This Midas is my go-to for vehicle service and maintenance. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the business. Ive gotten multiple oil changes, brakes and new tires as well as tire patches from this particular location and Im always pleased with the results. I know that when I take my vehicle there, it will come home better than it was before. Ive seen the same team there across multiple years, which says a lot.This place has been extremely busy the last few times Ive been there - and its because people know the work is good.

I was very skeptical on going back to a Midas for any service as I had a terrible experience in Tennessee. However after reading the reviews and calling in to schedule my maintenance check; i took another leap of faith. And I am very glad that I did. Especially at this location. Very professional, friendly and honest hard working men. Made me feel very comfortable and confident in receiving the service I was there to receive. I went in for an oil change and a concern regarding a noise and they found the problem with my rim being bent, rotated my tires and balanced out my tires as well as aligned everything. They checked for other defects and found nothing. Which was a surprise to me as my dealer ship would find a TON just to get money out of you. However these men were very straight to the point and honest. Definitely holds the integrity of the company up to its standards and beyond. Thank you!

Front brakes inspection got me this estimate. It was a very through inspection where they even let me look and see for myself. That was pretty cool. But please check the internet for parts prices. I know a little mark up is warranted in business but this seems excessive

This is the only place I would take my vehicles. We moved to Palm Bay in November and I have taken my truck there for brakes and tires. They do a great job, are honest and friendly and don’t tell you something needs to be replaced when it doesn’t. I had great experiences there every time and recommend them 100%.

Never thought I’d be impressed by an oil change and tire rotation but here I am. They were very polite and exactly on time. I also noticed some detail such as adding 2 psi to my tires even though I didn’t ask and would have been fine. Just goes to show they care. Will be recommending them to the other delivery drives at my work.

Service was great. My silly daughter thought her brake light was on after her brakes were changed. So she took it up there and they checked it out. Come to find out it was just the oil sensor 🤣. But they took the time to look at it and check some other things out!

I gave them 1 star for looking at my car. They wrongfully diagnose my car they got my car to start and could not find out the problem until I toke it somewhere else and they continue to tell me it was a starter issue when the hole time it was a compressor issue and charged me 500 just to replace the starter and never could find out what the problem was. Never again will I ever bring my car to this place again so they made there money and left my car broke on to a 3rd tow truck and still not fixed. So so upset.

My brother was visiting from out of town and his starter died. First, they tried to tell him it was the timing belt. When we insist that we knew it wasn’t, they finally agreed it was the starter. Then they charged $90 for finding the problem, and added to the cost of the repair. That was over $600 because they insisted that a new starter cost the same as a rebuilt one.My daughter and I had always brought our vehicles there but after ripping off my brother, never again.

Great service and competitive tire pricing. Very good customer service, offered a ride while my tires were being ordered. Which by the way was a great effort from everyone to get them there same day! Used their SNAP program and was able to put tires on all the way around. Will be back in the future!

Recently took my benz in for a cracked fuel tank, and was told it would need to be replaced. A bunch of headache (for those guys and me) later, it turned out id need a new piece replaced on my engine, which had me rather upset because the car drove fine before hand. Nearly two weeks after I brought it in, my Mercedes drives great and they only charged me for half of the price of the part they added, and zero for the extra labor outside of fixing my fuel tank. These guys stressed as much as I did about my car, and the time they took proved worth it in the end. Their prices was extremely reasonable, would definitely recommend

I went there for a oil change and after wait more than 1 hour they did it but I realized that they did not do the tire rotation, I asked why and the owner argument was because I did not order it by advance. I asked for it, but because was 5:30 PM and they can no do it at that time and I was supposed to come back another day, it was a courtesy.

