On the communication end they are great, and they do try to work with you SOMETIMES. What i dislike is, their cars are not what they make them out to be, but i suppose thats their job, to get cars off the lot. I could barely pay my carnote for having to fix a million things on it every other week. (and ill give them that, theyll work with you if your late or behind) They took the car before and didnt let me get any of my belongings out of it, INCLUDING my childs carseat. When i got the car back and it began to run hot and mess up again, i decided i no longer wanted the car and i let them know that i would bring it back the next day and turn it in. They sent a tow truck that same night to pick it up without me knowing and AGAIN took my childs carseat and when i called and asked where it was took to being that i no longer live in longview, she said she didnt know yet. I asked her why she towed the car without me knowing, she responded you said you didnt want it anymore. True enough i did tell her that but i also made the statement that i would bring it to them so i could get all of my belongings out the vehicle because keep in mind i just moved and i had alot of belongings in the car, my sons carseat, and my paper for me to be able to start my job. I informed her of this and she said well ill let you know when the car makes it to the lot in longview. i said thats all fine and dandy but how am i suppose to travel two an a half hours to longview with my child, WITHOUT a carseat? How am i suppose to start my new job? she responded well i dont know what to tell you on that end not a apology or anything. Yeah, Friendly alright. i guess theyre a good place to get a car if you can find one worth paying a large down payment on like i did. They have fancy new modern cars some even with low miles, but dont let that fool you. The radiator was leaking on my car, the A/C kept going out, it wont hold any coolant at all, i had to replace all 4 tires in less than 4 months, and the passenger door broke the 2nd week i had it. The car barely shifted right. I got a flat oneday and when i went to get it plugged to keep from spending some of my car note money, the mechanics said the tire had already been plugged twice, not to mention their was not one single spare in the car for me to use for the time being. and it was a 2011 Chevy Cruze. One of the other tires had a knot in it as well. If your gonna get a car from here make sure you have knowledge of good and bad cars. Dont go off what they tell you.
