My car started pulling right and left all over the place and I drive about 500 miles a week for work. I’m not mechanically inclined and I got worried as I see plenty of stranded cars in my way to work. I stopped by the tire choice in Melbourne Fla as I was referred by a friend. I received outstanding service from Nathan their store manager who explained the need to replace the tires which were factory issue and badly worn, given warranties their workmanship and even offered a credit card with a hefty rebate for the tires I bought. Received a follow up call from Nathan the next day to ensure all was well with my new tires . Could not be more pleased, grateful and incredibly impressed . Previous reviews convinced me to come to Tire Choice for my first visit in April.. I was very pleased with prices plus honesty about what I needed and didnt need. At that time I was told I could get more miles on my tires so I returned 3 months later to purchase a full set. This visit was for tire rotation and to check my alignment. These guys are the best! Had trouble with tires on new truck. Stealership could not find out issue. Tire choice Found that original tires wore uneven. They got me bigger better Falken tires for best price around after getting few estimates. After install made sure 35s fit without rubbing before I left. Now go for oil changes and any issues. They are a very honest reliable shop. Best prices and warranty as well! Tires cane w lifetime rotation/balance. Just got brakes done as well and found out those lifetime warrantied. Can’t go wrong here!!

Since the first time I brought my vehicle in for service 5 years ago I have had nothing but the best service.

They only put 1 out the 4 quarts of oil my car needed. Engine damaged beyond repair. Apparently, its not their problem!$10,000 later, all I get is the ability to leave this bad review!

Great place to have tires mounted or replaced. Alignments are also offered here. Theres also a great range of tires depending on your vehicle, needs, and price range. Nathan is always kind, helpful, and ready to work with you regarding your situation and vehicle/wheel type. Great business and wait times depend on what jobs youre bringing in but usually not too long of a wait. Ive brought my car(s) here many times and Im never disappointed with the job they do. Very pleasant experience. Filled the online form for the appointment. Got confirmation within few hours. Went for the front brake work . Dealer quoted 265. They have 129.99 special. They took an hour to finish the work while I was waiting. No coffee vending machine in the waiting area which could have been nice. Good value for money.

Nathan and Vinny did an amazing job with my brand new 2020 F-150. I drove it straight to them from the dealership. They put a 2.5” leveling kit, wheel spacers and brand new tires on for me. It drives as great as it looks. They always take good care of my wife’s car and my trucks!!!

I have used Tire Choice for several different services for both of my vehicles. Each time I have visited this service center - I have been extremely happy with the service provided. The guys are very professional and have never pushed extra repairs. They even tuned up my alignment for free since they were the ones that performed the alignment many months ago.

I had 4 tires replaced. The installation charge was less than advertised with better than promised installation time. Vinny and the rest of the crew were very informative, courteous, and candid with me. They also used great care during the installation process. I could not have asked for a better result. New to Florida and stumbled upon Tire Choice out of shear luck and I just want to give a shout out to Nathan, Carlos & Curtis! Very professional, tolerated all of my questions and the service was quick and efficient! I highly recommend Tire Choice In Melbourn!

Scheduled appointment for new tires, pressure stems, and alignment. They discovered they didnt have the tire pressure stems after removing the old tires from the rim... add 1 1/2 hours for NAPA to deliver a set. Once on the rack for alignment they discovered they didnt have the right size wrench... add 2 hours to find, drive and have another shop perform the alignment. Oh, and the required truck tire pressure is 60 psi and 80 psi for the front/rear respectively... they inflated to 50 psi and 60 psi.So your warned... not that competent of a staff.

This place is absolutely horrible to work for . Nathen and lance are thieves . They take from valuable customers day in and day out . I worked here for years . Nathen has taken advantage of me and my knowledge for years and has Twisted the things I know up side down. Making customers spend every dime they have and telling them if they don’t there car will brake or blow up . I would not recommend working here or working for him and his trusty sidekick . Also I have and will continue to contact corporate for support. Good luck fellas .

I am extremely happy with the professionalism and helpfulness of the employees at the Melbourne, FL Tire Choice. The tires they recommended for my Tacoma are fantastic, and they beat the lowest price that I found at another tire dealer in town. They even made me a deal on an alignment to make sure that my tires would not experience premature wear. While I was in the shop, the manager told two separate customers that even though they came to Tire Choice for an oil change, their vehicle’s onboard software said that an oil change was not required. It is nice to see a repair shop that does not perform unneeded work and they do not try to scare customers into getting additional unnecessary work.