Ive been getting my oil changed here for about a year. I would even get my car fixed here if it ever broke down but it hasnt. I bought 2 new rear tires for my corvette online, called them and asked for a quote to install them to which they quoted $25 per tire. I made an appointment to get the tires installed and a premium oil change, lined up a ride (inconvenienced a co-worker) to leave my car there for the day. When I showed up the manager/owner (I know this because I always see him in his office) was arguing with another customer about how the part was the reason that guy had to come back for the third time to get his car fixed - basically he was blaming the part manufacturer and taking no responsibility for the problem. That is fine and may certainly be the case, but he was very argumentative with the customer and I felt bad for the guy. When it was my turn, I told him I had an appointment to have my tires installed and an oil change. He immediately asked me if I knew the price of the tire install; I told him I did because I called and they told me $25 per tire. He said rear tires on a corvette, I dont think so... I said, well that is what I was quoted over the phone. He immediately went and grabbed another employee who apparently is the guy I talked to the day before to set up the appointment, and told me it would be $40 per tire and I needed to talk to him. First, if hes the manager/owner, why is he throwing his employee under the bus and telling me I need to talk to him. He also accused me of telling them it wasnt the rear tires, but the front (since the front are 2 inches in diameter smaller and they would be $25 per tire). I was very clear about the fact it was rear tires over the phone so the owner is wrong by accusing me of inaccurate information when I called. He was very argumentative with me like he was with the customer in front of me when I showed up. I told him I wouldnt have come there if I knew it was $40 per tire and went somewhere else. He threw my keys at me and told me to go somewhere else. So, that is my story about this place. Im a veteran, well educated and in a senior customer service role myself. Its been a long time since Ive been treated so poorly by a business. I will never go back. I called a place called Tire Masters on 192 by the Melbourne mall, and they are going to do it for $20 per tire. This place will never get my business or anyone I know business ever. My next step is to reach out to Midas Corporate.

I just took my car to Midas last week for an oil change. They told me they also rotated my tires and that I needed new brake pads really bad. That my brakes were about to be metal on metal.They also ended up over torquing causing my studs to snap when my boyfriend went to attempt to do my brakes.So, they lied about what they did to my car and what needed to be done to my car. I am NEVER going back!

Highly recommend! Professional, Great Service. Fast and thorough. -On only what you need.Stopped in for an oil change including the free tire rotation. I mentioned a slow leak in one tire. They found a nail and fixed the leak. Adjusted the dash reading on both oil and tires which many service centers miss doing.I mentioned a thunk in the shifting thinking transmission which turned out to be a broken motor mount. The mounts are hydraulic which compromised the second motor mount and both were replaced.They told me exactly how long it would take and the cost before I left. They offered to give me a ride home and would pick me up.The car runs and feels brand new.Very pleased to also find they wiped the steering wheel, dashboard and the wiper blades *clean* -along with checking the belt, all functions and topping off the fluids.I am very pleased with this Midas service center and the staff! I had half of my muffler removed and replaced at this dealer a couple of years ago, afterwards the car kept shutting off while I was driving.It had never done that prior to the muffler repair. I only had the half removed for cosmetic reasons.They took no responsibility for the damage. I didnt want to drive the car anymore. It almost made me cry because I had a small child that I was taking to and from school and the car wasnt safe anymore.I went out and bought a new car the very next day because of the bad experience that I had gone through. It wasnt safe for me to drive that vehicle or for my kids nor other drivers also.

Very high priced. They also manage to loose those factory hubcap/lugnut covers with the cars logo on them. Only good thing about these thieves is the quick oil change. Side note even though the sign says free tire rotation with oil change, its not true they still charge you extra.. Every time!

I had my car die on me while running errands. After waiting on roadservice I called Midas to see how much it would cost to repair not only did he offer me a fair price but they came and jumpstarted the car a 30 min faster than roadside would have. The most honest and one of the fastest places Ive been to. Half the time they recommend I dont need or could hold off on what I thought I needed. They never have taken more than an hour or so to get back to me on an estimate even when their line is longer than the other places.

Well I went to make an appointment online and got an e-mail saying that I would hear back within 30 minutes, so Ive been sitting here waiting. That was about 2 hours ago. I called the local location, and the person on the phone was very rude, stating that they dont take appointments, and to just come in, but it would be a long wait. I told him I tried to make an appointment online and he said they dont do that. It would be really nice if you removed this location from your Make an Appointment part of your website. Oh, and learn the lightest bit of customer service while speaking on the phone. A little niceness goes a long way.What a colossal waste of time

F these guys. Called and asked for the price to get a cheap muffler and they said about $60. So I drive up there. Now I just want a cheap muffler with hangers, no pipe. He said $270, thinking I wanted a flowmaster muffler. Those retail for $198 for a stainless steel one. We are talking steel that are sold for $86 at Discount. I said no just a cheap muffler, the price goes to $200. I never would have drove there if they said this on the phone. I just bought a muffler for $33. The hangers cant be $10. So they wanted over $160 for 20 minutes of work. Shop hour rates must be $480 an hour. I would have paid $200 for a steel flowmaster with the pipe, but these process are not right. I cant say go here Dynamic muffler is almost across the street. Go there instead. I would have if they were open Saturday.

