs that I needed removed. Literally walked in, pulled my car around and Luis took care of it. For free!!! 5 mins in and out!! Highly recommend. Thank you guys.

I had a bad experience and would like to warn future patrons. I came in because my work van began riding hard on the way to Viera. I advised them that I was having trouble and the front passenger tire was bald. I was sold a rt front tire and was given no advise on the other three. Upon leaving and driving on I-95 the van gave the same symptoms and the rear passenger tire blew out. Im not saying its their fault the tire blew, I am saying I should of at least been given an option to replace the rear tire. I am stating that I believe this location was negligent and at the least this problem should of been identified at the shop not on the side of the road. I can imagine the sales protocol, not consumer safety, but at least the sales protocol should warrant offering a better tire. Thank God my passenger and I did not get into a major accident. Had 6 fifth wheel tires replaced here. Halfway through our trip we realized they only filled the tires to 40 psi - literally half of what they should be. Should have known better than to assume they were properly inflated. Now we have a set of brand new tires with some pretty nasty edge wear. Way to go tire kingdom. If you are unsure of proper specs it’s better to ask or find out than assume.

The new Manager Robert is AMAZING!!! I brought my car in last minute and he made sure that it was taken before they closed. He was so professional and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in their care! 10/10 recommend!!!!

Today I was highly disappointed by the, unprofessional, lack of decorum, and ill-tempered Tire Kingdom’s store manager. The store manager has no etiquette when asked simple questions about their services, he becomes belligerent and defensive. It’s truly amazing that Tire Kingdom has a manager with a serious negative ATITUDE, managing their Viera’s store…Every time I’ve scheduled an appointment (5-visits over 6-months) at this particular store, the manager (Robert/Bobbie) has constantly overstates (LIES) the repairs I needed for my vehicle…It’s funny how, the Toyota’s dealership was 50% cheaper than Tire Kingdom and the items identified by Tire Kingdoms’ store manager as needing repairs was a lie…unfortunately, I’ve purchased tire from this exact store, that was before the manager from HELL took over…recommendation, DON’T take your vehicle to this store unless Tire Kingdom replaces the current unprofessional, ill-tempered, and NO Customer Service Skills MANAGER!!!

Make appointment for Monday was short handed so rescheduled for Wednesday. To show up and stand in lobby for over 5 minutes. Employees out in bay chatting and one in parking lot. Manager comes inside and goes and sits in office. Did not even bother to look out or care if customer is waiting. New Manager sucks. I will take my business elsewhere.

I should have learned my lesson last time i went here. My appointment was at 3:30 today for an oil change. My car still wasnt in at 5:00 so i left. They are very slow. I even asked when i made the appointment if that was a good time and if he was sure..he said he was...apparently not.

Walked in asked if my tire needed to be replaced or patched. Cashier showed me the nail in the tire. Advised I needed to replace it. $282 included 1 new tire, parts, installation and tax to replace 1 tire and another $112 for an oil change total $394.I priced the tires at Walmart $108 + $44 oil change, road hazard warranty on tires total + tax $200. Price and service was so good at Walmart. I just bought 4 new tires at Walmart as well as an oil change.The customer behind me at Tire Kingdom who was very rude said I was out of my mind for not getting the synthetic oil change at Tire Kingdom. Sir, I hope you read this. But you just got ripped off. 🤣

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They broke a part on my friends car and then expected her to pay for it AND overcharged her for the part they broke!!! RIDICULOUS!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Very dissatisfied with my experience. I took my car into this shop in particular because it was a preferred repair location for my warranty on my vehicle. Took it in early one morning, just to have to call them 15 mins before close to get any sort of update on my vehicle. Supposedly they were having complications with my warranty, and said they’d try again in the morning and let me know. I had to call again the next day at around 3 pm just to get another update, and the gentleman told me the exact same thing he told me the day before. No work got done on my car and it just sat in the lot for 2 days because nobody bothered to communicate with me. I would have taken my car elsewhere had I known it was too complicated for them. I also called my warranty and according to them, this tire kingdom refused to offer them the full diagnostic report they had asked for and that’s what the hold up was. Won’t be back.

Top-notch service at fair prices. Ive had tire service twice here, and both times, they were able to squeeze me in within an hour. Theyre really friendly and seem honest - which is hard to know in this sort of business. Yes, they do oil changes and battery service too.

