Super friendly, very apologetic about the wait, made an appointment for 10am that apparently never got saved in their system, its now 1230pm and Im still waiting for 4 tires to be changed. Theyre extremely understaffed so I understand but people make appointments around other things they have to do and now Im going to miss a 1pm appointment because its taking almost 3 hours to change 4 tires. Id recommend going elsewhere until they can find more staff.

Patrick at the tire kingdom on 192 in Melbourne is AMAZING!!! I was having a rough day and couldn’t find anyone that could help me with replacing my light bulb in my car and he came out and did it!!!! Such a great experience!

Tire Kingdom is my go to spot! They always take care of me and have very fair prices. Bobby had probably some of the best customer service skills I have seen in a while in the industry. Very attentive, answers questions, and honesty. These people are not trying to rip you off. I will be referring my friends and family and God willing I will be back for another oil change.

Came here on a road trip because my rear tires had bands sticking out, needed new ones ASAP to make it the last 700 miles. They were slammed but they still managed to get me seen the same day. While that was good as is the guy behind the counter, gabby, was top notch. Super nice, handled everything very professionally, honestly could not have done a better job. I very much appreciate him making sure we were able to get back on the road and making the process as painless as possible.

We were visiting our nephew in Melbourne and traveling from South Carolina. Our truck was accidentally hit at Sebastian Inlet and the valve stem was completely off tire. My husband had to put spare on and the next day my nephew suggested we go to Tire Kingdom. Thank for repairing it quickly and putting the spare back in the proper place in the truck. Y’all were a real blessing and help to us. Thank you for your great service.

As my spare tire was 10 years old, thought it was time to replace it. They appeared to be busy, but much to my surprise they were able to replace my old spare with a new one in under an hour. The guys that work at this store are always very nice and go above and beyond.

I bought my tires with this company so I could take my car in if I had problems and/or a flat and it would be taken care of. But this place is apparently so understaffed that they basically shouldn’t be operating.I’ve been here for 45 minutes waiting to get a flat tire fixed. I’ve watched 2 other customers leave because their repairs were taking so long. The staff keeps telling everyone they are short staffed. I am now the ONLY person here and I just had to ask when they were going to pull my car in.I only hope that the repair is done correctly and that my car is safe to drive when it’s done.Everyone seems very disgruntled and lacking enthusiasm for anything.

The guy at the counter said they did not have the tires I was looking for but he could give a good deal on a cheaper brand, the thing is I had went to discount tire and got a appoint for the brand I wanted for a cheaper price then the off brand. Should have known better it was empty in there and the person ahead me was complaining about the extra charges

Bobby Rivera went above and beyond to get me the tires I wanted, and have them installed same day. It was a fast, efficient, and painless process for me. Explain why my 1030 appt for freon wasnt ready to pick up til after 4 and why they said I needed wipers (had new ones in) and reverse lights that they said they couldnt get to but were actually working completely fine. 2 non-problem problems and all day for a morning appt.... Wi t return.

Scheduled an appointment on short notice and they patched my tire quick! Can believe the incredible service. While I was there I watched them help at least 5 people with hard service repairs and found the right parts for all of them. Most certainly will be back.

Very slow. Got up to go to work next morning. Flat tire. Bad valve stem.

Surprisingly honest. I thought 2 tires needed to be replaced due to mileage. New to the area, I went to the first place I saw and asked them to check and replace if necessary. They told me the tires were fine, but come back again in a year. Its now a year later. Needless to say, Ill be returning now and forever.

Today I had an appointment in this business dump, after waiting an hour, I by the way the customer area urgently needs a remodel is dirty and boring, ask the one who is attending the public who prefers to look at the papers and ignore customers, what happens with my truck, he replies that they only have 2 technicians and that he cant do anything, that I wanted to make wait or go, couldnt do anything, that I wanted to keep waiting or leaving, the customer service is trash I do not recommend this establishment, from the hassle I went to another of the same chain on Palm Bay road, and I was taken care of quickly and with good service, Do not promote is a business junk in the 1416 new haven, Melbourne

DO NOT GO HERE! Held over $700 on our bank account for 3 days. Did NOT tell us there was a hold and we incurred over $200 in returned funds fees for automatic payments that post to our account. Who in the hell holds that much money and does nothing to help customers? We called corporate and the whole company gave us the run around- offered ZERO help and took no responsibility for holding money WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. NEVER GO HERE. EVER. I recommend Franks Tires in Cocoa Village; theyre closed on Sundays, but Id rather wait and get good customer service than ever use this company again.

Had a screw in my tire. The gentleman took time to get it out and test for leaks. When he was satisfied there were no leaks, he sent me on my way without charging me. Quick service.

