Traveling for work, this was my first time living in Florida, and or course, my AC decided to act up.. Based on reviews, I chose GT service and Im so thrilled I did. Jay is very kind and explained everything to me, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I definitely feel like he took care of my car in the most affordable way possible. And my AC is nice and frosty cold now.. And they offer warranty on the bigger fixes! Him and his brother are really great and personable, thank you again!

I had an issue with my Ford freestyle, very serious issue with AC where we cant figure out what was going on with it not wanting to cool. They took the time out of there busy schedule to help us out as quickly as they could and were able to diagnose it right away for us. They were professional, courteous and they had the job done when they said they would as well. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

A year ago I had to have some AC work done on my 2015 Chevy equinox, six months ago had to have a valve replaced under the dash, and just finished getting a complete brake job done. I consistently receive excellent customer service. Jay is always very happy and pleasant, he explains everything really well. They had me in and out of there in no time.

These guys were great! Explained everything in depth from parts and labor cost to what the problems were. Before they started on my vehicle they gave me a quote and I did not feel pressured into anything. I went ahead with the repairs and now my AC is super cold and works just fine. I took a 1990 auto in for tires (Special order) A/C update. I requested they look over all rubber hoses etc for rot. They did. They found rot. They called first. They replaced. The car runs like it did in 1990. Very happy.

They did upper control arm bushings, an alignment and a window regulator on my 2009 maserati quattroporte, which is no easy task. They did a fantastic job at a very good price. Every part of my interaction with GT Service Center was perfect. There was a no-contact drop off in the morning. They called to explain - slowly and clearly - what was found. They completed the effort and I drove off same day. I just moved into the area and to find a reputable auto service place right off the bat was a load off my mind. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend GT Service.

Excellent service, really top notch. We contacted them on a Monday about our A/C not working. They said they could take a look at it that day! Unfortunately, we were unable to drop it off until later that evening but luckily they had a drop off option. Before mid day on Tuesday we received a call explaining what was wrong with the A/C with several options on how to address it. The prices are great! Truly! We had read horror stories about A/C repairs and charges but GT was more than fair. We had a part that was still under warranty at a local store and instead of making us gather the kids and doing the trade in, GT did the leg work for us - That is Service! The vehicle was ready on Thursday of the same week. (Only Tuesday-Thursday). We picked it up Friday and it’s as cold as ever. The price was actually lower than originally quoted!? GT kept in communication with us during this entire event. If you need auto repairs look no further!

I took my car there to have my air checked out in my 2017 Nissan Altima and turned out that i needed to get a new air compressor. If it wasnt for the fact I needed the whole kit and other lingering issues that comes with an older car, it was quite reasonable in terms of price. However what stood out for me even during the covid 19 was the service and professionalism that GT exhibited. Again not only did they service my car with quality care but they made sure that my car is well taken care of in terms of service. Jake and his brother are compassionate at a time where the country is at an uproar in terms of equality. They took really good care of my car and i want to make sure that this type of service and professionalism i received from GT doesnt go without notice.

These guys are the absolute best. They cared about not only my car but also about me. I had received some pretty costly estimates from some other places and they gave me a reasonable quote and explained what repairs they were going to make in a way that way fair and honest. I was initially introduced to GT Service Center when I received a Christmas card in December of 2018. They must have been industrious enough to seek out customers’ names from the previous owner!It was time to seek out a service center to have my oil changed. I called another recommended service location given by a neighbor. Then, I remembered the Christmas card sent by GT Service Center. I called that number. The price was better, but more so than that, the kindness, and consideration of the customer made me want to have the oil change done by GT Service center.My car is a 2007 Buick Lucerne . As I was waiting for them to finish with the oil change, Jay came to tell me that other matters were needing to be addressed. He took me in the service area where my car was, to show me, not just tell me, what needed to be attended. After the repairs, my 201,000 plus mileage car took me from Florida to Ohio and now back to Florida.It is more like a friendship than a business transaction when you have your service at GT Service Center. I felt that so much that I baked a loaf of banana bread when I left last winter and now have the car serviced for a heater problem, I brought them another loaf. This time I hope that they like strawberry bread.

Very thankful for GT Service Center. My truck started to have issues with the a/c. They were super understanding when I called concerned with the heat. They got me in right away and fixed my problem. I would like to also say how impressed I was with the honesty and moral here. While scheduling my appt I was given some ideas as to what could have been the issue as well as cost estimates ... I was prepared for the worst. Mr. Tapia took the time to call me and advise me that once everything was looked at it was a much simpler fix and it was only half the cost than what we expected. I was impressed with the honesty and value that this company held in an opportunity they could have taken advantage of me. I appreciated them in a world full of dishonesty. Thank you.