Great service and very flexible fitting me in. They were able to find a screw inmy tire that other dealers did not find and replaced the tire! Every oil change includes a free rotation — hard deal to beat!

Not having a great deal of tire knowledge, Isaiah took the time to answer all of my questions! Replaced all 4 tires at this location. Super clean inside and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

They were closing in 5 minutes and they let us in to fix a flat tire in the rain. They fixed the tire with no issues at all and so quick. They also topped off the the oil after notifying me that it was empty. They worked after hours to help me out and were so kind and cleanly. John smith is the one who helped and I would recommend him to everyone coming to this location.

They told me it was going to be $19.99 for a oil change and it cost me $69.99 and said they would rotate the tires and never did and they wanted to change me $1650 for 2 tires and a belt. This place is a RIP off!!!!!! Stay away

I no longer recommend tire kingdom as I have been going there for several years and was recently lied to about my car. I was told my struts needed to be replaced along with break pads and new tires. I contacted Toyota of Melbourne for a comparison quote and I would have saved $700 plus better tires at Toyota. After Toyota looked at the car they said the struts were fine and it would be a waste of money to replace them. Tire kingdom even tried to tell me it wouldnt be safe to drive the car without new struts. Overall, Im glad I went to my dealership and I will no longer use their services. Dont fall for their tactics and get a second opinion.

I stopped in this morning, thinking a strap holding my exhaust pipe was broken. The very nice gentleman behind the desk took my information and let me know that theyd be able to take me right away. It turned out that my exhaust pipe had broken off from my muffler. The wonderful mechanic removed the dangling pipe and placed it in my trunk. When hed returned my car to the parking lot and handed me my keys and he told me to have a nice day. I asked how much I owed them. I was told, nothing, have a nice day, maam.I cried, they turned a very bad and frightening morning into a wonderful day, with their kindness.

2nd poor experience in 60 days. Showed for appointment 10 minutes early and was told there is a 2hr wait. I am retired from the retail automobile business with 33 years in Service Management and I know a poorly run shop when I see one. This is clearly the culture in the entire corporation as the same problems exist in their other nearby stores. I own several vehicles and I will not ne back.

Ripped off on an alignment. They lie and actually use deceitful tactics while doing it. Very dishonest. Also tried to upsell me tires when I didnt need them. Rude staff. Also get their spam mail constantly despite unsubscribing AND marking spam in gmail which means they use different addresses to circumvent this action. Look @ other reviews and then the generic corporate response the negatives get. Ive followed that link and they just patronize you more. (*Careful* thats probably why Im constantly spammed!) They must still make enough money to not care. If I were you, I wouldnt support this greedy and unprofessional corporation. Worst place in Viera to take your car. Youve been warned.

Asked for a quick jump in the adjacent parking lot and was told they would do it for a quick cash only price because management doesnt want them leaving. I dont carry cash and this was not a set charge service that they do. So Im left stranded to try and call road side assistance. Kind of a weird request.

I had a 10am oil change appointment. I showed up at 9:50 because I respect peoples time. After waiting a little over 4 hours... I just went and picked up my car for the fact, after 4 hours, they didnt even start my oil change.My appointment was at 10am, they only schedule 1 appointment per hour... could not have been more than 2 cars ahead of me. No idea what the purpose of scheduling and appointment days in advance if they cannot do the work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appoint not once, but twice. Both times they said it would be over an hour wait to even honor the reservation. The employee working at the desk even said do what we do and go to a quick service place Really? What a joke! Even their own employees dont recommend this place.

Best service hands down. Being from out of town I had four tired that needed mounting and rotating. Every other auto shop, including Walmart next door, were either rude and could act like they cared less; or were charging an arm and a leg. The staff there was not only friendly but extremely professional with great recommendations and suggestions on future upkeep. Cant recommend these folks enough.

They were very busy, but they did a good job and got me in and out in only a hour. I got an oil change and will schedule for other work in the future. Other customers need to understand that this is not a drive through quick oil change place. This is a full service center and as such requires more of a wait. Other cars in line ahead may have a lot more work to be performed than just your own simple items, so learn some patience. You wouldnt ask a surgeon to speed through an operation. Quality work is worth the wait.

