The staff is not very knowledgeable on some of the Boost upcoming transitions. Regarding the sim card issue.

Allow me to explain just how horrible my experience with this store was.I started my day looking to buy a phone, they did not have it so I purchased an equivalent phone from Best Buy (Galaxy A52 5G). I went home to check the phones compatibility on the Boost network. After confirming on the website the phone would work, I called up this store to get a sim card. They said they had them. I went in and none of their cards worked. They then told me to go to Best Buy and get a card from them. After doing so, they then said that card did not work and that the phone was not compatible with their network. They then tried to sell me a phone from their store.Frustrated, I went home and called Boost Mobile support. They explained the phone needed a specific sim card and would send it to me free of charge. I got the sim card today and the phone works great, no issues. This store ran me around for HOURS, wasted my gas, and stressed me out for no reason. They took no initiative. Best Buy knew more about your network than you.If you are in need of a Boost Store, go to Forest VA or order what you need elsewhere. If you have questions, call Boost support. Youll get much further using those options. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Stay away from this location.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. They push the crappiest phones on you then do not want to honor any promises they make. They purposely lie to you about the details of your service and then make you feel stupid for questioning them later. If you get too truthful and insist they honor their agreement and/or contracts they will literally threaten to call the police on you. Maybe if they concentrated more on customer service rather than flirting with other customers the store would do better.

I changed my provider over to Boost last year and am impressed by the price but have HATED the customer service. Especially from this particular store, the two people who are always working here could care less about the customers and their time. They are rude and inconsiderate and are constantly taking breaks, slacking off and on their phones.... honestly it’s a matter of time before Boost shuts this store down. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this store!!
I love these people at this store. They are so nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the different phones and plans. I give them an A+ for customer service.

Have not been to the store yet so this review is not for the phone the store was helpful on telling me where to get a Sim kit but the customer service over the phone is not worth a lint nickle. Hard to understand stand and they have no patience. Call service I give one star store servsese I give 5.
After fighting with the phone service with a simple that was not compatible with my phone my wife took my phone to this store and was able to use my old sim. Thank you guys. You guys where the asprin to my head ache aka boost mobile call center.

When going in to make payments got to wait sometime 15 mins. Then the person who is working doesnt know anything about the phone youre wanting to get . They rather be talking to someone on the phone about what there doing, then taking time for the customers. Been waiting on a phone for 2 months was told I would be notified when they came in. Which never happened, and now there out of stock again . Bs of a business .
They are very rude at this store
Paid their jacked up price for a replacement phone (because we did not have insurance, our fault). The problem is that when she set it up, she did not inform us that there was a number you can call to set up for free instead of having them do it for you. She charged us an additional $15.00 without our consent to activate the new phone and then claimed she could not remove the charge when I got angry that we could have done ourselves for free. When I expressed my irritation of her deception she exclaimed, Its only $15. If you must choose Boost Mobile (because honestly the service and price for unlimited family plan is good) just make sure you ask if there are any fees associated with set up and if there is any way that you can avoid those fees. Dont let them rob you!!!12/16/16 Update: Called the store to ask about the supposed credit of $50 for their free phone (I had to pay for it up front) advertisement for switching from Frawg. The guy had no idea what he was talking about and just started spouting off random answers that negated each other. I asked if he was lying and he hung up in my face!!!
