No line for an oil change. Basic was $32.99, but the full synthetic on a Chevy Tahoe cost upwards of $90 because of the amount of oil. I was also told that the Chevy Tahoe can only take synthetic oil so thats all that they would be able to do in the oil change. I have no basis to reference so I had to take their word for. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and the waiting room was sufficiently air conditioned. Theres free Wi-Fi and there was a TV playing cartoons the entire time I was in there.

On 5/18/2021. I walked in to get my air pressured checked. Workers and manager seemed very professional. BUT during my visit, I overheard a gentleman who was fixing the wall, stating about rat feces on top of the ceiling tiles. This made me feel kind of disgusted and I stated nevermind and walked out. I hope this is something that gets addressed ASAP for the customers sake and well being.

The tech lost my wheel lock key the moment they pulled it in, had to leave 4 lugs short. Not trying to complain but its a small shop and I feel like I searched harder for it than the employee(s) who lost it. Good prices though.

Just stopped by to check if there was a slow leak. The mechanic took off the tire in question, examined the tire and filled up all the tires, because they were all low. Low tire indicator went out as I was driving, so it’s all good.Mechanic was honest and trustworthy. I’ll be coming here from now on.

I have in the past got taken advantage of & had services, some very expensive, done that were absolutely unnecessary & some may or may not have been done at all. Had an appointment for 9:00am they were supposed to be open at 7:30 am. I called them at 8:45 when I drove up because the bays were not even open. There was no answer..found another number to call and call was answered. The guy said he just got there and was going to open. 9:15 still had not opened. Had to leave..went somewhere else to get brake job done. Poor poor service would never recommend!!

Dont say the part will be here waiting. And now 2 hours20 later telling its red tape is whats the problem. Why the part is not here!

I called to get a quote on an alternator replacement and the store manager ask for me to stop by for a free diagnostic check to make certain that was absolutely the problem. He waited for me after closing and did the diagnostics and the battery and alternator all checked out just fine. I recommend giving these guys an opportunity and you wont be disappointed with their honesty, professionalism and not to mention heir their willingness to go the extra mile!

Brought one of their oil change / tire rotation coupons. Also brought my own synthetic oil. They didnt honor the coupon, charged extra for the oil filter, and wanted to charge still more for the tire rotation. Wont return.

5 stars for excellent service, and honest employees. I would highly recommend this shop- they provide a full range of services, and good prices. I came here after being told by a Honda dealer that I needed to replace my brake pads for both the front and rear axle, and a few other minor services. I was told that i needed to replace them ASAP. after they told me the prices, I decided to call tuffy tire for their prices- i have been there before and they have always been good to me. After dropping my car off and getting it inspected- we determined Honda was exaggerating quite a bit, and I didnt need to get anything replaced- this saved me over $900 on what I would have had to spend at Honda. Not only that, but they didnt charge me for anything - no inspection fee or anything. Just told me I had about 50% left on the pads, and no service was needed at the moment. I will forever be grateful for this shop- Robert is the manager, he provided this exceptional service for me!!! Highly recommend, and I will be returning for all of my future services. (also will be recommending to others ) If you are tired of getting ripped off by the dealerships and are looking for a honest, reliable, and friendly mechanic- this is your shop!

Tuffys auto has been amazing. The manager and staff are always friendly and they help out with even the small things. I have been going to them for two years now and not once have I had anything to worry about. When my tire pressure light came on they checked it for me and filled my tire, I had a gas smell coming from the inside of my car and they checked it and found where it was coming from. I always get my tires rotated there as well as my oil change. Always fast and efficient! I would recommend this company 10 out of 10! Thank you for always doing your best!

Dear Mr. Tuffy,My name is Jonathan Bocek and I had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced at one of your fine establishments. That’s right I said PLEASURE! I absolutely hate going to a shop. I’m sure most people do. Robert, Colt, and Brent have changed that for me. These guys worked an hour and a half past closing time last night so that I could get home to my family.I pulled in around 5 pm last night. My brakes were grinding, let’s just say I was ‘Come‘in Hot!!’ I have a 2000 Tundra with 218k miles on it. 99% of the shops out there would have told me to come back tomorrow. I get it, who wants to open a can of worms One hour before closing. Anyways as soon as Colt heard me pulling into the parking lot, he came walking over with his flashlight ready to inspect. Brent got right to work and I felt like every 30 min or so Brent would check in with Robert and myself updating us on the issues and solutions. Professional, friendly and informative staff. Was greeted with a smile from the moment I walked in. Was kept updated as to the diagnosis and progress with my vehicle after I dropped it off. And upon returning to pick it up the technician sat down with me and explained in great detail what the issue was, how it works in operating the vehicle and how they fixed it. Will definitely use them again for my car needs and would recommend others do the same.

Ian and Tim were in charge of my services and did a great job.They’ve also done major work on my dad’s car there before and went out of their way to get the parts for his car and accomodate getting his car back to him so that he had it for work.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Hands down the best experience I’ve every had at an auto service place! I’ve gone to other places where they try and sell you this or that and are completely dishonest about what your car needs. Robert is amazing as he didn’t try to up sell anything and was upfront about my cars needs. I had my front rotors, brakes and new shocks/struts installed at a fairly decent price. That kind of work would have been way more if I had gone to Tire Kingdom or Gattos. So glad I read the reviews of Tuffy Tire, and will be back for regular oil changes and anything else that our vehicles may need in the future.

Everyone at Tuffy was knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. The service manager Brad, specifically, went out of his way to ensure that we spent only what was necessary and even went so far as to save the damaged parts his team removed to show me when I picked up the vehicle. As someone who is not overly mechanically-inclined its always a bit nerve-wracking when using a new mechanic; however, I can say with confidence that Tuffy has earned my business.

Came in with a oil change coupon and was super happy with how fast and easy Tuffy was that I ask for a quote on new tires. They didn’t give me a crazy quote so came in got my tires changed and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They won’t try and sell you on stuff you don’t need. There Super honest. I’ll be coming back for sure! Totally recommend!

I made a appointment for a oil change and tire rotation for 12pm showed up at 11:45 to drop off and grab something for lunch was told it would take 30-45min came back at 12:30 and my truck wasnt even in the bay yet continued to wait patiently until 1pm and asked how much longer it would be was told that they were waiting on a oil filter to be delivered its now 1:15 still no oil filter and the tires still havent been touched whats the point of giving all the vehicle information and setting a appointment if you dont make sure you have parts on hand and why would you tell someone you can get it done in 30-45 min if its going to take 3-4 times that long

Stopped by Tuffys to have a slow tire leak repaired. They not only found one nail, but two, and plugged them both within minutes of arrival. Best of all, they didnt even charge for it. Will definitely be using them for future auto work.

I come in here because the person who last worked on my car did not tighten the front left wheel and if I had driven home it may have come off. The mechanics at Tuffy tightened the wheel up for me for no charge and gave me an official write up of the issue to give to the other mechanic who failed on this crucial step. I will definitely be giving Tuffy my business in the future.