Ryan the tech was beyond amazing. He took his time to ensure my 22 tires were installed properly on my rims. He also insured that my wheels were not damaged in the process. Tyler was the best salesman I found in my search for new tires. He was extremely professional and prompt. He took great care of me and got me exactly what I was looking for.

Got a flat tire last night from road hazard. Got to store at 710 am (no appt) and was immediately attended to. Mike (manager) and Aaron (service tech) were courteous and efficient. Flat was patched quickly and I was to work before 8. Great job and great experience!

Absolutely horrible, tire kingdom never go here ever. Took them three hours to change four of my tires which I brought in after purchasing them on tire rack knowing full well they would probably gouge me on those prices as well . John and Mike are lying con artists who literally don’t care about your life or your needs they don’t understand that you need a car in Florida to get things done . They most recently made me an hour late for work by taking so long to simply change for tires which I brought in with my car 3 1/2 hours before getting the car back . SAVE TIME SAVE MONEY DONT EVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pretty sure any good post on here is just a friend of the owner or a friend of someone who works there

Ive been coming to this store since 2012, and the staff has been nothing short of excellent. I always have a general idea of what is wrong with my car, and they are spot on every time. They make an extra effort to show me the bad part and compare it to the new part so I can see what caused the issue. The prices are competitive and they ALWAYS fix the problem. Regular maintenance is very affordable as well, and Ive never had them try to sell me something I dont need. Additionally, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The manager has even followed up with phone calls to make sure the issue is fixed.Ignore the negative reviews and check out this Tire Kingdom store for yourself. Im a female and am very skeptical about mechanics, but Im not clueless. Pay attention to your car...maybe youre the problem. Also, repairs take time...duh! Bring a book or take a walk through the shopping center.

Great service! Got a flat tire on I95 on the way to my daughters graduation in Miami. Called ahead while waiting for a tow and the manager Mike helped me find a tire that fit our van. Once we arrived at Tire Kingdom, Mike had us out with a brand new tire, at a great price, in about 30 minutes. We were safely back on the road in no time thanks to Mike and his team at Tire Kingdom!

They quoted me for over $500 worth of work. I got a second opinion and NONE of the work needed to be done but I did have to pay $50 to fix two things that tire kingdom did wrong. They didn’t bolt my master cylinder and they didn’t put on the plastic cover on the bottom of the car properly, so it was dragging. I am convinced they did it on purpose because I declined the repairs they proposed. Do yourself a favor and find yourself another place to fix your car.

Had an appointment at 3:00 for a tire warranty replacement. Car was pulled in at 3:10. Took almost 2 hours to get it replaced and tires rotated. Not sure what the problem was but seems a bit long for that small of a job.

Fair prices, decent speed of service.However beware of this shop if you ever intend to service your vehicle on your own as they over will over tighten your oil filter and oil reservoir drain bolt and add this blue sealer that they claim is just so they know if someone has tampered with it since your last visit but however it acts as a glue. I physically have not been able to either time remove those by hand and the guys when I end up taking it back have to use a breaker bar to take them off. These things are supposed to be no more than hand tight and the level of tightness they use is bound to wear out your oil pan and oil filter at a higher rate than designed.

Even though I told them I was in a hurry, they took an hr to mount and balance a single tire!!! The technician showed zero sense of urgency!!

They are always willing to help, regardless of how busy they are. They are way better than a coin-operated self-service air pump at a gas station, plus the guy who checks your tires knows what hes looking at and knows what to do about it.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 4, but they got me in early and I was done by 4:15! Very honest as well, even told me I could go a little longer before I really needed an oil change! Who does that anymore?

No Nitrogen filled tires. Now I will go to Dealer to fill tires with nitrogen. Big difference in driving...especially in hot temperature weather.

I walk in at 5:30 and there’s not a soul in there and the door was open. I go out to my car and call and ask if they can check my tire because the tire pressure is low. The person who answered tells me they are super busy and can’t check it .... REALLY because there wasn’t a soul in there and no cars in the bay. I went over to Walmart and they checked it no problem right before closing. Take your business elsewhere!

I took my car in a few weeks ago to get the tires balanced. They called me about an hour after dropping it off to tell me it was done. I drove it and it was still riding like the tires werent balanced. I took it to another Tire Kingdom today and they told me that the balance was WAY off. Humm makes me wonder if the original Tire Kingdom actually did anything to it. I wont be going to this Tire Kingdom again.