Amazing customer service. I have had good experiences at multiple Tire Kingdom locations including Jacksonville Southside and Palm Bay but nothing close to the service I received at the West New Haven location. Tyler went over and above to make me feel like a valued customer. I needed new tires and she helped me select the best tires for my vehicle. I was also expecting that I needed a possibly extensive brake job. Tyler informed that I did not need a brake job but that my rear brakes just needed a good cleaning, which they performed at a very reasonable price. They also remounted and balanced my spare tire at no charge. This is the kind of customer service that ensures that I will be a lifelong Tire Kingdom customer. On a Sunday, I noticed that I had a screw in my tire. This location was incredibly close and one of the few places open on Sunday in the Melbourne, FL area. They were relatively fast and friendly with service. I bought my tires from them and they have been great ever since. I think maybe a little better than their competitors across the street!

At first I went to tires plus & they told me the tires I wanted werent available, but gave me a printed estimate of another tire, then I went to tire kingdom and was told the tires I wanted were not in stock, but can be gotten in a hours, so I got a printed estimate on 3 types of tires, then I went to discount tires and they were overwhelmed with customers and they couldnt give me a printed estimate but only a verbal price. The following day, i went back to tire kingdom only to find out he didnt include installation fees on his estimates, so we decided on the tires I wanted which he gave me a competitive discount for and he got the tires in and mounted and aligned all within a hour and a half, so the Waite wasnt to bad and my car rides smooth as silk.

The man at the front who is there to greet and help costumers take care of what they are coming in for was not only extremely rude, but mumbled everything to where he had to repeat himself time and again. He chose to not only correct the person I was with as if he was wrong but got angry when asked a ballpark price on just to simply get an idea. I would have payed the price no problem but with the disrespect and disgust the man not only gave me buy the customer that was infront of me as well I would rather take my money anywhere else where the person I will be dealing with won’t correct me or huff at me when asking him a question that he should be able to answer with respect since that is his job. Will never be back there due to the lack of knowledge the man clearly had when asking the few simple questions I needed answered and the complete and utter disrespect the man had for those who are requiring his services. Terrible person to have as the face of your establishment.

Came to this store and Cole the new manager from Maryland talked me out of buying a new set of tires that i did not need. He fixed it and didnt even charge us. Even strayed after hours. They gave me an honest diagnostic of my brakes.I knew i had 5 mm on my pads, and brought my car in to inspect. They did not recommend i replace them, even though it was in their best interest to do so.Honest car people here; can’t recommend enough

SO to start I just want to state that I have been coming to tire kingdom for years for various things and have never had much of a problem with them. This is why I had no problem sending my brother there for a much needed oil change. Tire kingdom is always running a special online for a 19.99 conventional oil change. My little brother is terrible with cars so i figured making him an appointment online was the best way to handle it. I made an appointment for a 19.99 conventional oil change with the included tire rotation. When he got there he told the front desk person that he had an appointment. The gentlemen at the desk made no effort to look it up but rather re entered all of the information that I had done ahead of time. Even when my brother asked why all of this had to be redone he just ignored him and continued on. He then asked my brother what kind of oil he wanted and because my brother is not great with cars he didnt know. The gentlemen suggested full synthetic (EVEN THOUGH I RESERVED A CONVENTIONAL OIL CHANGE) and didnt bother to tell him the price. When he went to check out after waiting for an hour and a half he found out the total was $80+My brother didnt have that kind of money to spare and now, thanks to a lazy cashier who didnt bother to actually look up the information that had already been put in by me, he is out $50+ more than he expected to spend.Way to take advantage of a teenager that didnt know what he needed. Definitely not coming back here again. I would call and ask for a refund if I thought it would do any good. But it wont. So the best I can do is just warn other people and hope that someone else doesnt get taken advantage of.

Wanted to leave a higher rating, but I was told 1.5 to 2 hours as my wait, which was fine. But it was more like 5.5 to 6 hours, which is not fine.Service was good and they found an additional issue that they made me aware of but it shouldnt take as long as it did.Finally got an apology from whoever came in after Michael (I think was his name). Im keeping this at 3 stars because the manager who came in after this Mike seemed very genuine in his concern and I put full responsibility on this Mike guy. I understand delays happen, but I would have arranged a ride if I knew it would take up to 6 hours.

Carlos fit me right in for an oil change and tire rotation. He also made me aware of a problem with my tie rods and made multiple suggestions to fix within my budget.very helpfull and Im glad they found this problem before it was too late. Thanks guys!

After a recommendation from my fiance. He purchased 4 tires last last week from Mike. I drove in and the nice gentleman aired my tire up. Checked to see if he had the tire I needed and because it was so expensive he said do you have the tire program through your dealer? After checking With the dealership unfortunately I dont but because the gentleman was so nice and honest I will be purchasing my tire through you guys. I wish I would have gotten the gentlemans name.

