The store manager, Matt is an exceptional customer service professional who uses a hands on approach in working with customers. He helped me make the best choices based on my budget and needs. Ive purchased tires, alignment and opened a Tires Plus credit card to use just in case I need to purchase an unexpected vehicle repairs or maintenance. Very satisfied with Tires Plus oppose to the other similar stores in close proximity as there are many on N. Wickham Road.

I was here for an oil change and they performed the service fast and let me know of things needing my attention soon. They mentioned I needed new front tires because they were badly worn and I said I’ll have to wait on that. They didn’t push me to get new tires and I felt like they genuinely cared for my car and my safety. I decided to book an appointment a few days after that to replace all four tires and perform any other recommended service for the mileage on my car. My car now drives smoother than ever and I’m confident I won’t have any issues going forward. Matt and the crew were very nice and even put in codes to save me money. I will be going to them for any other repairs I need.

One of my tires had a nail in it so I scheduled an appointment at Tires Plus. They told me they were unable to patch my tire, showed me where the nail was, and I got a new tire in about 30 minutes! If I ever have tire problems again I’ll be visiting Tires Plus.

Took my car there for some issues with my tire. They were so nice and accommodating and didn’t even charge me for my service because another mechanic at Midas had put my tires on in reverse. My AC wasnt working and it was so unbearable to be in the car even for a short time. Stop at TIRES PLUS. Great service and they got on the problem right away.. explained everything to me and explain that it would take a little time to fix my air conditioner.. But it would be worthwhile in the end. Im sure that when I go back tomorrow, Ill be So Cool. This is something that just so you how out of way they go to help their customers:. A gentleman came in with flat tires on this van. He was handicap and need this fix today. This store was very busy and wasnt able to do job but they called around and found one of their stores that had the tire and the time to help the gentleman with his problem. They filled his tire with air, gave him the number of the place he was going in case he had a problem getting there and even called later to make sure he got there. GOOD JOB. TIRES PLUS.

I had a tire with the steel belt showing and since I take my grandson to school each morning it was important to get it replaced right away. Tires plus took me in just before their closing time and worked about 20 minutes past it.much appreciated. Thanks Frank and Matt.

Literally just left there and exceeding my expectations is an understatement. We were driving back from Orlando to Miami when we realized the car started to shake so much to the point we thought the tires were going to explode. My husband pulled over and realized the tires were on an extremely uneven thread. Being in an area where everything is closed on Sundays we found just 18 miles away was a Tire Plus. Those 18 miles felt like 1800 miles because just the thought of knowing that at any moment we can loose complete control if one of our tires were to blow. The shop was about to close in 30 minutes so we rushed there as soon as possible hoping they could help us so we can get back 198 miles back home. Luckily, we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Austin who took one look and said the only fix was replacing the tires. Obviously, when going on trips you always know something like this can happen but no one ever really plans for it. When he told us the cost we freaked out but our safety was our main concern with our little girl traveling with us. Even though they were about to close, Austin, Chris, Brogan and James really hustled and got us the best possible price and actually had to drive to another Tire Plus to get the tires because they didnt have them in stock. They got us in and out in less than an hour! In Miami they would of told us to go fly a kit! We are so grateful and blessed that these guys took the initiative to help us out! We are forever indebted to them! If Tire Plus looks at these reviews, they should honestly give them a raise for their customer service. They really did go above and beyond, thank you guys may life pay it forward.

NEVER going back. Put new tires on. They were not new. Hasnt been a year and they need to be replaced. Garage kept car and drive only several thousand miles a year. Ripoff. Avoid at all costs.

Yes, they messed up something when I got a new set of 4 tires. My truck would shake pretty badly, but as soon as I decided to go back they were very polite and they fixed it within 30 minutes. It doesnt seem like they have very many errors in their work, but if they do they fix it free of charge. I would recommend them fully.

Just had the best experience here! On a road trip and got a flat tire. They not only got us back on the road but in only 30 minutes! With two kids in tow anxious to get to our destination, Steve and his team made it a fun experience. Even got to watch the action in the bay and that was pretty cool as well! Thank you Tire Plus. Timely repairs and service. Made an appointment early on, got there and they were getting busy with walk In people. So my suggestion is to make an appointment.Overall, got an alignment with free rotation and they fixed an off balance tire. Pretty much $88 for everything and had it done in about an hour and a half.Great place for the overall experience

This place has very friendly and knowledgeable service advisors and technicians, with fair prices and quick service. These qualities are consistent across all of the Tires Plus locations in the area. Are honest and upfront about recommended services but not pushy about upselling unnecessary things. They dont use scare tactics to try to get you into more expensive repairs than you necessarily need in the moment.

