Amazing team since the new people took over San really helps out with everything we needed and more great customer service

Sprint service and rules arent the best but Daja and Courtney at the mall branch are AMAZING! Patient, tolerant and hilarious! Thanks ladies!

The manager on duty at the time was very rude, she kept going to the back with her boyfriend, they was playing around the whole time. Courtney was the worker who helped me the whole time but she was asking the manger Jordan for helped on trying to get my pictures over to my new phone and she kept blowing us off on trying to help us. Jordan kept saying she had to go she was going on a date with her boyfriend. I asked Jordan to help me airdrop my pictures over for me she said it was time for her to go so she wanted me to see if it would go over night and for me to come back the next day. She went in the back for 30 minutes with her boyfriend and came back out with her face all red and she said they was play fighting around the whole time. I think that is very unprofessional. Courtney and Daja was the only two who helped me the whole time I was here. I had to come back the next day to get my pictures brought over again thanks to Courtney and daja for helping me finally airdrop my pictures like I had wanted to begin with. I was not pleased with the manger Jordan at all!!

I like the one on Wards ed the best. Seems like there is always new people that are not as knowledgeable

My one star comes primarily from the lack of quality customer service at this particular location. There are other Sprint locations in the area that provide way better customer service.

Although this is listed as. ReadyNow store, I was told they coild not provide a replacement SIM card or help me with my phone. I was told there is only 1 store in Lynchburg that is allowed to give SIM cards. Really?

I got help fixing my phone with a problem I got great help at the store.She worked my problem out .I highly recommended this store.

Sprint is still here, Yes!