I come to this location for most of the work I need when it comes to my tires. I never had any issues and been lucky not to have long wait times. This past Sunday, which is not a good time to get a flat on a Sunday, I was able to drop off my car to have the tire looked at. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do. I needed a new tire which the car is fairly new so the tire needed to be special ordered because its not one they keep. But I was told I might want to check with the dealer to see if they warranty it and they might have it in stock. So they offered to put the spare on so I can drive it. By the time I got there to pick the car up, I found out the spare was bad also. He shows me the problem on both tires. So they put the other tire on, put extra air in so I can get it to the dealer which was only but a mile down the road. And the air leak is slow anyway so not worried about it. But in the end I went to pay for what was done and I was told, no charge. I was told, we didnt fix anything so why charge you for nothing. That at least made some what a crappy day better...

Tire Kingdom of Excuses!!! 6.75 hours for four tires and an alignment with an appointment and tires in stock. called after 4 hours and told 45 min and would be done. Nope wait another two hours. Why have appointments if this is how you schedule them. Poorly managed shop and when I complain to the manager Carlos, he says they are slammed throws up his a hangs and says that’s the way his business is. Well keep it up and you won’t have to worry about that much longer. I get busy days but not the first time they’ve done me like this but it will be the last.

Very rude worker behind the counter, Carlos. Workers in the shop were screwing around the entire time, and then when the car comes out damaged they just blame you. Would not recommend for any services. Tire kingdom typically does good work but I would stay away from this shop until they get better management.

Recently needed tires in an emergency. Had 2 blow outs on Rt. 95. on the way to visit relatives. Got towed to Tire Kingdom and they got me in right away, and at a reasonable price. Hats off to you and Fl. State Police for the assistance!

I had an appointment for 9am. Arrived and was told the appointment was nonexistent. It was explained to me that they were short handed, that my oil change wouldnt be completed until 11am. I explained that it wasnt a problem. I couldnt pick it up until noon or shortly after. My partner and I were on our way back to Melbourne. I asked him to call and see if they had gotten the oil change done, this was around 1230. They told him it was next in line, that it would be done in about a half hour. My partner thanked him and we stopped at our home. Due to severe thunderstorm, I didnt get to Tire Kingdom until 2pm. When I walked in the door I was rudely told it hadnt been touched and would be done by closing. Shocked, I asked why I wasnt informed of this after my partner called earlier. I cant remember his name, but hes a short heavyset guy with dark facial hair. Yelled at me, told me he never said it would be done in any time frame. That my partner had lied to me. Repeated that he would have it done by 7pm, then threw his hands up and told me if Id rather have the keys back hed be happy to send me down the road to another shop. I was appalled, and embarrassed. There were other customers in the waiting area so I walked out the door. Asked my partner to get my keys and THEN when I got to my car.... The wind down was halfway down and the doors were unlocked. It had been raining heavily for an hour. I always, as habit roll up windows and lock doors. AND today, when I locked my doors, after rolling up my windows. I handed the keys to the rude gentleman that ruined my day. I will be back tomorrow, but I guarantee it will be the last time. 5 hours, for an oil change. And there were only 4 cars ahead of me at 9am. Forgivable. Being disrespected, lied to and having my partner berated and called a liar by a liar... Inexcusable.

Thank you Carlos! We were stuck in Melbourne with a bad tire. Their shop was very busy but Carlos saw what an emergency we had and changed our tire with in minutes and got us back on the road! What he did today made a huge difference in our life and we cant thank him or Tire Kingdom enough.

They put 6 wrong size tires on our RV. All 6 tires treads came off. When we went back to them we were told they put wrong size tires on. They replace them and had we had to pay $600.00 more than what we did the first time. I really thought that was wrong since we had to replace the tires as the tread came off while we were traveling. Now we r going to seek a lawyer to get back our money. And the one in Melbourne was. So rude and didnt eant to do it. His district manager made him do it. And his district manager lied to us and said they had the facility to do the job. And they didnt. Took over 4 hrs. To replace 6 tites

Went to tire kingdom and requested a specific tire. Was told it was in stock. The work was complete and the tires I requested and purchased were not installed on my vehicle. I was told they had been discontinued. After discussion with the sales person I was told it was too late now, there was nothing they could do. I contacted the customer service office listed on the Tire Kingdom web-site and explained the situation to them. Initially they offered a compromised solution, then after a week came back and told me there was nothing they could do. My advice would be to shop elsewhere, however, as a minimum, if you purchase tires at Tire Kingdom be sure to request you physically see the tires before they are mounted and installed on your vehicle. Although the quality of work done in the shop was very good, the sales, service and customer communication was very disappointing to say the least.