This is second oil change in a row with this location, neither time did they rotate my tires. On the paper work it says tire rotation completed. Also this second time they didnt tighten my oil filter which caused oil to be leaking from my truck that only has 40,000 miles on it . I can only imagine the trouble I would have had to go through if it would have fallen off.

Little disappointed...always very pleasant, but every time I have to debate that I have a warranty in place....once that was established they stated I needed to get all my tires replaced at a total of 1145 dollars, he even stated that was with a discount. I called,my dealership to get their opinion and they laughed and said I was being scammed...very disappointing, wont be going back again

Were right outside tire kingdom and our car battery died so my husband asked them if they happen to sell batteries but they dont so he asked if anyone would be able to give us a jump. The guy walks to the back, comes back up front and says one of the guys will do it for money, my husband told them we dont have cash on us and he says oh, sorry. The people that work here are obviously garbage humans.

I got a great deal on new tires as I did shop around BUT my sons passenger side wiper was not working and I asked them to look at it. They told me I needed a new motor and it was close to $400.00 for new one install. I then called the dealer ship to see if it was under warranty . I was told that there is only one motor and if the driver side is working the moter is good and that the other side just needs to be relinked. The dealership fixed it for free and it was not under warranty . I am very disappointed that they tried to rip me off as I felt I found a place I could trust! Will not return with this experience and will not be getting Struts and brakes done at this business! Keeping with the dealership Mike Erdman who I thought would be more and it was not! Honesty goes a long way!

Sept: I booked the appointment online on their website for 2:30 and when I arrived they said I couldnt have a 2:30 appointment because they work on the hour he said he could get it started at 3 asked if I could leave the car until 3:45 it was ready at 4:15 also wouldnt rotate tires because of tread being “too low” however the legal limit is 2 32nds luckily I had a tread depth indicator in my car checked it myself it was 4/32nds they just didn’t want to do the work and then tried to sell tires for 650! I was able to get the same tires at a competitor store for half! They were willing to put new tires on but somehow didn’t have time for a rotation! Dec update: needed an oil obviously from the poor experience I went elsewhere and was told by two different places tire kingdom over tightens the oil cap so you have to return there to get it done. Dirty business practice

My low tire pressure light came on so stopped here at the Tire Kingdom in Veira and they filled all my tires to the correct pressure. The gentleman was very nice and provide the service with a smile.

Came in for a tire estimate, and was pretty much left a fowl taste in my mouth. We got the estimates and the quotes were through the roof, however we went next door over and found em for 200$ cheaper, that’s without a buy 3 get one... nevertheless felt pretty pressed if I had to choose y’all and what not. Pretty rude I can say, thank god I didn’t have to do business here and get screwed over.

I went in for an oil change and had an appointment at 11:00 dropped my car off they said come back at 12:30 I came back at 12:45 and my car was not ready. They said I needed two different filters changed and I know they kept my car back there in hopes of me paying another 50.00 for filters along with my over $60.00 oil change which is outrageous! I will never EVER go back there. I got my tires there a few months ago.

Its the little things that matter the most. My radio stations were changed. The oil change reminder wasnt reset. I asked for a tire qoute and never got it. I was told I need brakes (probably do based on mileage) I asked for the pad measurement and got a surprised look and then a bogus measurement. I would have been totally ok with being told it was a visual check instead of being lied to.I was going to buy tires this week there but it will be somewhere else.

Ill start out by saying that the staff is very nice and friendly, but honestly it should not take 2 hours to do an oil change and rotate tires on a Wednesday in the middle of the day with only 2 customers in the whole place. I also was not a fan of the fact that I looked out in the shop with my truck still on the lift, the two back tires still lying on the ground, after being there for an hour and forty-five minutes and finally having to ask when my truck would be done to get anyone to stop standing around chatting and finish it. I also needed to check and see if I needed an alignment but didnt have another hour to waste so I just closed it out. They never even mentioned it to me when they gave me back my keys so they must not have found it that important to do.I wouldnt have been so irritated if I hadnt seen the computer and the time log for my work order only said it had taken them 43 minutes. If they are judged by their timeliness by management or on a corporate level, theyre lying about it. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location.
