I had to wait 20 minutes to learn the phone I wanted was out of stock. They dont put prices on any accessories. They tried to charge me $85 for a basic wall charger. Lolz!

The store manager Destany was fabulous. My Pixel phone, which is why I was there, started smoking as she was trying to retrieve info from it. She remained calm and thoroughly completed the necessary needs for me to get a new phone. She was very professional to all other customers who were waiting, explaining about the new rules due to Covaid. I give her a 10+ . She was great .

I had a great experience with Destany when I got my new phone. She was very helpful and extremely efficient. I came in with 3 other people on different plans than myself and we were in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend her and come back to this Verizon to work with her again.

I have an unlocked Motorola G6. According to the manufacturer it is fully compatible with Verizon. I checked with Verizons online tool and it showed it was fully compatible. When I went to the store to transfer from another carrier to Verizon I was told there was no way that my phone could work and that their system showed it was incompatible. For that reason I bought another phone that would work with the network. I then got home switched the SIM card to my old phone and found it worked great. I used it for a week to make sure and then returned the phone that I bought. I live pretty far from the store so all of these repeated trips were pretty annoying. 2 stars because their system made me have to go through all of the hassle of buying and returning a new phone.

Made a upgrade to my account with switching my Google pixel XL to the upgraded pixel XL 2 paid for a OtterBox case along with a glass screen protector and they installed it wrong so now my front facing camera is not able to work since it is covered up Im a over the road truck driver so cant go back there to have it repaired and all other Verizon stores cant fix it unless I pay 75$ for a new piece of glass so thats one thing thats bad that they screwed up then the same day and time I also added a mobile hotspot device onto my account was told its the top of the line hot spot went home after spending over $500 that day in that store (took over 2 days for all my apps to download and manually switch everything onto the pixl 2 no thanks to the store and had issues with the hot spot called the Verizon # to try and see what was wrong as to why I was told fastest speeds and was getting .09 download and upload speeds in my home they did everything they could on the phone then said take it to a corporate store the next day did that went to the corporate store on wards road they changed my sim free of charge then told me the top of line device I had is over a year old and was sold a bad one went home didnt think much of it after been shown the new one the corporate store carries and still was slow speeds so went back to the store was unhappy with paying so much for getting a old device plus not what they said with high speeds after a hour of fighting got them to return it it is now a movie theater later and they never removed the device off my account so Im paying for it still on the phone with corporate as we speak because so far they screwed me over 3 times over the period of a month straight next time Im in the area going to talk to the owner of the store and get a lawyer involved because I wasted over $800 in stuff that never got me anywhere and back to square one so lets just say this u have not heard the end of me.

The first time I went I was only looking for information on upgrading my phone and renewing my family plan. I wouldnt be the one paying for it so I needed all the information I could get to relay to the account holder. The guy I talked to was very helpful, but he did give me some misinformation. When we were going over the plans available he forgot to mention the base monthly fee, so when I relayed the information it was less than it actually turned out to be.When I went back the second time to finalize the changes we had talked about that associate was with a customer so I had to talk to someone else. Who seemed to be getting trained from someone who was possibly a store manager. This store manager was incredibly pushy and forceful in his sales techniques. I had already discussed before what I wanted and wanted nothing more. I chose the phone I wanted and this manager came over with an Otterbox cover and laid it on the phone box while I was getting checked out, saying that I needed one and that they were excellent. Well, at $35 it better be! I told him multiple times that I DID NOT want it and he kept trying to put it with my things to purchase. The guy almost rung it up and I had to tell him again, NO, I do not want that!.I left rather frustrated. I did not get his name but in future I will avoid having to deal with him.I had to return nearly a year later now because my phone would not charge anymore and it was still under manufacturers warranty. None of the people I had dealt with before were there and the guy that helped me was nice and very helpful but again, I was given misinformation. I was told that because I was not the main account holder I could not request a replacement under the warranty. Even though my name is still on the account as someone who can make changes, I was told I would have to have the main account holder call Verizon Customer Service and make the request. So I called my family member, she called customer service, who then called me and promptly told me that they could have taken care of it IN STORE because my name was also on the account.After that I went to Go Wireless at Graves Mill Shopping center and my issue was very promptly taken care of.Never going to A-Wireless again.

Id give this store NO STARS (if i could) . First all I waited an hour until a third associate came in. As soon as I sat down he asked why are you here? I explained I was due for an upgrade and Id wanted to know what steps I had to take to do that. After looking up my account (that I share with my mother) he told me I could not do anything with out her here as well. I explained we live states away and I have authority to access the account, he then in a very short NASTY tone told me he could loose his job and asked what type a person I was for him who had a family to care for, to loose his job. He then began to try and sell me some cellphone tracking device, as soon as I said no thank you sir, i just want to know about my upgrade he became very irrational and said he could not help me and he had to note my account that i was an UNRULEY customer and I was to leave the store NEVER in my life have I been treated that way or kicked out of a store. I also work in customer service for almost 12 years now so I know how some people can be, but this guy MATTEW should NOT be working in the public eye...and I am switching to AT&T.

The integrity of customer service is best shown not when things go smoothly, but when something does not go well and the employee goes out of his or her way to make amends and get you the best experience.I could not have dreamed of a more willing and helpful customer service experience than that which I received from Matthew, the store manager, who went way beyond any expected job description in order to help my wife and I transfer our internet from Dishnet to Verizon JetPack.While other providers may offer competitive deals, the real service, person to person, from Verizon remains absolutely unparalleled. If there is anything remotely related to Verizon that you have questions about, stop by the store and I guarantee you will have a positive experience.