I waited close to 45 minutes for an estimate on 2 tires. The man running the front of shop was very rude and inconsiderate of my time. I would dare to say he was neglecting me and my cars service due to the two customers who came in after me. I could tell the guys in the shop had already inspected my car and had an estimate ready. Instead of finishing with me he was waiting on the men hand and foot and proceeded to only speak with them in Spanish. Anyhow I ended up down the street at Tires Plus and had my estimate in less then 5 minutes! Never again will I visit a Midas.

I had my oil change done at Midas on Babcock St. in Melbourne Fl and those MFs didnt even change my oil filter! My front tires had steel belts coming out of them and it was never brought to my attention! They also told me that my front pads were low and needed replacing for $139.99, I took it to Tires Plus because they had a special for $99 they took the wheels off and told me that I still had over half of my brake pads left and told me about the steel belts in my tires. So I gave them my business for 4 tires and an alignment! So why would Midas try ripping me off? Dont Go There!!!

I went in because the muffler was sounding bad. They took my car in immediately and told me it was a hole in the pipe, which they showed me, and gave me the option of patching it instead of trying to sell me a new muffler. Ill be a return customer just for their honesty.

I went there last week for A/C inspection and they told me that the Blowe Motor needs to be replaced besides the cabin air filter and will do it for $362.94 I told him that I don’t want to fix it right now and when I got home I looked for the parts online and found both of them for just $51 and I replaced them by myself. They think that costumers are stupid. Keep away from them

PRICE GAUGING AFTER HURRICANE IRMA - The ethics and integrity of this branch of Midas are extremely questionable. We have been using Midas for years, but NEVER again! We took our vehicle into this branch to have some routine maintenance done on it and a general health check. We have serviced and cared for this vehicle consistently for the past few years we have owned it and have never had ANY major problems arise with it as a result. We knew it was time to get the spark plugs done and a light bulb was needed in one of the lights, however we were told ( after paying a highly inflated $74 inspection fee - which normally was free at our regular Midas location) that it needed over $1,000 of extra work and repairs. After double checking the prices they quoted on JUST the parts alone ( which from prior experience in the mechanical fields seemed way too much) we actually discovered they were price gouging OVER 300% EXTRA on the retail rates for those exact same parts from other suppliers, and right after Hurricane Irma! Shameful! When we asked them about this the manager was very arrogant and highly defensive and he proceeded to justify the gauging by saying it was normal for them to charge that way and they needed to pay their electricity bill. WT?? We decided to immediately take the vehicle to an actual dealer to get a second opinion only to find the items Midas claimed urgently needed fixing were not even broken?? Midas Palm Bay had created a FAKE report in order to gauge us on over $1,000 worth of repairs that were not even needed. To top it all off, when they reassembled some of the parts they disconnected during their inspection of the vehicle, they did not put them back together correctly deliberately to cause the vehicle to run very poorly. ( this was after we had brought the price gauging issue to the attention of the manager) Clearly this seems to be their sneaky technique. This tampering was discovered by the 2nd dealership right away who asked us who had last worked on the vehicle as it could e seen as sabotage. Our cost to service the vehicle at the dealership was 80% lower than what Midas had tried to steal from us. Midas Palm Bay Florida is highly unreputable and unethical! We felt sorry for all the senior citizens we saw coming and going from there with their vehicles who were most likely oblivious to the price gauging going on behind their backs and behind the feigned integrity smile of the manager there. We highly recommend people do not trust them. With all the evidence in hand we are considering filing a formal complaint on BBB and even legal proceedings. This branch should NOT be doing business!