I was 48ft away stuck in the aldis parking lot and no one in the whole shop had jumper cables to help me . I would have paid to get my car started, and I told them I needed a new battery (I could have bought there)this place doesnt seem to have the correct tools. For there to be 10 guys and no one can help a mom start her car....

Needed trailer tires and usually avoid the tire stores but I had a great experience with Andi Jones. Had all four tires replaced with in an hour, but the dont uphold the online out the door quotes

I came in there to get my tires rotated. One of their selling point when I bought the tires over a year ago was free rotations for life of the tire. I get into my truck and the engine wont turn over. Hmmm. I tell them that and turns out the mechanic decided to check under the hood when rotating my tires. May I remind the reader of this review that the tires are not under the hood. Anyway, they say I need a new starter now. $200+ later I have accepted this as my fate and moved on. Now today, four days later, Im sitting at the park and my engine wont turn over. I cannot help but think that if they never went under the hood, which I never asked them to do, I wouldnt be in this mess. Everything was fine beforehand. I am not going back to have them look at it again because they will probably find a way to charge me more $. I am taking this one on the chin and taking the truck to my regular mechanic. I will never step foot in Tires Plus again and I recommend that you do not either.

They got the job done, however after telling me that replacing one tire which they had in stock would only take 30 mins, they informed me that they didnt actually have the tire and just needed to go grab one from a different store just up the road. The whole process took over an hour and a half. I would recommend verifying if the tire is actually in stock if you are in a rush.

My boyfriend transports cars and his trailer tire blew out today. Hes nearly a thousandmmiles from home, stranded and 3 places turned him away. I am a small business owner; Big City Cuts, right across the street. I took my sons car there yesterday just for an oil change. I opted for them to give his car a good look at everthing for safety purposes. They gave me their reccomendations and costs for repairs. Very grateful for the clear explanations, but more than that they came across a very dangerous situations with one of the tires. It appeared that the tire had the wrong lug nuts (5 out 6). Matt showed me how this tire could at any moment while driving could roll off the car.(I take 95 daily). The lugnuts were already being worn down were not safe. He said he could not in all honesty leave them on my car it would not be right. They put new lugnuts on this tire for me at a very reasonable price. Soooo very grateful! Tragety diverted. Great place and good people. My daughter will be taking her car there today. Trust them completely.👍P.S. son said another tire store replaced that tire and they must have put wrong lungnuts on there.Lesson: check lugnuts on any and all tires. One size does not fit all.Sorry this was so long.Thank you Tires Plus for your integrity and fair business practices.

I take my vehicle here for most of my car needs. My suggestion is call first and schedule an appointment unless you can wait or it is an emergency. If I had to complain about anything it would be the size of the coffee cups in the lobby, jk. Basically my whole family goes here and we havent had any problems. Some new people working here but the overall experience has been the same.

Always polite. Always professional. Just stopped to have air put in tires. They are part of firestone. Always get my tires there and batteries. They accept all types of credit cards and you can apply for one of theirs and if approved extra discount on your services that day. Also discounts when using there card to pay for purchases. Facility is very clean. Coffee and tv available if you wait there while your car is being fixed. There is a Walgreens right next door. And Aldis just behind. Easy to walk to, to do other shopping if needed while they fix your car.

I made an appointment for later in the day to have four tires replaced. Upon arrival, they had my tires and installed them quickly. I was out of there in an hour!

I have taken 3 vehicles to this shop. The first was a tire repair. No issues. 2nd time they convinced me to replace the tires because I couldnt have a new and old tire on this vehicle,. Worst tires I have ever owned! Third time I needed a tire repair, they tried to tell me that 2 small screw s within so many inches ruins a 10 ply Bridgestone tire. The next shop didnt seem to have any issues repairing the tire.Would not recommend

I was hesitant based on reviews but I was out of town and tires plus was the only stores open on a Sunday that stocked run flat tires. I made an appointment and was quoted an hour and half. The install took exactly that long. Run flats are excluded from the 59 minute guarantee. They were nice pleasant and I saw them using a tq wrench on customers cars which is also a good sign. The only reason for the 4 stars is, although quoted, 90 minutes is a bit long for two tires.
