Absolutely worst experience ever. My mother bought a phone and warranty. The phone did not work right. Page plus said send everything back exactly how they sent it. So she does, while waiting for refund, we call. They say they have no record of the purchase, that all phones on their website are third party sellers contact them. Well you can’t contact them at all. My mom lost almost 300.00. We called page plus over and over. You can’t understand them at all. They claim they don’t sell the phones or warranty. Only third party sellers. She not only lost price of the brand new phone but the price of the warranty which they do not honorWorst company, worst experience. My mother can’t afford to throw that kind of money away. Buyers beware, it’s a scam