Jay took great care of my car. He went above and beyond, coming in early and leaving late, in order to get my car fixed in a timely manner. I had just bought a used car that had a broken condenser and he fixed it up and had it blowing cold air as soon as possible. He even took care to reinstall the bumper in the proper manner, which wasnt done by the last group that removed it. I will definitely be coming back here for any potential service needs.

This is probably the best mechanic in Brevard county. They are prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. They fixed my A/C in one day, and to think I’ve gone with out for 2 years! Next time I have I have to get my car taken care of, it’s going here!

Dropped my 98 Toyota off at GT Auto complaining about soft brake pedal. Jay, the owner, got back to me later and said the system needed a new Booster, explaining how present one was causing pedal problem. He gave a itemized estimate and said he would guarantee the work 2 years, both parts and labor.      That guarantee was a  important point. At home I found some cheaper boosters online, but only 1 year guarantee and of course I was responsible for labor if replacement was necessary.       Havent brot car in yet, but I will.

These guys are beyond great, its hard to describe in words. I searched for a place to fix an electrical issue I wasnt sure how to fix in my built 2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4 so it was hard to find someone to work on a very modified car, another shop looked at it for 20 min and said looks too complicated, itll cost more than 2000 to even find the problem. So I found GT Service Center and called, Jay said call someone he knows first because they might be able to do it cheaper because they have a dyno, but they ended up not being able to do electrical fixes so Jay happily took the job with a warning that it may be expensive (Which I understood, these issues never are easy)I dropped it off Friday 10/23/2020 towards closing so they didnt get to it until this morning Tuesday 10/27/2020 and they called me around 11 saying they have narrowed down the issue and itll be around 1:30 when its done... I was BEYOND surprised they not only found the issue that fast and fixed it knowing its not my daily car so its not a #1 priority, AND also surprised it only cost 600 dollars (sounds like a lot, but compared to 2000 to even find the issue, and how hard these issues can potentially be, its not much at all), they both worked on it to cut down the time it would take, which as a student at Florida Tech, I am very thankful for! I usually do all the work myself except for electrical stuff, so its really hard to find a place I trust to do a good job and not screw me over, especially since I have just moved here, and these guys did exactly that, I hate to be the guy to write the corny review but I am really happy with the job they did and will definitely be bringing any issues I cant handle to them, everyone there are qualified and down right good people, thanks for fixing my hot mess of a Neon!Nicholas Cicotte

Brought my 2012 C250 in for some major engine repairs and these guys totally hooked me up. Worked with my existing warranty on the vehicle and really helped me out with great pricing. Also brought previous vehicles (2001 BMW 325ci, 2005 BMW X3, and 2006 BMW X5) in, and these guys have always been completely honest with me about the conditions of these cars and how much it would cost me. Always reasonable and reliable. Would recommend to anyone, whether you’re in need of as little as an oil change and or as big as a whole new engine, these guys know what they’re doing!

These guys are great at what they do (and super friendly, too). You will get great quality for a reasonable price. I have been taking all my cars and the company car there for regular oil changes, maintenance, and repairs.

Personally I think anyone who owns a vehicle, which is almost everybody, should have a reliable mechanic they know they can trust nd that wont rip them off. Well these are ur guys, always reliable nd in my experience they have my best interest at heart nd not just trying to BS nd get paid! They take the time to diagnose any nd all issues nd give u a detailed plan of attack. There prices are reasonable nd Im sure better then some other shops around nd most of the time as soon as u give the go ahead theyr able to get started rgt away on ur repairs.. We have had numerous things done and the guys are always nice. My Jeep is older and they always give me options to fix it. I’ve never felt pressured to do anything and always complete transparency in the options. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My ac was blowing hot so took my Honda there because the reviews were positive. The owner showed me where the previously installed compressor (two years ago) was not only improperly installed, but was very old. After I told him it would be November 1 before I can do the repairs, he even waived the diagnostics fee. This is after I overheard him very graciously treating an older gentleman customer while I was there. I will definitely go back and have the repairs done at GT.

