I have been trying to get a hold of the service department for a week now. Ive called all different times throughout the day everyday. I was finally able to book an appt on their website yesterday but unfortunately had to cancel today. Tried to call several times again today and could not get through and now their online scheduling is down. What gives?!

New to the area and want to give a shout out to the Service Department, especially Ryan, Trey & Jeff. Ive always said a Service Department will determine a dealership sales performance. You only buy the car once but need to service it many times over. If I feel Im treated fairly & respectfully, youre going to get my next car purchase. Hyundai Longview, Ive always loved my Hyundai and youve earned my next new car. Cars in excellent shape so not too soon, but Ill spread the word in the meantime.
Best customer service experience I’ve had at an auto dealership in many years! I just moved to the the area and was dreading getting my car serviced at a dealership again after many bad experiences at other dealerships. The service advisor here was welcoming, friendly and professional. The cost and timing of the service was surprisingly reasonable. Generally, everyone I spoke to was friendly and went out of their way to help me. Thank you all!
Had a great experience until AFTER the sale.In my opinion, you need to make sure your vehicle is 100% ready to go before driving off the lot. They had ordered a new tire for mine and we were told my car would be picked up on Sept 28. After a few emails and one heated phone call, they finally picked it up on October 12.In my opinion, you need to make sure your vehicle has everything that is listed on the window sticker because they have no clue what they are selling and youll never get the items. My window sticker clearly states that my car was to come with a cargo tray, a cargo tray that I still dont have and they have no interest in providing or reimbursing me for.
Really bad experience, The seller was super friendly, but the guy who was in charge of doing the part of the sales paperwork was super rude !! He never showed his face, he always kept the seller as an intermediary until we decided to leave. He appeared! Very bad experience 0 stars poor customer service satisfaction !!

I had never considered a Hyundai before this purchase. A friend of mine suggested that I look at a Palisade and I fell in love with it! I paid a little more for it than I wanted to because of the market right now, but the salesman (Taylor) was great at negotiating with his manager to get the price down to a number that I would consider.

We take my husbands truck there for the oil change & They didnt come to talk to my husband about his oil plug is starting to get worn out before putting new oil in so he can buy a new one instead told him after the oil was changed that it was worn out to watch it. We had his trucks oil changed there before because our car is a Hyundai & thought we could keep trusting them with his truck. He is very upset about this because now he hope the oil plug doesnt come out while driving his truck.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. No one in the service department ever answers the phone. They do not return phone calls. Asked to be contacted by the service manager and its been over a week.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! My son and I drove 6 hours round trip just to find a vehicle with damage on almost every panel. This truck was 50k and we were told that it was damage free and we would be impressed with how nice it was. I do think there are honest car salesmen out there, I just don’t think they are located at this dealership.
I talked to a sales man and he was very nice and there are some very nice cars especially the black limited ram.
The worst dealership I have ever had a run in with. I drove 3 1/2 hrs to a truck that was supposed to have no dent, or cosmetic damage, and when they wanted to just knock off $1,500 for $4,000 dollars worth of damage. Its terrible when you can find someone who has a good word anymore!

The brakes on my 19 Veloster needed some servicing before heading home to NY after a long trip to visit family and Im very glad I chose Hyundai of Longview. Service was excellent. It was quick and thorough and they did everything I asked for. Customer service was excellent as well, everyone was very kind and easy to work with. Next time we visit family if I need work done on my vehicle I will definitely bring it back to these folks!

Worst dealership around. From day one had so many issues with the car I bought. Alignment over heating and this morning car caught fire. When calling the dealership they say it has nothing to do with them and hangs up. Place should be tore to the ground. Never would I recommend anyone to come to this establishment ever.

