Stacy was nice the only person I spoke to the whole time here.I was in need of a car and bought my 2013 Chevy sonic with them. I live 2 and a half hours away and when I came to see it it did not have an engine check light but it did have tire pressure light on. Around driving it about 45 mins away from the dealership (bringing it home) the engine check light came on but was very faint, I rubbed on the light and black residue came off as if it was maybe covered with something. The two front tires we had already seen so we planned on changing them when we got home. Engine check light is gonna cost to fix so it’s just an inconvenience. I did text Stacy about all the issues that popped up but she did tell me they couldn’t help with the cost of fixing it since it was sold as is, but that their mechanic could look at it. Took it to get an oil change since the stick looked dirty. Turns out oil change was long overdue. They should fix ALL problems on cars before putting on lot to sale. I was already there and spent money on gas to see the car so I couldn’t leave without something.

On July 3 2019, I bought a car from Best Chance Auto. There have been some small issues with the car. Tim was there to help finding out what the problem was. Last week it wouldn’t start. Once again they were there to help find out what the problem was. They didn’t have to help at all since the purchase was an as is warranty. I would highly recommend Best Chance Auto for your next purchase. They are good people and they do care! I can’t think of any other used car dealership that would help you as they do!Vickie Redden

Very predatory, inaccurate bookkeeping reported and sells cars with tires that have been marked unsafe, if its almost showing treadthen dont just leave it on the car.I get that the fact that they sell used cars but public safety should come first. So vehicles needing repairs with parts that have been recalled should be a part of the conversation before you get them to sign on the dotted line. Beware of things that may look good but arent!

Its a great place to get a car but it has a poor customer service. Sabrina wont work with you at all. However Tony the owner is a great guy.

These people are truly amazing!!!! Stacy and Tim are really great people. Stacy helped me get into a car without any stress or headach back in November. She worked with me to get into the car i wanted. N was very kind never rude the entire time. 4 months later i come in to make a payment and im driving a different car that i did not buy from them. Fuel pump went out. They where so kind and helped me figure out the problem and got someone to fix it same day. While i was waiting they where so kind and generous with my son who has trouble staying still and they where so patient with him! Thank you guys so much!!! Yall truly amazing people!!