The staff is not professional. From the rude guy at the desk, to the loud screwing around mechanics in the back. the Manager (who might be the rude guy at the desk) needs to demand a better attitude, and actions, from his/her staff. My car was done on time. But would have been done 10 minutes earlier if they didnt play dodge-ball, throwing paper products at each other, while using my car as a shield from each other. No more Tire Kingdome for me.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. When I got there, I was notified that I would have to wait 4 hours for my car to be ready. What is the point of making an appointment then? I made the drive to the area for the sole purpose of having my oil change done. I also made the appointment cause I needed to wait there for my car to be done. I never received a call or notification that they wouldnt be able to work on my car at that time. They have no respect for peoples time and theyre also rude about it.

BEWARE! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced plus stole my phone charging cord. John (claims hes a manager) seems completely burnt out yet tries to come off like he cares about the customers but he definitely does not! I had the misfortune to have my car towed there with a flat tire and the entire experience was horrible right from the start. First, John attempted to help me but acted annoyed and had limited communication skills or was too stressed out to. He first tells me he has ONE tire to offer me at one price but then we were actually charged a different price. Nor could he explain in detail about the tires other than what he read on his screen. In the middle of him helping me, his co-workers start talking to him so he stops and starts helping them which I found extremely rude. The entire visit went downhill from there. We ended up buying 4 tires as I was stuck there with no other choice unless I had my car towed again at my expense which they knew. I was told it would be a while before they got to my car, I was there for 4 HOURS! With my dogs who were in the car when I got the flat. I could have had my dogs picked up if Id known they were going to have me there that long! They took EVERY car ahead of me, one lady who wasnt even there waiting and didnt come back to get her car until 6:30pm while I sat there waiting. Finally, at almost 7pm they finish my car then after leaving I find my phone charger cord was STOLEN!!! (this is the second time this has happened in FL at a car place) Called John the next day and he DID NOT CARE ONE BIT... .and told me there was nothing he could do for me. I dont know how this guy is allowed to work with the public and became a manager. They were EXTREMELY SHORT staffed which doesnt surprise me with a manager like that, I wouldnt be surprised if they have a hard time retaining workers. I WILL never go back to this store and will make sure to tell everyone I know about my experience.

The wait time for one tire is ridiculous i keep seeing mechanics talking and walking around as if there is nothing to be done iv been here since 3:15 can you believe its now 4:20 and my car is still on the lift FOR ONE TIRE

Here for the first time and was treated very warmly upon entering. Luis took care of me right away without an appointment. I needed a tire plugged and was relieved to have been helped without any notice.

The front desk service was friendly. I got an oil change today and my tires were supposed to be rotated and my tire pressure was supposed to be checked for $83. Had to go back after I was given back my keys because my tire pressure light came on. Front desk checked my tires and said the mechanic forgot to do it. Then I notified my tires also werent rotated.Not going back.

I went to tire kingdom on Sunday April 24, 2016 and spoke with Chris about getting four michelins put on my Chevy suburban with a three year alignment policy for a price of $810. I was told the price would be good all month. I did some further research and found that to be a reasonable price.I went Tuesday April 26, 2016 to put them on - set up an appointment. When I walked in, the gentlman Chris was sitting reading a magazine and couldnt be bothered to get up and attend to a customer. A gentlman named lou wrote me up and I dropped the car off - I signed a work order for $810! After about 15 minutes I got a call from Lou who proceeded to tell me that the best they could do was $1003.00 and that the promotion had ended. Why didnt he tell me that before I walked out the door?!?They did not make good on the price so, I wont be back. No worries. Someone else will gladly take my money.

Made an appointment to get my oil changed at 3:30. Car wasn’t done until 5:30 and while my car was waiting out front, it took the guy 15 more minutes to let me pay because he was playing on the computer with more customers who came in after me. Not going back. Valvoline takes 20 minutes and you can stay in your car

Wth tire kingdom, we got here almost 3 hours ago for a tire change and we spent 2 hours at the mall waiting for our car to come back to the car sitting in the same place we left it because the workers were to busy looking at the snap on truck after the truck left they said it would be 30 minutes still waiting 45 minutes later while or car sits on the lift with no tires on it and them having bro chats and talking about what they are going to eat for lunch this is ridiculous! Almost 3 friggin hours just to change the frickin tires!

Trash service，cheat on customer，I asked them to fix my horns for my 08 vw passat，and they let me pay $550, and wait for a week for parts, then they told me the 550 not included the labor, and the parts can not be returned, and finally My friend installed my horns, just 15 mins work!

Great place to get an oil change and tires

Went for the first time and took them an hour 1/2 to fix a flat. Woke up the next day and the tire was flat as hell. Then there was no priority to get it fixed. Would never recommend this place.
