Mel has been a terrific help transitioning to a bew phone, and especially setting up my new Samsung for bilingual, Spanish-English keyboard. She has been most helpful and most patient.

Let me tell you about cricket wireless, I have never had better customer service, they tell you everything down to the point so no hidden fees show up. Mel( I think that’s the managers name) was fantastic. She helped me port over from Verizon which included two PIN numbers a different account number and pin just to switch over and it took under an hour and was nothing but patient and kind to me. Will continue to be a customer and keep telling people about Cricket!

Horrible customer service and made statements that are untrue. I am not saying do not ship here. If you do be careful of inaccurate information about importing your number from a different carrier. Also when asked for management contact or when management will be on-site to speak to them of this situation was provided the Cricket Customer Service number which has no affiliation with the Cricket retailer at the Timberlake location.

I had a great experience. I went over to switch from Verizon, everyone there was super awesome and knowledgeable. They even helped me save more money then I initially thought Id be saving. I would definitely recommend this place and the service has been spot on. Will definitely be going back to add some more lines! Hands down best prices, coverage, and great customer service.

The customer service tech was very helpful and informative. The service transfer went as well as the tech said it would be. Overall excellent service.

The clerks did not have basic knowledge of cellphones and where not at all very helpful. I went in for one thing and they wouldnt even sell me it. I asked the lady if she set the APN. She had absolutely no clue what I ment. She inserted a Sim card in my wifes phone while it was on. She kept going on how the phone was incompatible. I said did you restart the phone after inserting the Simcard. The lady looked at me like I was dumb. I restarted phone and the network popped up. So we went to buy a Sim card and well we got past activation point and all that and they had told me the Sim card was 9.99. Okay comes to find out there is a 25 dollar activation fee. So we left the store. I called cricket wireless and they helped me set everything up over the phone. Come to find out later the morons at the store left the number activated on my account. Thankfully customer service over the phone was wonderful and very helpful. Ended up buying the Simcard from Best Buy. These people didnt even try to make the sale and I know for a fact there pay is based on commission. In closing just be aware that if you visit this store the two who work there have no basic knowledge of cell phones. I hope that cricket will later hire better staff who is more qualified. 1 out of 5 stars
