Friendly customer service. They were willingly to help me which I had no credit. Absolutely amazing since they’ve told me I could put as much as I want for down payment, but told me which specific vehicle may need an exact amount. Other than friendly, they were funny. I actually enjoyed Phillip whom explained everything to me. The funny thing is he likes Baby Yoda.Nevertheless, it’s a good company. Just came in for a vehicle and now I’m driving out with one! I’m so excited and I’m happy to be getting a vehicle from this place!

Bought a car from there few weeks after having the car we experienced problems I understand its a used car but when you have a warranty and they say that they will solve problems thats what you expect. Started by changing out coil packs next time we run into problems they change plugs, wires a few different sensors runs good a few days back to having problems change more coil packs bring it back another time they have to replace the catalyic converter and its still doing the same thing and for the past year Everytime I drop the car off saying its doing the same thing they say the machine says nothing is wrong drives fine but when I drive it its shaking and about to die at a red light SMH I guess there mechanics arent real mechanics or there tired of me bringing the car back I asked from the beginning can we exchange for a better vehicle or something but no they dont care they just there money and dont care about there paying customers never missed a payment and if it wouldnt mess my credit up I would have dropped the car off along time ago dont recommend them to anyone worst experience ever buying a car Ive bought $1,000 cars that run better than the ones they charge $17,000 for

The staff and manager at Byrider in Longview are awesome I giving them a 3-star rating because of my experience with the car I purchased a vehicle that was a complete and total lemon dangerously shutting off randomly in the middle of driving,parking lots, and red lights. The manager Bruce went above and beyond once notified about the issue to do everything he could to resolve it eventually having to give me a new car. Even with my sometimes flushed rating attitude the mechanics and staff continue to try to be as patient as possible with me they told and fixed the vehicle until we had no other resolve. The rating is because the car in general what was just horrible the lack of selection at their site also is not great I had to pick my original car from the Tyler lot. I would definitely recommend the JD Byrider staff in Longview.

Philip and all the staff did an amazing job on helping us get into a car the same day answered all of our questions.got us into the car we wanted for a really good price. My next car will be getting bought from this company.But now its been a year into the note and i have had to bring my car back 3 times to get it worked on.two of the times was in the first month. I would say the retail people are nice but maintenance theyre rude and also when I found out that my motor mounts were about to go bad I had to fight for them to get it replaced and only had the car for a month and also when he was test driving it to diagnose the problem he was speeding and almost got me into accident

I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia here back in February. Almost immediately the transmission started slipping. I have taken it in for repair on 3 different occasions. They still will not fix the transmission as they say they dont feel like there us anything wrong. Believe me.....the transmission is slipping horrible. I am beyond displeased with JD Byrider and will be taking back to the shop AGAIN for the 4th time to be fixed. They are not honoring their warranty. I strongly suggest you find another place to buy a used car.

They needed proof of this happening so I show last weeks check stub $1,400 and this weeks check stub $400 and I still get asked if I could still make a payment. And then to be told this will be the only time. Well if my job slows down again I wont all Im just going to bring the car back and be done with them. Been with them for almost 4 years planned on buying another vehicle after this one is done but never again. Never going back. Very unprofessional

I dont recommend them at all. I was hit by a deer coming home one night and it damaged the front end of my car. I called the next day and told Phillip about what had happened. Everything seemed like it was gonna be fine. He said itll take a couple of days to see if the car was totaled or not well a couple of days turned to 4 WEEKS!!! I called every other day to see if they had any updates on the car. Phillip will tell me lies and he just isnt an honest man. It got to the point where I had to buy a second cash car cause they dont give out LOANERS! Well after 4 weeks they finally told me that my car was totaled. They told me I had the option of getting another car with them if I pay the $500 deductible or have the remaining balance which is almost 8,000 DOLLARS! sent to the credit bureau! So I decide to just get another car with them! Well Phillip told me I would have to trade in my second car because they dont feel Ill be as responsible on paying the car note because I have a second car. I was highly offended. Never ever did I miss a payment on my car before it was totaled. JD Byrider is a shady company. DO NOT do business with them!!!