He was very professional and also helpful. He told me to have my daughter come in right away and they would take care of her. This place is great, what Id call no-nonsense, no over-the-top up-selling tire business. Theyre quick and thorough.. Im going back when I need to replace my front tires. Also, best price in town for tires, at least for what I could find. Overall, this place does what youd hope for in an automotive service business, maybe not super-rare, but certainly rare in my experience. Great staff, great service.

I cant say enough about Nathan and his knowledge, customer service and positive attitude. He is why I switched from another local auto repair place. I have been choosing tire choice since they opened this location. Always nice and friendly and always clean and through. But my mother and I both bring our cars here. They stole a toolbox out of my truck and they dont even know how to add. Put 5000 miles to my next oil change. Its supposed to be every 3000 miles. They put 5000 miles. Will never go there again. Manager was a real jerk also

They are great and do an awesome job. I have taken my car there for over 2 years. It all began when my battery light came on and they said my battery was low. They did not sell me one but instead told me my battery is still under warranty and would get a better price at a the battery place I purchased it. And recently, I needed a new battery and they told me the same thing. Great guys : )

Stopped in because I had a low tire due to a screw. I was on my way to a dinner party and running late. They pulled my car right in, plugged the tire to get me going and offered to replace it later if I desired. Was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I’ve also had them mount tires for me and stop by frequently to adjust my tire pressure. The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. The prices are more than reasonable. I’m a car guy and don’t typically take my car to tire chains but I would highly recommend these guys. To me it’s all about service and the staff here has always gone above and beyond. I’m not easy to please but I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Ive been going to this location since they opened. Nathan up at the front counter is exceptional at his position, he is very knowledgeable and always eager to help. The guys in the back do a top-notch job! I never worry about leaving my vehicles with them, they take very good care of my vehicles and do excellent work. Nathan and the team at Tire Choice always provides exceptional service and their price is always reasonable. Most recently they replaced my cracked radiator starting after lunch and had it ready when I got off work same day at 5! Previously, they found an oil leak that was a simple o-ring. Another shop charged me to replace the entire oil filter cooler, which was refunded after Tire Choice found the real problem. These guys are very trustworthy, which can be hard to find at an auto shop!

My second time being served at Tire Choice; the first time, a couple of months ago I purchased and had installed new rear brakes on my Ford; service and pricing was excellent. Just this past week I had an oil change done and because I have a large SUV it takes nearly eight quarts of synthetic oil, so the initially pricing was extreme, however the Attendant/Technician showed me and offered me an advertised discount on the service for the oil change. And again the service was top notch and pricing, excellent! I give Tire Choice & Total Care, Five Star!

At 5:45pm I called and asked if they could work in an oil change before closing. The guy answering the phone said he could do it. I was there by 6:00 and was walking out by 6:30. They didnt come at me with a laundry list of other stuff that needed to be done (and yes, there is definitely other stuff that needs to be done!). Super super pleased.

I’ve been to this location several times. Nathan is awesome to work with and always provides great insight and options for any needed repairs. I only go to this location for my automotive needs.

Brought my BMW in for all four tires. Service was great.. three days later I have two low tires. They told me my rims were leaking. I was going to stop payment they fixed them a week later one of the same tires went low again they fixed it.. seven times and they took all the tires off and resealed them.. had a tire replaced on my truck there and Im still putting air in it every 4th day... again its my rims... I wont ever go back..

I went for an oil change at my local Honda dealership. I was told I needed new rotors and break-pads. The bill would have been $541. I was directed to Nathan at Tire Choice and the job was done the next day and also I DID NOT need new rotors, and the bill was hundreds of dollars less. I have brought my truck to The Tire choice three times now, and every time they have been extremely helpful. When i have had issues they diagnose it quickly and explain it to you in a way that is easy to comprehend for someone that does not know much about automobiles. Got a quote of 850 to do a brake job with lifetime on the back and needing just one rotor and pads on the front. What a joke. 150 bucks later and 1 hour of my time all done. Hourly shop rate must be outrageous. Remember not everyone is not a gear head, some of us just dont have time.