My AC in my 2007 Tahoe was blowing hot air and needed to have it service, but I was away from my normal repair guy. Decided to Google for repair shops in the area and was glad I did. GT Service Center has very high reviews and now I know why.Jay took the time to explain everything as to what was wrong with the AC and what was needed to fix the problem. My daughters car wouldnt start and was stuck in the parking lot at her school. I called the guys at GT Service Center, and they sent a tow truck to pick it up. The car was dropped of to them after 6 PM. I was not expecting a call from them till the next morning, but instead they called me at 7:15 PM letting me know what was wrong. They said that they can get the parts first thing in the morning, and have it done. They fixed the car and not only were they fast but they were also very nice. I would highly recommend this shop for all repairs!!!

Freaking awesome job on my Mustang. Again! Running like a new car, and as usual the maintenance was done faster than I thought possible. They rock because theyll go the distance to explain everything theyre doing to the point of drawing pictures to help you understand. The best mechanic Ive ever used and with great prices. Excellent Service!!! Had them install an Exhaust for me on my 2014 Camaro and they did an amazing job! Not only was it a good affordable price but they installed and welded it on really fast and it turned out great. Definitely will be going back again and would recommend to anyone.

Had my timing belt replaced along with water kit for Chev Cruse.The work was done properly and when not quite ready on Friday at 5:00,they provided rental for weekend, so they could finish on Monday morning. Honest and nice people.

GT Service has been caring for my four cars, three of which are Fieros. All these cars have over 100,000 miles on them and have periodic maintenance needs. My oldest is an 87 GT which was at GT Service in April for routine maintenance prior to a road trip to Wisconsin in May. The car ran flawlessly for the 3000 mile road trip in eight days to Wisconsin and back.

Excellent service! I took my car in for a transmission flush and tune-up; my car was in and out, everyone was very knowledgeable and the pricing was very reasonable. My car runs great and I plan on going back any time I need a mechanic.

I went for a regular service of my car and an issue of the window glass on the front passenger side not moving up/down.For the window issue, i had the new part (window motor) with me which need to be put in there. For that they told upfront that there is no assurance for the part as it is not purchased from them, which is correct and i agreed. Then they tried to put that part and declared that it is not working may be because of wrong part. The total time they might have spend for this is around 20 mins and they asked me to pay $67 for this. I paid this amount but i feel $67 for this work is way too high.Regarding to the regular service part, i have not been informed about what are the liquids they have changed and what is the condition of other parts like belts, tire condition and any other filters. Basically i expected that they will provide me an information verbally about the condition of the car while doing the regular service. The reason of doing the service is to know the condition (which i received from other service centers in the past) of the car but i have not been informed about that.

Our A/C went out on us on our trip from NY to FL. We made it to Disney hot and sweaty. When we had a day (Friday before Labor Day) in Melbourne we called and were told that GT Service could get our car into look at and repair. They did the work quickly and so far everything seems great. (The real test will be the drive home.) The work was done at the price quoted and that was a lot cheaper than what I had been quoted at a dealership. My father-in-law was also very impressed and said that he would also take his car here. I know that if I need work again when I am down here I will not hesitate to call GE Service. Thank you guys very much.

My 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD starter died last week and I called Robert immediately after I finally got the starter to crank one last time. He told me to bring him the truck right away. I thought that I would be leaving my truck for a day or two for the repair! Although they were busy, they made the time to troubleshoot and remove / replace my starter. GT SERVICE CENTERI have been having transmission problems on my 10 year old Buick Rendezvous for about eight months. It has been shifting hard, and riding pretty erratic.I really like the vehicle and I’m not ready to give up on it!I have a friend, whose judgment I trust completely. He recommended GT Service Center.I was introduced to Robert. A very knowledgeable mechanic.I left my vehicle with Robert and his young mechanic, William.And within a couple of hours he called me with his diagnoses.I was expecting the worst. But these guys assured me of there findings.They gave an upfront price. It was less than one third the price of the new transmission that I was quoted from a transmission place up north.GT Service Center fixed the actual problem without a full replacement.It took a couple of days to get the parts needed.The day after, I picked up my vehicle, the transmission now shifts perfectly, and it feels like I have a new car!I am very pleased with these guys. I will be a future customer and recommend my friends and neighbors,Good auto repair shops are tough to find. I will give you two words to describe this repair shop…………..“HONESTY and INTREGRITY”

Silent service

Robert, Pat, and the guys in the shop are par eccellente! After four other shops--including the dealer--could not or would not spend the time to find a serious metal-on-metal rattle in my 04 Buick Lesabre, these guys figured it out. It took perseverance and a desire to solve my problem of the rattle (along with some other mechanical issues) . . .and it took a while, but they kept after it . . . and in the end, it turned out to be in the steering column. These guys are the most professional and polite team of anywhere I have ever had service. They genuinely wanted to take care of me. Great job, guys!!!