I received an email stating that I needed to get a software update on my car. I tried to use the link they provided to sign up for the service, but their program would only let me sign up for a major service appointment and I couldnt make any other type of appointment. I tried calling. I was passed off FOUR different times, despite clearly explaining EACH time what it was that I was needing. The last person apparently went to pass me off, yet one more time only to hang up on me! If this is professionalism, I would hate to see what amateurs do with such issues!
Ive only been to 3 other car dealerships, but I had the best experience so far at this one. This isnt the best time to be car buying, with low inventory, car shortages, and rising prices. But, of course this is when I needed a car.We had actually gone to another hyundai dealership closer to home, before heading to Longview. And the other one had none of the car I was looking for on their lot. Not one. When we got to Longview, Taylor had 5 to show me! I was so happy to have some choices to look at, and Taylor was by far the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He only ran our credit one time!!! Hooray for that! Last time I purchased a hyundai (from a different dealership), they ran both mine, and my husbands credit scores, 12 times each. 😳😳 This was a much better experience. Taylor helped me with switching around carseats, and was just a nice person all around the board. And, they delivered my car to our home,, an hour and a half away,, at no extra charge..cant beat that! Thank you, Taylor!

They didnt put pressure on me or strong arm me into buying something I wasnt sure about. They gave me space and time to make a decision and also helped me stay in my price range and still get the car I wanted. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership!!!! Bought a f150 from them back in December was failed to be told that it had existing problems and the long block went out less than a month later took it to a ford dealership total cost to fix was 10 grand so just be careful bc i had to scrap it because of it

I explained my issues and problems I was having with my vehicle and they explained different options we could do and they set me up an appointment and they did amazing. After reading the 5 star reviews, I am left realizing people were really excited about a clean building and employees that smile. I guess, I have different standards for places I choose to do business. Like morality, integrity, compassion. I chose to leave without a purchase and yes they ran my credit 20 million times like any dealership. I knew I was asking a lot but I was very open and honest with what I wanted, they were not honest and drug things out for an hour, instead of just telling me they had sold the vehicle I was there to look at. I had driven an hour...

Not sure what was hard to understand when youre pre-approved for a loan with special financing only to have both the Salesman and Finance Manager tell you that you dont qualify for what were pre-approved for. It was like talking to a brick wall all while being treated like Im crazy when I know what Im pre-approved for. Considering Ive been buying and selling cars for over 24 years and even worked for Hyundai myself, I felt totally insulted, disappointed and had my time wasted while being told that my pre-approval was impossible. I purchased my first Hyundai from this dealership back in 2009 and was extremely pleased. Not sure what happened but this dealership now lacks professionalism, communication and integrity. Their slogan, You Pick It Out, Well Work It Out., is completely FALSE. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle elsewhere. It just wasnt meant to be to continue doing business from this Dealership.
Test drive scheduling can be a bit convoluted online, so your best bet is to just call. The limited contact test drive took some time to get rolling, but, overall, it was a solid experience. Based on my test drive, hyundai has changed a lot over the past decade, and the acquisition of a BMW engineer or two did not hurt!
Went in simply to look at a suv on the lot and ended up taking it home. One of the fastest purchases of a car Ive ever had. Great staff and easy to work with. My salesman was Jason!

Very forgetful per service. Would not return phone calls. Took car in for recall on abs. When returned they fixed it and brake light and abs light on the dash board. Called them back and if not their work it would be a $75 charge. Really do not trust them. Money hungry.

If you decide to visit Hyundai of Longview, remember two names: Reggie King for Sales and Brandon Sledge in Finance. Reggie contacted me after my online inquiry about a pre-owned vehicle. He provided me with an honest review of the exterior and interior of the car, provided pictures via text, and addressed my areas of concern which he assured me would be remedied. On the 4 hour drive to the dealership he called me with the financial particulars of the deal and I wasnt very happy with the arrangement. He expressed my concerns to Brandon who said to come anyway because he would manage agreeable terms. With this being my 38th vehicle purchase Im familiar with the antics of most dealerships and expected the same when I got there. This was not the case at Hyundai of Longview. Reggie had the car clean and ready to go and was so confident I would be happy with the deal that he began transferring things from my old car to the new one before I ever went to Finance. Brandon managed to get a monthly payment in my comfort zone and was quick moving through all the paperwork. After only spending about 2 hours total at the dealership, I would definitely make the drive again to Hyundai of Longview the next time Im in the market for another car.
