Paid 118 dollars to have phone screen and home button replaced. Went a week with home button not working and took to another place. Jackass didn’t put half the screws back in and didn’t put bracket back over home button. Other place said they haven’t ever seen such poor work. Highly advise against using them for phone repair!

So I got my sim card tray in backwards and could not get it out. I came by and she fixed it for me no problem!!! Great service. I will definitely be back for any other issues I have in the future, hopefully there arent any. However, if there is, I know where to go!!!

I dropped my phone to a James River while fishing, it was completely dead by the time I took it out. I had lots of pictures that meant a lot to me. I went to different places and they all told me that the logic board is completely dead and there is no physical way to get the information out of it. I desperately started calling other places and Jimmy said that he can do it as if its something easy. I dont usually trust kiosks, however, I had no other choice. In about 4 days he called me and said that data transfer was successful, but when I came there, he gave me back the working phone!!! All those places said its dead for sure and here we are! I was shocked, to say the least. I promised him to share my experience and here I am. Again, Jimmy, thank you personally so much, youre a miracle man!

So, my galaxy s8 screen cracked a few months ago and it finally played on me. I called to see if my screen could be fixed they said that they had the parts and that they could fix it. Once I arrived technician was nice and very professional he said it would take about an hour, but the process took a little over 30 min. I am very pleased with the outcome and compared to other places the price was reasonable. Thanks again!

As someone who has had to replace their screen more than once I can honestly say that iFIx is by far the best. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff that were able to tell me about the entire process. I think the best part is that you get to watch them do it right in front of you! My screen looked brand new and they even put on the tempered glass and case I picked out while they were doing the repair (I highly recommend getting both the tempered glass and case, they have saved my phone several times). I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes. This store is incredible, I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had a first happen two days ago- I dropped my iPhone on some rocks and the screen cracked! I have never had this happen to me so naturally I panicked a little about how much it was going to cost to get t fixed. I did some searching on google to discover many different options of places to go to. I called iFix screen repair and spoke to Jimmy. He told me that I am welcome to come in whenever to get it fixed or I can make an appointment. I had some free time this afternoon, gave him a call and was able to make an appointment for the next hour! I walked right in and Jimmy helped me out! The service was fast and Jimmy was very efficient with his work! And it was cheaper than other places I had called! My phone was repaired in less time than he originally told me! I will definitely be coming back here if this happens to my phone again!

I took my phone to T-mobile and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. I thought it was trashed and would lose all pics and files not backed up. I was told I could claim the warranty but instead I tried this kiosk in the mall. They quickly identified it as an easy problem and fixed it in a couple minutes. All content still intact. They are also very down to earth. Highly recommend.

Great Business. Honest and SMART. My iPhone 6s was not charging, I did all the mumbo jumbo online about cleaning the ports, changing cords and rebooting multiple times. Gave up. Google Searched and found them. Bottom line, they were able to diagnose the issue in 5 minutes and resolved the charging issue (NO CHARGE). I would have paid them. Ill be back.

After Batteries and Bulbs turned me away - claiming that the frame on my iPhone 6 was too bent, and they couldnt remove the screen for liability reasons - I swung by the mall on a whim, and ran into this kiosk where the nice gentleman confidently said he could replace my phones battery in 20 minutes. I killed the time at B&C Sports and he was already waiting, having completed the job, by the time I got back. I only had to pay $40 (way less than I expected) so that was a pleasant surprise. The guy was also very clear with his instructions - let the battery die down all the way, then charge it up completely - and warned me that the Settings screen may take a week or so to recognize that the battery is new, but that the replacement battery should work just like a new one. (It does.) Couldnt possibly be more satisfied with the service I received.

I took my broken smart phone to these guys after it had been fixed by another shop in town. They diagnosed the problem immediately, gave me a summary of the procedures, explained the risk of fixing what the other shop had done wrong, told me how much it would cost, and a few days later delivered it to, as good as new. A few days later I had another phone with a cracked screen. They fixed it in less than a half hour. These guys know what they are doing. They are courteous and professional and I will always consult them first from now on.

I was very overwhelmed when my new iPhone 6S Plus was cracked only days after getting it. While asking my college friends about the best place to repair it, as well as doing my own research i.e. calling and surfing the web, I decided that Ifix was the best location. I was VERY comfortable in the store as the staff is welcoming and willing to answer all of my question -- nothing is a secret and they do the repairs right in front of you. I knew I was getting the best bang for my buck. Overall, I am extremely happy with the results. Not to mention, the new tempered glass I got from their store was reasonably priced compared to their competitors.

One day I dropped my MacBook and the screen was shattered. I looked up the screen replacement in Lynchburg and found about 5 places. They quoted me $280-$400 for the screen replacement and about 5 days to get the screen. The guy at iFix quoted me $230 and about 2 days to fix it. I needed my MacBook ASAP and I went to the mall. In 2 days my Laptop as good as new! He also answered all my questions.
